The Gamma are the main antagonistic force in Kamen Rider Ghost. A race of demonic spirits from another realm that can be summoned into our world through a magic portal known as a Gamma Hole. These were initally the work of the Chikara Saionji, a black-wearing man who partnered with and used the Gamma for his own means.
The Gamma see humanity as nothing more than tools to be used, or as prey to be killed for pleasure. Their main goals it to bring more Gamma to the human world, as only few of them can come out of a normal Gamma Hole.

General Tropes
- Alien Blood: Their blood is black in color.
- Alphabetical Theme Naming: Done in katakana here. Adonis, Alicia, Argos, Adel, Alia and Alain are all pronounced beginning with the vowel sound "a", which is naturally the start of the alphabet just like in English; Edith and Igor are read beginning with the vowel sound "i", which comes just after "a", indicating their position as high ranking officers. Jabel has his vowel sound "a" as the second katakana, placing him much further down the food chain while alluding to his Elite Mook status.
- Always Chaotic Evil: The Gamma seem destructive and monstrous by nature. Justified, as they seem to be demons.
- Not Always Evil: However, at least two of their number, Gazai Gamma and Katchu Gamma break this mold. Gazai by simply wanting to paint and not wanting to fight at all, and Armored by adhering to a strict code of honor and refusing to harm women or children. Igor notably refers to both of them as "defective".
- It's also downplayed, in that higher-ranking Gamma, in particular the royal family, are shown to have a great deal of positive qualities and nobler motivations.
- Anti-Villain: As it turns out, the majority of the higher-ups at least appear to have genuinely good intentions towards conquering the human world or simply following orders. Adel and Igor spent most of the show as massive assholes though.
- Contrasting Sequel Antagonist: The Roidmudes from Kamen Rider Drive were a race of machine beings who sought to become more powerful by becoming more humanlike. The Gamma, by contrast, were originally a tribe of humans who forsook their own humanity to become immortal. While the Roidmudes sought to Kill All Humans to make a paradise for themselves, the Gamma seek to make a perfect society by forcing humanity to comply with them. While the Roidmudes all die as tragic villains, the majority of the Gamma survive and pull a Heel–Face Turn.
- Deal with the Devil: Their M.O., at least for the ones acting for Saionji's plans to gather Eyecons. An unsuspecting human will use one of Saionji's summoning kits to gain a source of inspiration or paranormal powers, not knowing that they become enthralled by the Gamma. The demons then will help the contractor, but they will ensure to twist the desire in ways that best suit their ultimate goals.
- Death Is Cheap: Even after a Gamma is killed, there's still a good chance they'll come back. However, if their real bodies are destroyed, they are gone for good.
- Defeat Equals Explosion: Compared to the Roidmudes last year who exploded twice when defeated (their bodies and their cores), these guys give us a triple explosion upon death: one for their Primal Bodies, one for the coats that give them power (which turns back into the item that made up their motif), and one for the Eyecons that give them life. And if a Giant Gamma is defeated, they create an explosion before returning to their normal form, meaning that a single Gamma can explode four times.
- Demonic Possession: Gammas can take possess people if they have not evolved past their Primal Body form.
- Demon of Human Origin: Their natural forms is more or less human, but have transformed themselves into demonic spirits by seperating their soul from their body.
- The Empire: An expansionist, otherworldly society out to conquer our world.
- Hell: Their home world, if not actually this is close. A wasteland with a red sky that almost seems on fire.
- Hellgate: All Gamma come into the human world via a eye-shaped portal known as a "Gamma Hole".
- Immune to Bullets: Normal firearms are useless against them, as the bullets just go straight through them harmlessly. The Gamma fighting Shinnosuke mocks him for thinking a handgun would have any effect at all.
- Intangibility: They can phrase through objects no problem, though it appears to be a will-based conscious thing, since more than once has a Gamma and Ghost had trashed the environment during their fights.
- Invisibility: They can turn invisible at will, unless you're holding a Ghost Eyecon. It's not entirely clear if this is really an Invisible to Normals-based situation or simply a power, however it appears to be the former.
