Adam revealed that he called an unrevealed government agency to request one, and was given Buster on the condition the agency would not be revealed and the deal not publicly acknowledged. Adam even mentioned that he ran into the agent he spoke to on a plane ride, who feigned complete ignorance to having spoken or met Adam before.
