"Demon King" Johannes Krauser II is the stage name and alter ego of Soichi Negishi, a fashionable pop music lover that moved from Oita Prefecture to Tokyo. As Krauser, Soichi is the the charismatic lead vocalist and guitarist of the death metal band, “Detroit Metal City” (aka "DMC"). Hating his more famous persona and death metal in general, he tries to pivot into pop music and more romance-oriented music as himself. For one reason or another, however, Failure Is the Only Option, leading him back to Krauser and "DMC" once again.
- Expy: Krauser himself is an expy of Gene Simmons from KISS, though it's likely he is also a reference to heavily image-based metal artists such as Mortiis.
- Fangs Are Evil: Krauser. Either they're part of Negishi's stage costume, or he inexplicably grows them when he becomes the Krauser persona.
- I Just Want to Be Normal: Negishi actually hates being Krauser II, despite his popularity.
Space Sheriff Gavan, aka Retsu Ichijouji, is a Space Sheriff dispatched by the Galactic Union Police to defend Earth. Equipped with Powered Armor and a Laser Blade, it's Gavan's duty to protect the world from the Makuu Empire. The son of the son of Tamiko Ichijouji and Space Sheriff Voicer, Gavan was chosen for the assignment due to his half human heritage.
- Finishing Move: "GAVAN DYNAMIC!" A powerful Laser Blade slash that can either split the monster in half vertically or just straight up cause it to explode.
- Half-Human Hybrid: Gavan is the son of a human woman and a Human Alien man.
