- Only Sane Girl: It seems like she's the ONLY sane human sometimes, with all the others having a slight Dysfunction Junction.

- The Glasses Come Off: Not really mentioned in-story, but she does wear reading glasses before fighting.

- Mad Scientist: He experimented on individuals and for science- some of the victims were college students. Unlike his young brother, he is also irredeemable- see Dark Secret below.
- Dark Secret: He was a Pyromaniac, who set aflame the house of his former assistant. Only the mother and child survived... This fact was actually not explained in-story, but in Back Story.
- Goal-Oriented Evolution: He detects that everyone in the story were 'adapting' to their Elemental Powers at an accelerating rate and desires cyborgs to counter-act this...
- Harmful Healing: He puts most aliens in an And I Must Scream situation.
- Science Is Bad: Taken to rather Narm levels. And he tends to Complement Our Navels a lot
- Evil Is Hammy: About his experiments!
- May Contain Evil: In futuristic 'Sweeney Todd' fashion
- Our Ancestors Are Superheroes: His technology guarantees this after The Reset.
- Playing with Syringes: He is an robotic expert after all.
- Powered by a Forsaken Child: His industry runs on this with three test subjects ( plus one 'clone').
- Professor Guinea Pig: He tested most of his robotic inventions on himself.
- Kill the Ones You Love: His former male assistant. Although he made up a blatant lie to cover that fact to Misako, she's not that fooled.
