* DropTheHammer: Which she swings awkwardly. Her secret item in 2 leaves her without her hammer, causing her to whale on her enemies unarmed.

* BonusBoss: In ''Heroes'', Musashi randomly appears to challenge the player in Unification Mode, where the player has to defeat Musashi before the timer run out. In ''Sumeragi'', he appears as a super-difficult enemy for getting a bad roll on the roulette.

* BladeOnAStick: His weapon is literally a bunch of swords stuck at the end of a pole. Needless to say, he wields it with difficulty. Even his upgraded weapons are unwieldy and hard to use, and that includes a bunch of axes on a stick, a six-headed chinese pike, 5 {{BFS}} on a single hilt, a paper lantern and a multi-hooked ParasolOfPain. His InfinityPlusOneSword is eventually a simple giant iron ball on a stick with the Hojo crest on it.

* TohokuRegionalAccent: Makes her sound rough, crude and somewhat boyish.

* ChristmasCake: Holds a grudge against Takeda Clan because her fiancé ran away while she was busy fighting them and she feels she's missed the chance for marriage.
** NoGuyWantsAnAmazon: Fiancé aside, none of the male characters show much interest in her, finding her far too overbearing and/or scary.

She then proceeds to fire bullets with such speed and accuracy that before his shotgun pellets have even reached her, her own shots perfectly intercept his own and ''stop them in mid air''. badass indeed.

* MaleGaze: The shots of her in ''[=SB3=]'''s opening video are pure, unabashed {{fanservice}}.

* UnresolvedSexualTension: The third game left her and Keiji with quite a lot of this.
** Made even more apparent in the fourth game, where her pre-battle cutscene with Keiji involves Yumekichi getting out a flower for her on Keiji's behalf and Magoichi happily smiling at it, flattered. She also [[spoiler:forms a contract with Yoshiteru]] at Keiji's request in her drama route, telling the former that she'll take him down if he [[spoiler:walks down the road of an unjust king]], but doubts that will happen with Keiji around.

Introduced in ''[=SB3=]''. The third leader of the Saika Faction, a group of gun-toting mercenaries, and... apparently female. Seems to be the SpiritualSuccessor to Nohime. A strong and independent woman with great pride and honour, she has relationships with many other characters in the series.

* SpiritualSuccessor: Of Yoshimoto. The cowardliness, the flamboyant behavior, and now he even has his soldiers dressing like him in [[http://www.capcom.co.jp/basara4/images/system_stage_ss05.jpg hilariously freaky fashion]]. Yup, that's Yoshimoto all over.

* CryCute: [[http://www.mangahere.com/manga/sengoku_basara_3_roar_of_dragon/v01/c001/47.html Right here]]. The only time she breaks down and acts like a kid.

* NiceHat: Can wear a moxibustion hat to speed up his movements and attack without interruption.

* TurnsRed: About two thirds of the way through a fight he'll decide [[IAmNotLeftHanded you're worthy of his full attention]] and enter GoldenSuperMode, which takes his already absurd levels of speed, offense and defense UpToEleven.

* SkunkStripe: Several, probably due to ageing.

** That being said, he was the first Shogun in ages who was actually capable of handling himself in a fight. It’s just that Matsunaga and the Miyoshi proved to be too much.