- Mooks: Gamma Commandos, black-suited grunts used as soldiers by Evolved Gamma and Gamma elites.
- Mythology Gag: They have a lot in common with Shocker and it's successors.
- The default Gamma seem to be modeled after Shocker Combatmen. The titles of the Mooks is "Commandos", which was last used in Skyrider's series with the Ari Commandos.
- Gamma are rather similar to Yummies as both monsters have a base form (Primal Body for Gamma, White Yummy for Yummies) who can evolve once they are infused with an object.
- Occult Blue Eyes: The Gamma have blue eyes.
- One-Winged Angel: If a Gamma absorbs one of the Parka Ghost before Ghost can convert it into an Eyecon, they transform into a Giant Gamma.
- Our Demons Are Different: Their name literally translates to Eye Demon or Eye Devil, and they're malevolent supernatural creatures summoned via magic to serve their summoner. What's shown of their world is very similar to Hell, complete with a sky that looks like it's on fire. They also have a liking to making Faustian bargains and are capable of Demonic Possession, as well as stealing souls.
- Our Liches Are Different: They're actually an odd reverse version. Instead of their Soul Jar being their one weak point, it's their original body that is. Otherwise played straight however in that they're beings who removed their souls and put them in some sort of container to gain power. Though it's implied there may be a limit to how many times they can revive.
- Out of Continues: If forced back to their old body, they can no longer revive.
- Rule of Creepy: Much like the Zodiarts Switches, Gamma Eyecons look quite different from the Ghost Eyecons. For one, they have a hook that obviously is made to resemble severed optic nerves.
- Rule of Symbolism: Evolved Gamma have historical motifs, and at times, they have motifs that come into conflict with the motifs Kamen Rider Ghost uses.
- Soul Jar: Turns out, Eyecons are this for the Gamma. Their real bodies are kept in stasis inside capsules.
- Spell My Name With An S: Due to the nature of the Japanese language, the literal transliteration of these guys names is Ganma, which is a preferred name in many circles despite the official materials using "Gamma". In practice, syllabic n is pronounced as "m" when used before any m syllable when spoken. So while it says Ganma, native Japanese speakers wouldn't emphasize the n and would instead pronounce it as Gamma.
- Theme Naming: The names of the members of the Gamma royal family all starts with "A".
- We Have Reserves: On a species wide scale. Any Evolved Gamma can be revived from death by simply binding a new Gamma Eyecon to the same item the first one was bound to, complete with the original's memories. Alain takes this up even further as Necrom, summoning and devouring Commando Gamma to keep his suit powered. He even overrides a Commando Gamma's identity with his own to avoid death.

A man who knows the truth about the Eyecons and has the ability to summon Gamma.
- Big Bad Duumvirate: #5 reveals that he and Alain have different goals, his involving gathering the Eyecons, and are merely helping each other on their goals.
- Captain Ersatz: Very similar to Toht from Raiders of the Lost Ark, from the outfit to the quest for artifacts. Which even foreshadows his eventual fate.
- Didn't Think This Through: While he does manage to gather all 15 Eyecons, he fails to factor in the possibility that the spirits of legendary heroes won't approve of someone evil trying to make a wish.
- Or more to the point, that the very device you've been carrying around might be needed for the ritual, since it CAN make the ritual items in the first place.
- Disc-One Final Boss: Is the first of the major villains to be defeated.
- Dragged Off to Hell: Is dragged into the Monolith when the Eyecons reject him. It's unknown where he ended up, but given the last time it happened to Makoto and Kanon, it's likely nowhere nice.
- Evil Former Friend: To both Ryu Tenkuji and Kenjiro Igarashi. Out of jealousy for Ryu, he stabbed him in the back and was initially implied to have had a role in his death.
- The Heavy: For the early part of the show, at least. He's the one creating Gamma at first and he's later revealed to have been responsible for the Fukami siblings' disappearance and (partly) the death of Takeru's dad, who was his former colleague.
