The shadowy leader of the Dark Kingdom. Not much is known about her other than that she delegates tasks to her underlings, all for the purpose of fulfilling the Great Ruler's wishes.

The Far-East Commander of the Dark Kingdom, and one of the Four Heavenly Kings. A cruel mysogynist charged with both gathering energy from the people of Tokyo and finding the Legendary Silver Crystal. Recently his schemes have constantly been thwarted by Sailor Moon, something that wounds his excessive pride very much.
