%%!The Zookeeper
! Subject 1138-b, a.k.a. Lutecia, a.k.a. Hawkeye
--> As played by @/{{desdendelle}}
Hawkeye (Lutecia to her customers) was one of a pair of twins experimented on by a sorcerous cabal to create the ultimate living weapon. She was fused with a fire spirit. She was trained as a living weapon, and for a time worked for various people. But at her sixteenth birthday, she and her sister murdered their guards and ran away, making their way to Radio City. There she settled down, opened a tea shop (an old dream of hers) and became a public superhero in her free time.
* CuteBruiser: Isn't she?
* FingerSnapLighter: Does this as an homage to [[Manga/FullmetalAlchemist Roy Mustang]].
* {{Flight}}: Due to the aforementioned fire spirit fused with her.
* HeroicRROD: The aftermath of her battle with Professor Holocaust.
* MundaneUtility: She uses her fire powers to boil water for tea.
* PlayingWithFire: Obviously.
* [[RedEyesTakeWarning Purple Eyes, Take Warning]]: When Professor Holocaust set fire to a street as a diversion, she went berserk, and this was one of the effects.
* ShoutOut: Where to begin?
** Her name, like her sister's, to Franchise/StarWars's 'THX-1138' RunningGag.
** Her [[ElegantGothicLolita appearance]] and civilian name, to Lutecia Alpine from Anime/MagicalGirlLyricalNanohaStrikerS.
*** Consequentially, she looks like a loli version of Rider from VisualNovel/FateStayNight.
** Her alias, to Manga/FullmetalAlchemist.
* UsefulNotes/TeaAndTeaCulture: Runs a tea shop.
* TokenMiniMoe: One of three ([[OlderThanTheyLook apparently]]) child-aged characters, the others being Dorothy and Gum-Girl.
* [[YouGottaHaveBlueHair You Gotta Have Purple Hair]]

%%!Dr. Gabriel Hassan
!Detective Jethro "Jet" Kane
--> As played by {{Tropers/Nman}}
A detective who was severely wounded on the job and brought back as a cyborg. Jet's always been a bit of a loose cannon; even before his rebuilding, he had a trivially small amount of arrests, and a staggeringly high amount of dead suspects. Now he works nearly 24/7 for the Radio City Police Department as a detective, as well as an on-call one-man SWAT team.
* CowboyCop: He'll do whatever it takes - and shoot whoever needs shooting - in order to get his job done - except killing innocent civilians.
* {{Cyborg}}: He was rebuilt with his limbs, eyes, numerous organs, and parts of his brain being replaced by robotic components.
* JackOfAllStats: While Jethro is better than a normal human at many things, none of his abilities are on the same level as heroes and villains who specialize in them.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Despite all the violence and guff outward appearance, he's just a man doing his job and trying to keep Radio City safe.
* PoweredArmor: Jet wears a powered combat suit which also serves to cover up his cyborg parts and keep him looking somewhat sleek instead of like a tangle of wires.
* ShoutOut: The pair of revolvers on his hips are [[Film/DirtyHarry Smith & Wesson Model 29's]].
* SuperheroPackingHeat: All of his abilities are for maximizing mobility and the survivability of an encounter with a superpowered individual, while all he has for offense is guns. ''Lots of guns''.
* WeCanRebuildHim: His origin story - somewhere in his career, he checked a box on a consent form for being subjected to human experimentation if ever "killed" in the line of duty.

!The Mad Mr. Madarch, a.k.a. The Fantastic Fungus, a.k.a. The Super Shroom, a.k.a. The Amazing Amanita, [[IHaveManyNames etc.]]
--> As played by {{Tropers/wikkit}}
According to him, he descended from a long lost colony of fungus that was hurdled into time and space in the near future. He came here as an envoy of the species, now an advanced MagiTek empire from somewhere far off in the universe. He's spent about 12 years in the heroics business, recently transferring from protecting a sleepy town in Britain to the hustle and bustle of Radio City.
* BunnyEarsLawyer: Madarch can't really put an ounce of seriousness into his job, hence his jovial attitude. [[BerserkButton Usually]].
* InsistentTerminology: He prefers his job title to be "Distraction Expert", as he feels that he can't actually apprehend criminals easily just by himself.
* MasterOfIllusion: Uses things such as doubles of himself and illusory Batman[[note]]Yes, THAT Batman[[/note]] to distract his opponents.
* StarfishAlien: His species pretty much uses ''tapdancing'' to communicate with each other.

