World Government Self Defense Force Tokyo Division
- Zachary Rembrandt
The Perspective character for the most part. Zack is a new recruit for the W.G.S.D.F. Tokyo Division, due to his naivete he tends to
rush into situations without regard for much of anything, and doesn't really
think much in general. However he does have a set of skills that were the reason for his recruiting, and also makes him a valuable member of the team. His power is conversion of energy from one form to another.

- Idiot Hero: though not without his moments of brief, fleeting mental acuity.
- The Lancer: based on his actual interactions with the squad, this is what he is, despite being the focus character.
- Obfuscating Stupidity: Remember those brief moments of mental acuity, that was when he accidentally let the facade slip. He figured that given his reasons for being recruited he figured he could still be an effective member of the team without letting on his above average knowledge of physics that his powers lend it self to, deciding the he could keep his more complex maneuvers up his sleeves until truly necessary. However, he is genuinely ditsy.
- Superpowered Evil Side, Arc, as he likes to be called, is a raving lunatic that takes glee from battling his enemies, but not as Axe Crazy as Vandal is though. But not evil really, just violent, really violent.
- Nathaniel Yagami
The Leader of the field team of the W.G.S.D.F. Tokyo Division, he is a
Deadpan Snarker with a brain for plans. Nate often finds himself at odds with Zach because of the newcomer's tendency to jump into situations with utter disregard for prior planning. Has a quite a bit of
Unresolved Sexual Tension with
Action Girl Sera Ulster. His power is the
ability to rearrange the molecular structure of any object he touches, provided he knows what it's made of.