- Heel–Face Turn: Came back in Truth! The Secret of Heroes' Eyecons! where after being defeated, he realized how hard working Ryu was; Takeru then told him that deep inside him that he had the respect of his old partner and that father regarded him a hero and gave him the Da Vinci Eyecon. While Saionji refused and left, he put out the picture, stating to Ryu of how he overestimated him.
- Karmic Death: Stabbed Ryu Tenkuji in the back and had a role in Makoto and Kanon being sucked into Gamma World under an agreement between him and Igor, who wanted human samples. In the end, he's dragged into the Monolith himself when the Eyecons reject him.
- Macguffin Delivery Service: Basically lets Specter and Ghost gather most of the Eyecons for him, then snatches them right out from under their noses AND Jabel's.
- The Man Behind the Monsters: He's responsible for about half the Gamma, and even the half he's not behind are on his side.
- Manipulative Bastard: Manipulates people to get the Eyecons, normally to convince them to make a Deal with the Devil with a Gamma so they'll be corrupted and sacrificed to make an Eyecon.
- Mysterious Backer: Most of the shenanigans arise from this man somehow locating the items belonging to the historical figures across the world, and smuggling them to Japan.
- Red Right Hand: He looks like a normal person... until he shows his Scary Teeth.
- Scary Teeth: He makes Steve Buscemi look adorable!
- Self-Disposing Villain: His own mistake of not having a fully functioning Ghost Driver does him in.
- Summon Magic: He can do this with the Gamma, and has the means to help other people summon a Gamma.
- Take Over the World: His wishes to gain power to control everything.
- Taking the Bullet: Shielded Kanon from Danton in Ghost RE:BIRTH: Kamen Rider Specter, resulting in his death and finally considering himself a hero to Ryu Tenkuji.
- The Unfought: Takeru doesn't even get to really meet him face-to-face before he gets sucked into the Monolith after gathering the 15 Eyecons but lacking a proper Ghost Driver to get a wish.

Youngest child of the Gamma World's ruler, he initially worked alongside Saionji to obtain the 15 Ghost Eyecons and bring forth an army of Gamma with the intent of invading the human world.With the Mega Ulorder, Alain can assume his own Rider form known as Kamen Rider Necrom.
Tropes that apply to him in general
- Ambiguously Human: He looks human, but his ability to summon Gamma under his own power and Jabel (a Gamma) stating he's the son of 'the Great Ruler' who apparently dwells in the Gamma World. He is ultimately confirmed to be a Gamma in #12 when he turns into a Gamma Eyecon to return back to their world.
- Despite this, he has a mortal body that is no different from human as he is reminded at every other turn after being forced back into it.
- Arrogant Kung-Fu Guy: Pre-Heel–Face Turn.
- The Atoner: After forcefully having Adel killed out of mercy, he takes Adel's place as ruler of the Gamma World to make it a utopia like earth to honor his legacy and atone for his wrongdoings.
- Badass Normal: The guy is strong enough to fight against Specter with his bare hands without any transformation or power-up whatsoever, a rarity in the world of Kamen Rider and that's before he became Necrom.
- Bad Boss: Doesn't seem to care his arrival in the human world as Necrom sent several of his own minions flying in the process, and in order to maintain his power in Necrom form he has to eat his own minions. He also uses several of them as living shields to protect himself. He might be the Gamma Prince, but he doesn't seem to give a darn about most of them.
- That it was never proven that Gamma Commandos are more than mindless puppets doesn't make thing much better.
- Berserk Button: Takeru is this to him for some time as Alain is jealous because he thinks Takeru lured Makoto away from him. Makoto actually chose to follow Takeru of his own free will, but their attempts at explaining it to Alain just didn't get anywhere.
- Big Bad Duumvirate: #5 revealed that Alain only helped Saionji on gathering the Eyecons as long as he helps Alain on whatever he is planning. Once Saionji was momentarily out of the picture, he was this with Adel up until he gets framed for Adonis's death.
- Big Eater: He once ate ten boxes of Takoyaki without even noticing until he was told. Also, he was halfway through the eleventh one when that happened.
- Break the Haughty: His time in his mortal body hasn't been kind to him. Learning his father is dead and his brother is using him as a scapegoat, getting beaten savagely by Jabel and watching Makoto's Eyecon shatter in front of him. Realizing that he's afraid to die pushes this into Heroic BSoD or Villainous BSoD territory.
- Broken Bird: Gets to experience this twice. He went into a Trauma Conga Line when his father is mercilessly killed by his own brother. The second one would be when Mrs. Fumi passes away in #30. Alain takes the latter the hardest unexpectedly to the point he doubts his feelings. This eventually cemented his Heel–Face Turn.Alain: If I feel this way because I have a heart, then I don't need a heart.
- Brought Down to Normal: After having his Gamma Eyecon destroyed, he is forced to return back to his human body. And while he still can use Mega Ulorder to become Necrom, he lacks most of his powers.
- Later events imply that he still has a number of those powers, but using them would be harmful if not outrightly deadly for him.
- But Now I Must Go: A few months after their battle against the Great Eyezer, he, along with Makoto and Kanon, had decided to leave the Daitenku Temple and returns to the Gamma world in their prospect to turn his home world into a utopia just like Earth.
- Cain and Abel: Adel framed him for Adonis's death and tried to have him killed to cover his tracks.
- Catchphrase: "Listen to the call of your heart!"
- Character Development: And how! Losing his royal title, father, and pretty much everything else forces Alain to rethink his entire outlook on life. By the end of the series, he's practically unrecognizable to how he started.
- The Chessmaster: His plan seems comparably complex compared to Saionji's, with most Gamma working directly for him centered around setting up the pieces.
- Death Is Such an Odd Thing: As the world of Gamma is supposed to be free of death, it confuses him a great deal. His father's death throws him into messy Heroic BSoD. Following death of Grandma Fumi left him both in pain and completely dumbfounded.
- Despair Event Horizon: After Adel kills their father for real, Alain stops responding to anything and lets himself be dragged around by Takeru. Makoto gets him out of it later on.
- Death of Gradma Fumi causes slightly less severe one to him, but still as heartbreaking and important.
- Deuteragonist: Despite not being the official Second Rider, Alain's character arc spans the entire series, and is pivotal to the narrative as a whole.
- Even Bad Men Love Their Daddies: He is even acknowledged as such by Alia. He was shocked to learn that Adel framed him for killing his father, not knowing that it was Adel who started it in the first place. When Adonis is finally Killed Off for Real by Adel, this left Alain broken as a result and even forced him over the Despair Event Horizon for a while.
- Evil Laugh: He has pretty good one while charging up to his full power as Kamen Rider Necrom in #24.
- Evil Prince: A prince of the Gamma and the one spearheading their invasion of Earth. He ditched this role upon switching sides.
- Expy: Plays the same role as Taiga Nobori, both non human riders (Alain is a Gamma while Taiga is a Fangire) were originally antagonistic to the heroes who wants to achieve their goals for the sake of their races until they became good upon learning the error of their ways about humanity's problem.
- He is also similar to Takatora Kureshima in regards of being a white-colored rider that was initially antagonistic to the heroes before siding with the heroes in the end.
- Face Doodling: Courtesy of Onari. Paid him back, though.
- Fashionable Asymmetry: Most visible on his first outfit that has mismatched sleeves. Also, he wears only one earring.
- Fallen Princess: A rare male example. He was the prince of the Gamma World who's making a preparations for the invasion on Earth until he was thrown out by his brother Adel and then he was accused of being their father's killer.
- Good Costume Switch: An entire outfit conveniently in light green and white, passed to him by Mrs Fumi. Sadly, it also becomes a Tragic Keepsake. It even matches his color scheme as Kamen Rider Necrom.
- Grand Theft Me: If his body is ever destroyed, he can easily possess the body of another Gamma to regain it back.
- Ironically, this also happens to him when he ends up possessed by Onari when he becomes an Eyecon!
- The Heavy: He's the one advancing the Gamma invasion, at least for the first half.
- Heel–Face Turn: Not exactly by choice, but he makes one after Adel kills their father and uses Alain as the scapegoat.
- He does come around to it more after a few realizations and his father getting Killed Off for Real.
- Heroic BSoD: Gets hit with this brutally hard when his father died in his arms and then crumbled to dust.
- Heroic Willpower: Eventually used to overcome the time limit on his suit. He really gets put through the wringer in order to get there.
- Hidden Agenda Villain: While Saionji needs the Eyecons for his plans, Alain's plans are a complete mystery until later into the series.
- It's All My Fault: Tries to pin himself with the blame for getting in way of defeating Gammaizers. He does, in fact, have only limited possibilities fighting anyone on the Gammaizer level.
- Large Ham: When possesed by Onari after the latter has been turned into eyecon. Alain's own range of emotion is pretty subtle most of the time so it is tad suprising to see Hayato Isomura nail the scene.
- Laser-Guided Karma: Alain's disdain for Takeru and humans in general would become somewhat ironic after he was forced into his mortal body and teamwork with Takeru.
- Leit Motif: His battle theme is heavy, creeping electronic tune. His personal tune post Heel–Face Turn is sorrowful violin piece.
- The Load: Feels like this because his loose grip on what it means to have a mortal body (and the mortal body itself) greatly limits his fighting abilities and overal usefulness in battle. Takeru and Makoto try to convince he is not to mixed results.
- Locked Out of the Loop: His older brother has given orders to Jabel not to tell Alain the truth about the Eyecons' power. Though thanks to Jabel's bungling, he's started to become aware of this.
- Nice Guy: Post his Heel–Face Turn, Alain becomes a kind, humble person, far from the Jerkass Smug Super he was in the beginning.
- Out of Continues: Is forced back into his original body by his brother, meaning he's mortal now.
- Psychopathic Manchild: He starts out by acting like a five-year-old who was turned away by his presumed BFF when talking to Makoto through the first half of the series. Also, his debut as Kamen Rider Necrom really gave off the vibe of a rich kid showing off a new toy. Realizing the error of the Gamma ways removed the psychopathic part, leaving him with only occasional bouts of harmless immaturity.
- Rebel Prince: His current role after he started to work alongside the heroes.
- Really 700 Years Old: When Grandma Fumi (who is 75) says that he might as well be a child compared to her, he proclaims that he has lived twice as long as she has.
- Smug Super: Pre-Heel–Face Turn. He showcases this during his first transformation into Necrom. Deconstructed when Adel dethroned their father and takes the trope from him and after becoming permanently mortal.
- The Stoic: Initially appears to be so, unless he is chatting with Makoto. It stops after he is forced into mortal body and the human world, where he starts to feel and express a wider range of emotion. This leads to:
- Not So Stoic: In #23, Makoto saves him from being executed by Jabel, but is heavily wounded and his Eyecon disintegrates. Alain sheds a tear, visibly broken by the events.
- Spell My Name With An S: His Villain Episode has it "Alain" despite being pronounced "Aran." The former appears to be official romanized spelling.
- Summon Magic: Alain in #4 is shown to be able to open a Gamma Hole powerful enough to summon at least 8 Gamma Eyecons to serve in his plans. Also, he can summon Gamma Commandos to use as fuel of his suit.
- Took a Level in Kindness: Big time, post-Heel–Face Turn.
- Trademark Favorite Food: After becoming mortal, he seems to have taken a liking to Takoyaki.
- Trauma Conga Line: AND HOW. Adel destroys his Eyecon, turning him mortal again, he gets blamed for his father's supposed murder, has seen two people literally die right in front of him and gains a fear of death because of it, and the first real human friend he gains after becoming mortal passes away due to natural causes. Needless to say, Alain's literally gone through hell after gaining the Necrom powers.
- True Companions: He gets to have this relationship with Takeru and Makoto after everything they did to each other.
- This is cruelly tested and twisted in Kamen Rider Ghost RE:BIRTH: Kamen Rider Specter. Challenged allegiances and heaps of trauma even set Makoto and Alain against each other, ending in Alain being mortally wounded.
