Dan Meth (born 1970-something) is an American graphic artist, cartoonist, flash animator, and director. An outstanding example of the successes and excesses of Web 2.0, he is known for creating The Meth Minute 39, as well as numerous cartoons for CollegeHumor, absurdly specific pop-cultural charts, reviewing restaurants that serve borscht, and documenting the history of a absurdly stereotypical Eastern European country known as Kelv.
His works provide examples of:
