* DropTheHammer: A large hammer is Kapoor's weapon of choice before Gracia authorizes the use of firearms.

The Headmistress of Marhawa Academy, who dresses like a nun but rules Marhawa Academy with an iron fist. Harboring an insane obsession with protecting the academy's reputation, she summons her ex-boyfriend Doug Wright to the academy to discover the source of a bio-hazard outbreak on compass without either the campus or the B.S.A.A. finding out.

* AbominationAccusationAttack: Has the gall to throw the monster slight at a mutated Bindi after shooting her square in the face, [[{{Hypocrite}} despite everything]] being her fault in the first place.
* AccidentalMurder: When Bindi and Nanan tried to escape Marhawa Academy, Gracia and her henchmen tracked them down and tried to recapture them. This accidentally led to Nanan falling to her death. Gracia secretly blamed herself for the incident.

* AssholeVictim: What the headmistress really is from start to finish. Had she done her job and protected Nanan from her other students or listened to reason as things spiraled out of control, Bindi never would've [[BombThrowingAnarchist gone so insane with rage]].

* BlamingTheVictim: What Gracia's telling Bindi despite indirectly causing the zombie outbreak amounts to as she died. Even after admitting her fault in this, the former still partly refused to acknowledge she pushed innocent kids to extents which caused all of this.

** More & more people start turning up as undead, both students and staff on site, and things begin to spiral out of her control? Spite the one student most hurt by her subterfuge as the perpetrator and rescind her council president status in a half-assed bid to avoid panic.
** The second she meets said very individual she shamed after her school turns into a shambling graveyard due to repetitive mistakes made? Pull a gun on her in a vain attempt to save herself and her schools shoddy reputation.
* TheBully: Bindi certainly thinks so. Given how she abused her station to hide away a lot of the bad things that happened beneath the surface, not to mention oppress those whom don't do things her way, her acolyte turned hateful enemy isn't entirely wrong.

* ConsummateLiar: From start to finish, all Gracia ever does to keep the school's already flimsy equilibrium intact is cake falsehoods on top of falsehoods. Just so as to perpetuate a glimmering presentation of a wonderful school that trains the future elite of the world.
* CreateYourOwnVillain: Not only did Gracia's obsession with protecting the academy's reputation turn Bindi into a bio-terrorist, the unintended death of Nanan led to her transformation into a Lepotitsa.

* DeadManWriting: After Doug is seriously wounded and Gracia has a HeelRealization, she leaves a letter on his bed while he's unconscious, in which she expresses her remorse for the calamity her actions have caused and reveals the existence of a helicopter they can use to escape the academy. Tragically Gracia is killed by Bindi soon after, and Doug is zombified by Nanan before he sees the letter. Instead Ricky and Chris discover the letter after killing Doug.
* DiggingYourselfDeeper: Even after every bad thing that came about due to her cloistered power mongering and and shirking responsibility. She still kept right on doing the things that threw her headlong into the mess it eventually made. [[ForegoneConclusion Inevitably]], predictably, it ultimately gets her killed.

* [[EntitledBastard Entitled Bitch]]: Despite the fact that she pressganged people into solving '''her''' mistakes, said persons being her former flame and his nephew whom Gracia had the telemetry to put in harms way of a virus outbreak. She still kept right on demanding more and more from them to cover the academy's disgrace.

** LethalNegligence: Truthfully, handwaving the string of bullying and harassment case's, as well as the concerned pleading of your own students is one thing. Horrible as all that is however, who told Gracia its a good idea to suppress & ignore one of many [[BackFromTheDead time old signs of the apocalypse]]?
* FramingTheGuiltyParty: Unknowingly on her part, she only threw Bindi under a bus for the zombie outbreak cover up. In truth, Bindi was in fact the perpetrator behind the walking dead turned loose on campus. Something she realized too late in the game.

* IgnoredEpiphany: Even after everything that went wrong because of her perpetually obscuring the truth. Gracia still went right along with covering up everything that happens behind the scenes. It wasn't until after the shit hit the fan and Marhawa became a school of the dead did she realize how badly things got eventually.

* ItsAllAboutMe: Anything she does, all that she ever espiers to. It is only ever to assuage her self as the exalted headmistress of her own fascistic little self-stylized Eden.
* KarmicDeath: Happens to both Gracia and her precious academy. She did nothing to protect Nanan from Alisa and the other bullies, and after mutating Nanan turns the entire population of Marhawa Academy into zombies. She also ignored Bindi's pleas to deal with the crisis properly, frames her for staging a 'fake' zombie attack and indirectly caused the death of her friend. Bindi turns into a J'avo, tracks Gracia down and violently kills her.
* ManipulativeBitch: Lets see, a self-serving high lady type who uses her false charms to push an old flame into doing her dirty work? Check. Has a cult minded following amongst the populace of JerkAss SuicidalLemmings who wait on her hand and foot, believing everything she says? Check. Abuses her authority to cover up many atrocities within her community, coerces people into acting on her whims to get her way and undermines or defames those who go against her wishes? [[RuleOfThree sums up her character]] about right.

* MoralMyopia: As she lay dying from her fatal injuries, Gracia still had the nerve to play the victim. [[SelfServingMemory Conveniently forgetting]] the former council president did just that, only for the headmistress to use her station for worming her way out of owning up to her mistakes.

* NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist: In regards to Gracia's narrowminded focus on keeping up the academy's prestige. She only ever really cared about safeguarding her domain; the wellbeing of its students and staff were barely on the forefront of her mind due to wanting so badly to appease her late father's memory and her own fragile sense of self-importance. Thus caused more havoc than her oppressive status quo ever solved

* SelectiveObliviousness: Gracia refuses to acknowledge the existence of a biohazard. More accurately she doesn't want a biohazard occurring at her academy, and summons her ex to nip it in the bud before anyone finds out.
* SkewedPriorities: Cares about protecting her 'sanctuary' more than the fact that her own students are becoming zombies. Ricky and Doug call her out on this a ''lot''.
* SmallNameBigEgo: See it's all about me above. Everything she does is so she can protect her prescious sanctuary as well as make sure [[WellDoneSonGuy father will be proud]]. The well being of others doesn't even fit into that equation.

* StrawHypocrite: That's what her character boils down to in a nutshell, even [[BigBad Bindi Bergara]] called her out as a dipstick on that front. Speaking like everything she did was for the sake of protecting the school and its denizens when in reality? It was only ever about safeguarding her precious little empire of willing drones serving their selfish queen. No matter how many lives are lost, or who she has to hurt, screw over or betray to get her way. All because out of all her daddy's kids she always believed herself to be his least liked. She only goes to the lengths to cover any blemishes on her squeaky clean appearances just to [[PrideBeforeAFall stoke her inflated ego]].
* TheSociopath: Checks off a lot of the unsavory prospects. Cares only for her personal vested interests, uses BlatantLies for effecting a self-serving agenda. Either to underscore the dangers present on her sanctuary or undermine those whom oppose her to control the masses. Regularly lambasts her former love interest for not doing a decent enough job at cleaning up her messes, makes regular justifications for the many repugnant things she does in the name of protecting such a WretchedHive. More often than not, she even does things that ends up endangering her domain instead of helping it. All because she refuses to amend to past errors made.

* TookALevelInJerkass: More like took several levels in jerkass, Gracia was a good, kind person before and when dating Doug, according to him. After becoming headmistress of Marhawa Academy she became a cold hearted, selfish bitch. She eventually realizes the error of her ways but dies soon after. Even then she refused to take the hint and veer off the path she put herself on.
* TooDumbToLive: Could've preempted her own ZombieApocalypse if she'd not kept to repeating the very same mistakes that brought the undead to her sanctuary in the first place. But she kept right on making up ricketed cover stories for the horror show taking place, long after realizing what a bad idea that was.

* UnknownRival: Gracia knew that Bindi resented her for what happened to Nanan, but didn't realise that she was behind the bioterrorist attack until it was too late.
* UsedToBeASweetKid: As a child she treated Kapoor and Ray as if they were her own siblings, and according to Doug, she was a kind person when they dated. It's unfortunate she turned into the cold person she is when running Marhawa academy.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: Subverted, Though her methods are questionable, she does genuinely want to protect the school and it's students. (Granted, she seems to care more about the school's reputation than the well being of her students.)

* WouldHurtAChild: Both played with and invoked, if Gracia has to choose between the school's (and by extension, her own) public image? She'll excuse whatever extents she has to go for the sake of presentation. [[spoiler: It's telling in and of itself that she didn't even hesitate [[ShootTheShaggyDog to gun down a seemingly unaltered Bindi]] the very second her student caught up with her as the school was overrun with BOWs]].

* TheBully: Bindi certainly thinks so. Given how she abused her popularity to get away with a lot of bad things that happened, not to mention oppress those whom don't do things her way, her acolyte turned hateful enemy isn't entirely wrong.

* DrivenToMadness: Having to contend with a bunch of high society jerkasses as the Student Council President, coupled with the constant burying of which for whom by an irresponsibly selfish principle ending in the death of a student. Her best friend and [[HoYay possible love interest]], really did a number on poor Bindi's already dwindling psyche.

* ReasonableAuthorityFigure: As Student Council President, Bindi does her best to keep the other students in line and protect them from the growing zombie infestation. For example she scolded two girls for judging Ricky and Doug based on appearances and several months ago shamed Alisa for vandalising Nanan's desk. Ultimately subverted when she's discovered to be the person behind the attacks.

* AbandonmentInducedAnimosity: Not on her behalf, Bindi was more incensed at how Gracia kept covering up the bullying incidents surrounding Nanan. It eventually reached a fever pitch after resident RichBitch and her bargain bin bought lackeys tried to gang up on her and the headmistress ignored that too.

* EvilMatriarch: Gracia is not their actual mother, but everyone addresses her as 'Mother Gracia'.

* NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist: When it is brought up numerous times, Gracia's narrowminded focus on keeping up the academy's prestige caused more havoc than it solved. She only ever really cared about safeguarding her domain; the wellbeing of its students and staff were barely on the forefront of her mind due to wanting so badly to appease her late father's memory and her own fragile sense of self-importance.

* RightForTheWrongReasons: She falsely accused Bindi of kickstarting an outbreak just as a means of covering up the problems Marhawa faced. Without realizing she was right all along, even when she squandered her last chance to [[SetRightWhatOnceWentWrong fix her own mess]] .

** As her former flame questions the murkiness of her actions instead of doing what she commands of him? Let one of her zealots floor him while having his mode of transportation used to get there totaled to force his cooperation behind closed doors.