- Unable to Cry: Alain cried when Makoto sacrified himself to save him, but was too shocked to do so when his father died and when came to know about the death of Gradma Fumi.
- Villain Episode: Has his own mini series, Legend of the Hero Alain. It details his encounters with the human world, humans and his attemps to understand everything through the series.
- What Is This Feeling?: Quotes this trope nearly word to word after becoming mortal. It takes him a moment before he realizes that he is afraid, of death in particular.
- "Well Done, Son" Guy: Alain at least seems to feel this way, as he's rather ticked off when his father sends Jabel to 'babysit' him and takes it as meaning his father doesn't trust him to operate on his own.
- Yandere: He does not take Makoto's Heel–Face Turn well; besides hating Takeru for causing said turn, he almost seems obsessed with getting Makoto back on the side of the Gamma.
- You Killed Our Father: He calls Adel out for this.
Tropes exclusive to him as Kamen Rider Necrom
Tengan: Necrom! Mega Ulord! (Death metal music) Crush Invader!
Yujou Kaigan: Burst! Ore ga Burst! Yujou Burst! Tomete Miseru Ze! Omae no Tsumi Ō!
- Achilles' Heel: He's stronger and faster than the other Riders with more powers, but has one critical weakness: his suit can run out of power and needs to be recharged. His first fight with them ends when they simply manage to hold out until he runs out of power and Commando Gamma to absorb to recharge.
- Bare-Fisted Monk: Unlike Ghost and Specter, Necrom, especially in his base form, relies more on hand-to-hand combat.
- Cannibalism Superpower: Necrom is incredibly powerful, but his suit runs on Gamma, requiring him to absorb them to keep fighting.
- Character Tics: Just like Takeru and Makoto, Alain has his own quirk when donning a Parka Ghost. His is gripping the right side and lightly tugging it to adjust it.
- Combat Tentacles: In Grimm Damashii, in addition to being able to be used as daggers, the pen nib-like edges on his shoulders can extend on green tendrils and be used as this.
- The Corrupter: He can seemingly brainwash Eyecons and his Necrom Eyecon itself can control a Ghost Driver-user. Poor Grimm and Specter...
- Cyclops: The faceplate in Necrom's base form has a giant eye on it, which is visible through the visor in all of his forms.
- Demonic Possession: His corruptive powers seem to stem from this as a base. He can even possess his own kind to either move out of the way of attacks or command them to fight, which seems to make them stronger.
- Elemental Shapeshifter: Can shift into a liquid form which allow attacks to harmlessly pass through him.
- Evil Counterpart: To Kamen Riders Ghost and Specter, giving that his suit is white to the heroes' black.
- Right down to the transformation sound riffs. Ghost and Specters are fast rap sounding, while Necroms are shorter, more rock based riffs.
- Evil Knockoff: Seems to be this, seeming to be more like Powered Armor than the other two's Rider forms (which seem to be more of a physical transformation) and having a much more artificial look to him. Even his Eyecon seems completely different than any other type. It also needs to be actively powered and recharged to maintain transformation.
- Fantasy Metals: His suit is composed of 'Quantum Metal', which permits him to phase through attacks.

- Omega Load: The Necrom Eyecon announces "Destroy!" as Necrom charges demonic energy into himself, which he can channel as a Rider Kick, Rider Punch or a blast of energy from his palms. Upgrades into Playing with Fire after absorbing some energy from Gammaizer Fire.
- Omega Finish: Using the Gan Gun Catcher with an Eyecon slotted in it, Necrom can fire an energy blast at his foe depending on which Damashii he's using at the time.
- Sanzo
- Omega Ulord: Necrom summons the spirits of Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie and Sha Wujing, who then transform into a cloud that Necrom can ride on for a quick getaway. Once he gains Sanzo's friendship and loyalty, however, the spirits instead attack Necrom's enemy while Necrom rushes in for the final blow.
