D'Ocon Films Productions is a Spanish animation studio that was founded by Antoni D'Ocon in the early 90's.

The studio is infamous for the low quality of most, if not all of their productions. Expect quite a bit of Limited Animation and Padding in a typical D'Ocon Films cartoon.

D'Ocon Films also developed an animation technology called "D'Oc", which allows the combination of traditional cel animation with digital animation.

Shows that D'Ocon Films has created or worked on:

Tropes that apply to the company in general:

  • Leitmotif: Some of their Vanity Plates use a set of notes from the beginning of The Fruitties' theme song.
  • Limited Animation: D'Ocon is infamous for using this tactic to its fullest extent. They frequently recycle and loop their animation frames, simplify the lip-syncing of characters, reuse the same soundtracks over and over again, obvious padding to get an episode moving along, etc.
  • No Budget: Hence the animation recycling and all that.
