    Trestlend Executors

Joseph Lederer

Terrence Whitcomb

Howard Chlorume

  • Asexuality: Chlorume's more grossed out by sexuality than anything. His analogue is that he's still a pre-teen kid wanting to get into electronics over getting a girlfriend, and he still has that mindset, since he focused his interests more on electronics.

    Avarono Executors

Rudolph Huschade

Lawrence Dreyhnold

An officer noted for shady, backroom deals, from union-busting trade blocs with Principal Beverly Lachlin, to lobbying for diminished law enforcement funding from Principal Charlie Valcourt. He joined the Hierarchy when Amylase Trestlend was the Imperatrix, and initiated lobbying as one way to keep the various Principals from taking action against the Hierarchy. He continued lobbying and trading even after an alliance was made between Trestlend and Chancellor McCormick, leading to a $700 billion dollar personal fine for ethics violations and a three-year imprisonment.

However, he would later make history - his lobbying efforts impressed and influenced future Imperator Avarono, who needed to utilize whatever methods needed to prevent new threats from emerging. To that end, Avarono released Dreyhnold from prison and appointed him as the liaison to various corporations in Metropolis. Within a few weeks, Dreyhnold formed strong connections between trade cartels, district banks, Magitek facilities, technology firms, manufacturing foundries, engineering industries and commerce guilds, who began to involve themselves deeper into multidimensional affairs. Following success, Avarono promoted Dreyhnold to serve as his corporate Viceroy, who relocated the conglomerate into a realm called Shi'dross at the behest of the Imperator.

His heavy expansion of corporate investment led to massive growth for the conglomerate, and at his request, they formed security forces as a means to "protect their interests". As the de facto head of the conglomerate, he focused more on investing elsewhere into Shi'dross, in order to gain the funds needed to expand. However, right as he made plans to merge the corporations into a single organization, he was assassinated in a raid by a Humanoid Abomination, leading to a period of low growth for the Syndicracy as their tense relations embroiled into a corporate Lensman Arms Race. Those that emerged from the wreckage would later fall under the leadership and supervision of Vhenry Threshleww, who reformed the remaining corporations into a new organization - the Syndicracy.

Deborah Nouverth

A Marshal, Nouverth is tasked with patrolling borders and investigating potential hotspots where Vyrrick or Chirrul congregate.

Heinrich Hackerson

    Vellerot Executors

Haynes Kethledge

Therese Katowice

Janice Kavanaugh

  • Jerkass
  • Kick the Dog: Beat her adoring husband to near-death, on the suspicion that he was contaminated by Seithr. She shows no regret over it, despite supposedly being Happily Married to him.

Jerome Tymkovich

Priscilla Tupulani

  • Asexuality: Hates kids, so the thought of having some has her contemplate suicide. Also disgusted by intercourse in its entirety, likening it to bestiality.

Sancerre Vickroli

    Thonnergan Executors

Carroyo Desirous

Trephael Scorridor

Amber Scylhu

An elite amongst Spectres, unaffected by her experiences and knowledge, Amber is able to face the universe with a smile and a quip, only occasionally allowing the strain to show to her closest allies. To most who meet her, she appears as a cheerful, slightly whimsical young woman.
  • The Ace: Comes with being a top-tier Spectre.
  • Bunny-Ears Lawyer: Enjoys wearing elaborate disguises, making up ridiculous backstories as false autobiographies, and portraying herself in a flippant manner, among other things, but she's having fun from it, nonetheless. As a soldier, she's manipulative and charismatic, dedicated to her duty, courageous in the face of danger, and a pragmatic idealist, but she hates balloons.
  • The Chains of Commanding: Hides it behind her Genki Girl demeanor and eccentricity, but admits that it's very difficult to act detached or dismissive, when half of the stuff she does, causes pain anyway.
  • Composite Character: The basis of her character was modeled after Amberley Vail and Mitsuru Kirijo.
  • Creepy Good
  • Deadpan Snarker
  • Deliberate Values Dissonance: She usually comes across as a reasonable officer and a likable woman under normal circumstances, until she casually mentions smiling at the expressions of Vyrrick getting torn apart as a teen. It's these instances where you start realizing that she's a borderline sadist.
    • She admitted that she can't hold back a smile while seeing suspected traitors get hanged in a book she once read as a child.
    • Rare subversion. Glancing around a Marshal precinct, Scylhu notes a room with prisoners being held for interrogation and live-fire executions. Her nonchalant behavior shows that stuff like that is business as usual, and that all is well for the precinct, but she quietly admits (in her thoughts) that she's always felt that such use of force was excessive, needlessly cold and morally hard for her to swallow.
    • She seems quite pleased upon seeing Nierex unwittingly lead a group of Cryslians into a trap, and holds no inclination to warn either. This is more Pragmatic Villainy, actually, as she overheard those same Cryslians plotting to do the exact same thing just moments later; she reassured Nierex about it afterward, to prevent him from feeling guilty for leading a group to their deaths.
    • When an Equerrean and an Anquelan recovered a few wounded soldiers that were infected by shards of the infamous monolith (that morphed Delsudol and Dynethal into aberrations), she just smiled and sent them along, without bothering to warn them of the infection.
  • Fish out of Water
  • Genki Girl
  • Manipulative Bitch: Very good at manipulating someones' feelings, but she's still far from a villain.
  • Obfuscating Eccentricity: Although it may not entirely be fake, since it's her way of having fun.
  • Only Sane Woman: Likes to think of herself as the only sane officer compared to the other Spectres.
  • Team Mom: Although she's blunt, snarky and wastes no time grieving when her aide dies, she's clearly fond of her colleagues and treats them like younger siblings.
  • Stepford Smiler: Genuinely cheerful, but she often hides her issues and conflicts behind her flippant mask.
  • When She Smiles: Laughs, actually.