- Necrom
- Gamma Resource: Necrom's Parka Ghost needs to be recharged or his transformation will be dropped. How does he recharge? Summon some Gamma and absorb them.
- Hour of Power: The Necrom powers seem to run on a time limit which Alain needs to feed or they'll fade and cancel his transformation.
- Intangibility: He has the ability to make himself intangible towards his opponent's attacks. According to official materials, this is a property of the material his suit is made of.
- Irony: His transformation call is 'Crush the Invader'. Necrom is the extradimensional invader.
- Though given his anger towards Takeru for his perception of changing Makoto, there's
another way to read that call entirely. - His Heel–Face Turn makes it seem slightly more heroic.

- Necessary Drawback: Has a lot of sheer power with a Superpower Lottery, but unlike the other two, more limited Riders, he has a finite energy supply and will run out of power if he doesn't recharge. The more damage he takes and the more power he uses seems to speed this up.
- Necromancer: Befitting his name, he can directly control hoards of Gamma Commandoes, and is able to brainwash the Heroic Eyecons.
- Superpower Lottery: Stronger than the Driver-based Ghosts, can command Gamma and Eyecons alike, and has a wide powerset that neither Ghost nor Specter possess.
- Can't Catch Up: However, Necrom eventually starts lagging behind Ghost and Specter because of its lack of an equivalent to the Mugen and Deep Specter Eyecons. Earning the loyalty and friendship of his partner Eyecons and the acquisition of the Gan Gun Catcher alleviates this somewhat. This even extends to his upgrade Yujou Burst. It only upgrades him to about mid-season powerup levels while in the same V-Cinema Makoto reaches Mugen levels of power.
- Taking You with Me: Apparently, his ultimate attack is this by putting all his energy into one self destructive attack. He's tried this on two occasions but never got to do it either time. Justified, as Alain is a Gamma and thus he can just respawn if this happens. Until he was returned to his real body.

Alain's older brother. He desires the Ghost Eyecons as well to enact his own desires...
- 0% Approval Rating: For all his talk of building a utopia, Igor seems to be his only real supporter and most of the other Gamma we see, including his own sister, aren't on board with his plans. In #41, Makoto outright states that Adel's insufferable god-like delusions made him despised by everyone else.
- A God Am I: Once he's granted the power of the Gammaizer, he considers himself to be the "perfect existence" and the one who will guide the world. Becoming Perfect Gammaizer, as well as being able to connect with the Great Eye, just make his conviction of this even stronger.
- Alas, Poor Villain: Adel might be a Smug Super Narcissistic emperor, he eventually realizes the error of his actions. Moments before Adel could reform, the Gammaizers took over him, forcing Takeru to kill him to free him the Gammaizers' control. It ends with a saddening goodbye to his siblings as Adel's spirit ascends in the afterlife.
- Assimilation Plot: His plan with the Demia Project was effectively to absorb everyone's souls and override their individual personalities with himself, create a perfectly world united by him.
- Authority Equals Asskicking: He's Gamma royalty and is strong enough to take on Toucon Boost Ghost and Specter at the same time without breaking a sweat. Even Tutankhamun's Omega Fang barely slow him down. As Perfect Gammaizer, he's pretty much as strong as Mugen Damashii.
- Badass Longcoat: Sports a black one since his debut episode. He takes it off by #43.
- Big Bad: He gradually supplants Alain as the one leading the charge against humanity. It's revealed much later that Adel was the one who suggested the idea of invading the human world in the first place, and he further solidifies himself as this by killing Adonis and usurping the throne. However, while he holds it for the majority of the show, although it gradually becomes clear the Gammaizers are the ones pulling the strings.
- Cain and Abel: Framed his own brother and tried to have him killed.
- Combat Tentacles: One of Perfect Gammaizer's powers lets him spawn these to attack people.
- Contrasting Sequel Antagonist: Both Adel and Tenjuro Banno are the series' respective Big Bads who became a God Wannabe bent on conquering the world with them as their ruler. However, while Banno was a self-absorbed narcissist, Adel is a fanatic who fully believes in what he's doing. As such, while Banno died an evil bastard, Adel realized all the errors he made as a madman before dying after he attempts to undo the mistakes he made.