!Jerry Kings, a.k.a. The Gentleman Avenger
-->As played by {{Tropers/mantlemask}}
A free agent from the twentieth century US who specializes in "[[TwoFistedTales extra-conventional]] complications" shunt forward into present-day Radio City.
* FishOutOfTemporalWater
* BadassNormal
* LegacyCharacter: Jerry is the '''18th''' Gentleman Avenger, after all.
* LeParkour: Combined with his [[BuildingSwing grappling gun]], it's Jerry's primary way of getting around.
* GoodOldFisticuffs: To the point where he's beating down zombie deep ones with his own two fists.
* MysteriousPast: According to his profile, Jerry Kings isn't even his real name.
* CloakAndDagger: The Tarot Protocol, the organization that hired Jerry, was a proto-black ops group.
* ShoutOut:
** Certain posts allude to heroes in the core rulebook of Evil Hat's "TabletopGame/SpiritOfTheCentury" tabletop game.
*** Not surprising, as he was a character the troper had rolled up for a pick-up game.
** Aesthetically, he's the [[WesternAnimation/BatmanTheBraveAndTheBold Red Hood]], only with a red [[ComicBook/TheSpirit domino]] mask instead of a fishbowl.
** As said earlier, he isn't the first to wear the Mask and Mantle, like a [[ComicStrip/ThePhantom certain other hero known only by his alias]]. Hopefully, he won't be the last.

%%!Taya Sommelier
%%!Dorothy [=McAllister=]
!The Ghetto Ghost
--> As played by @/HouraiRabbit
The culmination of a ritual performed by an occult serial killer during the 1980's which involved harnessing the power of a hundred souls of people who were victims of violence. The killer worked in secret, using a knowledge of magic to conceal his identity and the traces of his crimes from the police, typically by substituting a homunculus that was programmed to die of natural causes some time after the death of their original. He was ultimately found and reported to the authorities by a coterie of mages who infiltrated the police department. They laid siege to his house at the climax of the ritual but disrupted it too late. The resulting mass of souls raged out of control and killed everything in the building, resulting in the creation of a malevolent spirit mass that haunts Radio City, particularly the poorer areas where it became known as the Ghetto Ghost.
* LivingShadow: Its appearance is like a shadowy black mist.
* OminousFog: Whenever the Ghost appears.
* OurGhostsAreDifferent
* UrbanLegends
* VoiceOfTheLegion: When it speaks, it speaks with the voice of all the souls that currently compose its body.
* YourSoulIsMine: More or less the Ghost's entire ''modus operandi''.

!Count Arenvald Osterhagen, a.k.a. DJ Skeletone
--> As played by {{Tropers/wikkit}}
Coming straight outta The Black Forest in Germany, Count Osterhagen spent a good part of the 20th century waging his wars on the Forces of Holiness and what not. He may have been defeated many times, but never permanently due to nobody having a clue where or ''what'' his phylactery is. After his most recent defeat, he had an epiphany and decided to reinvent his image entirely. Now, he stalks the streets as the Hip-Hoppin', Reekin' and Rotten Lord of Crime/Freestyle Rapper, DJ Skeletone.
* {{Expy}}: Of MC Phylactery, from the famous Paladin vs. Lich Rap Battles on [[Website/FourChan /tg/]].
* MagicMusic: He can cast spells by ''rapping''.
* [[NinjaPirateRobotZombie Ancient Undead Evil Rapping Sorcerer]]
* OurLichesAreDifferent
* PungeonMaster: Just wait 'till he raps. Make a drinking game about Undead puns. Get Liver Cancer.
* SummonBackupDancers: Rarely, he'll bring out his personal zombie dance crew, 2DeathCrew.
!Maria Vetterlein, a.k.a. Corner
--> As played by {{Tropers/wikkit}}
Maria was once a happy little cultist, dabbling about in various forms of [[ReligionOfEvil observing her widespread]] [[EldritchAbomination polytheistic]] [[ReligionOfEvil beliefs]]. There was one such god, the name of which has been lost to time, that [[GodNeedsPrayerBadly wasn't exactly popular]]. In fact, it probably had less believers than the amount of people who believe that Film/{{Birdemic}} is a serious film. It was so weak, it eventually had to go and possess one of its most zealous believers in order to keep a physical tie to the world. This believer happened to be Maria. It drives her to eat any and all magic she can find, ranging from [[AncientArtifact enchanted things]] to [[IAmAHumanitarian the enchanters themselves.]]
* BlackEyesOfEvil
* EvilFeelsGood: Maria's end of the bargain provides her with this. Her driving force is that magic is made to [[EvilTastesGood taste]] so euphorically great that she does it of her own free will.
* HumanoidAbomination: Probably one of the mildest examples.
* IAmAHumanitarian: Not exactly afraid to try and eat the magic-based heroes present.
* PerceptionFilter: One of the few powers granted by the god. Doesn't work if she is plainly making herself obvious, or to non-living eyes.

