A newly created unit within the CSPD with the stated mission of accepting any request for help from any citizen. Dismissed as a publicity stunt by the rest of the police, its members are all rookies and non-traditional officers. The Crossbell arc is their story as they rise to the challenge of overcoming public distrust of the police and become heroes of the city, before being drawn into events with far wider implications.

* AwesomeButImpractical: His Berserker/Berserga. Having a BFS and a BFG combined in a single weapon is nice but it requires day to day maintenance to run effectively. The would explain why a supposed being with the power of space, time and causality can get defeated by just six BadassNormal people. Or four active fighters and two supporters if you use gameplay logic.
