Character Development: In the early seasons, she was this young teenage girl who had low self-esteem and lacked any confidence in herself, longing to branch out of her sister's shadow and finding her place in the world. Came the later seasons, she became a lot more confident and ambitious, even starting her career as a best-selling author.
Converting for Love: She wanted to become a Christian and get baptized for her boyfriend Keith.
Cool Big Sister: To Bailey, Garrett, and Travis. Chauncey even says that she's cool.

Middle Child Syndrome: It's very complicated for the middle child of six siblings to take care of her younger siblings and live in her sister's shadow at the same.
Not So Different: From Davina. It was even pointed out that they both think alike in some ways.
She realizes that her and Garrett have something in common: They both live in their older siblings' shadows and would sometimes bond with each other over the fact that the two feel inferiority over their siblings' success and popularity.

New Transfer Student: In the first season, she was only known as the new girl from Boston, Massachussetts.
Nice Girl: Due to her bubbly personality, she's always been a very friendly and kind-hearted person.
Oblivious to Love: No matter how many times Chauncey has flirted with her, she could never take a hint that she was the object of his affections. Midge was so frustrated over Farrah's oliviousness of Chauncey's crush towards her, she blatantly told her about Chauncey's crush on her. Farrah thought it was cute that he has a crush on her, much to Midge's dismay.
One Head Taller: She's an inch taller than Midge, but her height is 5 feet 7 inches.
Only Child Syndrome: She's always had a problem with being an only child and always wishes she had siblings of her own.

Academic Alpha Bitch: She was an A + student back in high school and a dean's list student in college.
The Ace: She was very athlectic in school. When she was in elementary school, she played on the girls' softball team, in middle school, on the swim team and in high school, she was on track & field, lacrosse, played basketball for a while and was on the cheer squad.
Action Girl: She almost took out Cynthia by chasing and throwing things at her to get her to leave Midge alone.
The Glorious War of Sisterly Rivalry: Subverted with. Her and Midge have a great relationship and rarely fight, but when trying to find out who's the better sister, it would sometimes bring out the worst in each other.
Informed Attractiveness: Midge claims that she's the most beautiful girl on earth and that she won "Most Beautiful" in high school, but she's not the most beautiful compare to all of the other female characters that's been on the show.
Always Save the Girl: He would always attempt to save Bailey from any harm and danger. Not to mention in the episode where she goes off to meet this guy she met online named Stanley. He finds out that he's actually a 40-something-year-old guy who's a pedophile that targets young teenage girls. He goes out of his way of trying to save her from that creep.

Big Brother Worship / Big Sister Worship: She has always looked up to her older brothers and sisters most of the time and would always call them her heroes when they saved her from that creep Stanley from trying to rape her.
Brother-Sister Incest: With Garrett. They do have a great relationship and hang around with each other most of the time, but are way too involved with each other, which would lead to suspicions from others that they're more than just brother and sister.
Hair Decorations: During her early seasons, she would usually wear her hair in different styles, whether it's french braid or pigtails. Even as a teenager, she would still wear her hair in weirder and wackier fashions.
Held Back In School: Almost played with and thankfully averted. Her grades were very bad and was told that she would have to repeat the 8th grade another year. She got a tutor to help her in all of her classes and with tremendous progress, she finally passed the 8th grade completely.
Quirky Curls / Regal Ringlets: Her long, beautiful red hair became curlier during the later seasons, though she would wear it straight sometimes like she had it in the first season. You can see a picture of her as a toddler with very curly hair, so it's quite possible that she was born with natural curly hair.
Took a Level in Jerkass: Known for her sweet and gentle nature, she started to act very mean and rude towards Travis, only because he was getting alot of attention from his family and she was just being jealous.
Let's Have Another Baby: She thought that five children wasn't enough, but finds out that she and Conrad weren't able to conceive anymore, so they hire a surrogate.

The guy was so frightened that he didn't even speak at all after that and just nodded in agreement.
Parental Favoritism: He doesn't exactly play favorites with his kids like Irma does, but has always took an interest in either Davina or Travis.
Spoiled Brat: Since her dad is the chief executive of the advertising agency, one of the highest paying jobs in California, he's practically spoiled her all of her childhood. She would always take things for granted when she doesn't always get what she wants.
Ungrateful Bitch: In the Christmas Episode, she was expecting to get a brand new outfit with matching shoes from her grandparents, but instead, she got plain old socks and sandals. She got so angry, she threw them into the fireplace and screamed at the top of her lungs.
Rilynn Gibson, Anson's admirer and short-term girlfriend
Nerd Glasses: Use to own a pair of these pink, slightly big glasses. She once said that in elementary school, the kids in her class have always tease her about her glasses and would draw a ugly picture of her wearing them in a mean way.