%%!Rosette Bryar
%%!Bernard Scrathe
!Frank Jones The III, a.k.a. The Birdman of Radio City
--> As played by {{Tropers/wikkit}}
Frank Jones: The model stereotype of a New-Yorker and the beleaguered waste disposal guy. Each day, he works the nine to five to pay off his apartment without event.\\
...''or'' '''''does he?'''''\\
In actuality, Frank is a man who, for all intents and purposes, can control the entire avian population of Radio City and assume their form. What does he do with such an odd ability? Mostly spy on the super-populace of this bustling 'burg. His motivations are currently unknown.
* JerkAss: Frank isn't very personable when you get to meet him, to say the least.
* SuperLoser: Once you get past the powers, he's still an average, overweight man in his forties that lives alone.
* TheWormThatWalks: He simply is a lot of birds.

! Subject 1138-a, a.k.a. The Black Orchid
--> As played by @/{{desdendelle}}
The Black Orchid was one of a pair of twins experimented on by a sorcerous cabal to create the ultimate living weapon. Like her sister, she was fused with another entity -- in her case, an orchid. She was trained as an assassin, and from the age of twelve until she was sixteen she was a mercenary. However, her adoptive father amongst that cabal was a religious fanatic, and some of his religion's dogma rubbed off her; so, at her sixteenth birthday, she and her sister murdered their guards and ran away, making their way to Radio City. There 1138-a began in her peculiar quest: keeping the balance of the city.
* {{Assassin}}: In a sense.
* ChurchMilitant: Yep.
* DualWielding: Two daggers. Both are magical.
* GoodWeaponEvilWeapon: Subverted; although she wields daggers, she isn't evil.
* HellBentForLeather: Black leather armour; it is also magically enchanted.
* PlantPerson: 1138-a was magically fused with an orchid. It confers several useful powers.
** HealingFactor
** TalkingToPlants
* ShoutOut: Her name, to Franchise/StarWars's 'THX-1138' RunningGag, and her alias, to another character of her [[@/{{desdendelle}} RPer's]].

! Subject 1212, a.k.a. Tia
--> As played by @/{{desdendelle}}
Subject 1212 is a ten-year old girl, another victim of the cult that experimented on the 1138 sisters. First, the cult let the young wife of one of the members take care of her (that's her mommy), but when the woman objected to the experiments conducted on Tia the cult {{Unperson}}ed her, and passed her into the 1138 sisters' adoptive father's care. He was a busy person, and so 1138-b cared for her instead. But then the sisters escaped. Tia was heartbroken, and she decided to find her mommy. So she tossed aside the people who took her mother away and started searching for her. Fortunately for her, by that time the cult moved its operations closer to Radio City or she would've never reached the place alive. There she found an old army captain who pitied her and took care of her. But he wasn't her mommy. So she continued searching.
* ParentalAbandonment
** MissingMom: the reason why she wanders around.
* MundaneUtility: Why carry keys when you can morph your pinky into one?
* {{Shapeshifter Weapon}}s: a la [[Characters/ToLoveRu Konjiki no Yami]], and see below.
* ShoutOut:
** Her name, to a [[Characters/MagicalGirlLyricalNanohaStrikerS certain red-headed sniper mage]].
** Her appearance, to [[Characters/MagicalGirlLyricalNanoha Fate Testarossa]], another person with mommy problems.
** Her powers, to [[Characters/ToLoveRu Konjiki no Yami/Yami-chan]].
** This as well, to the episode [[Recap/DoctorWhoS27E9TheEmptyChild "The Empty Child"]] of ''Series/DoctorWho'':
---> '''Tia:''' Are you my mommy?

!Cornelius Dollar, a.k.a. Gold Dollar
--> As played by {{Tropers/Nman}}
A lawyer who was turned to gold after touching a magical cane. He runs Gold Dollar Avenue - a string of businesses mainly operated by former gang members whom he is trying to rehabilitate. His main focus is on making the world a better place, but that usually consists of beating up unscrupulous characters who get too close to his turf.

He's also a pimp made out of gold.
* ChromeChampion: Cornelius is made out of gold
* LawfulNeutral:[[invoked]] He's not the usual evil villain motivated by world destruction - just a guy who wants to make the world a better place by being a pimp.
* TheOldestProfession: He's a pimp, so there's quite a few hookers on Gold Dollar Avenue.
* PimpDuds: He's already made out of gold, but also has a gold-tinted pimp outfit as part of his body, including a cane, wide-brimmed hat, gloves, and aquarium platform shoes with piranhas in them.

!Shaun Gothman, a.k.a. Eldritch
-->Played by @/KarlKadaver
A young man in his late teens who travelled to Radio city in search of the answers to his past.
* EldritchAbomination: It's heavily implied in his history that this is what he is.
* LovecraftianSuperpower
* ShapeshifterDefaultForm: He usually assumes the form of a male teenager (as this is the form he lived in for many years)
* StevenUlyssesPerhero: Remove the first "N" and the "Man" from his name, and you'll have the name of his True Form.
* TomatoInTheMirror: Eldritch's backstory involves TheReveal that he's not human.