- Despotism Justifies the Means: He's a megalomaniac who is obsessed with power and he will do anything in order fulfill his invasion on the human world and reshape it in the same vein as the Gamma world.
- Drunk with Power: After becoming the Perfect Gammaizer he started slipping into this, and giving less of a care what happens to his own family.
- Easily Forgiven: Even after all the crap he's pulled, including bragging about killing Takeru's dad, Takeru forgives Adel mostly on the merit that he's still Alain's brother. Alain and Alia also likewise forgive him because he's their family.
- The Emperor: After killing his father, he is now the new Emperor of the Gamma World.
- Even Bad Men Love Their Mamas: He did genuinely love his mom while she was alive, and her death was a major catalyst for his Knight Templar mindset.
- Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Apart from his mother, he also seems to care for his sister Alia to a degree. It's subtle, but when she revolts against him and gets put down, Adel doesn't kill her and instead keeps her alive so she can witness him "become the world".
- Evil Counterpart: To Alain as a character, and as Perfect Gammaizer he has virtually the exact same abilities and fighting style as Mugen Damashii.
- Eviler than Thou: To Alain. Alain is dangerous and villainous, but Adel is clearly much worse than him. Proven when Adel kills their father and frames Alain for it.
- Evil Prince: Killed his own father and frames his younger brother for it.
- Freudian Excuse: It's been implied that his mother's passing when he was young had a profoundly negative effect on him.Makoto: Who are you creating a perfect world for? There is no one around you anymore!
- Hidden Agenda Villain: He wants the Ghost Eyecons, and is willing to deceive his brother to get them, but why is unknown. Turns out he's planning to overthrow his father and rule over both human and Gamma worlds.

- It's All About Me: Somewhat literally, as his master plan is to turn everyone into duplicates of himself.
- Jacob Marley Warning: Gives one to Alain as his Last Words before departing for the afterlife."Don't make the same mistakes I did."
- Knight Templar: He does everything he does in the name of making a "perfect world", including assimilating everyone into himself.
- Light Is Not Good: His Gamma Ultima form is almost completely white. He also discards his black cloak, revealing his white and gold uniform, right around the time he goes completely Knight Templar.
- My God, What Have I Done?: Takeru manages to break through Adel's defenses in #48 and, along with an assist from Alia, shows Adel the error of his ways. It doesn't last long before the Gammaizers forcibly assimilate him, leaving Takeru with no choice but to kill him.
- Narcissist: Sees himself as the only one who can fulfill his father's ambitions in a distorted way.
- Never My Fault: His attitude and irrationality pretty much ensures that he'll never admit that these precise traits have brought about chaos rather than the perfection he seeks.
- Nice Job Fixing It, Villain: Framing Alain for their father's death and forcing him into his mortal body eventually led him to join the side of humans and help them stop Adel.
- One-Winged Angel: Eventually uses the powers of the Gammaizers to empower himself into Perfect Gammaizer.
- Orcus on His Throne: Unlike his younger brother, he stays behind in the Gamma World to study the Gammaizers and generally leaves most things to Igor to carry out.
- The Perfectionist: An incredibly dark example. He craves perfection, both in himself and in the world, and he doesn't care what he has to destroy or sacrifice to get there.
- Sanity Slippage: He starts out cold and composed, but his continued contact with the Gammaizers leads him to become increasingly insane, letting out more and more psychotic Evil Laughs and becoming convinced the only way to realize his perfect utopia is to absorb everyone into him.
- Self-Made Orphan: Killed his own father once he considered his existence to no longer be necessary.
- Sibling Rivalry: Given Alain's behavior, and the fact Adel ordered Jabel not to tell Alain about the Eyecon's true power and instead gather them for him, it seems the two have this going on.
- Smug Super: A villainous example. He begins to showcase this upon ascending to the throne and introduced to the power of the Gammaizers, those he deemed imperfect are considered beneath him. It also doubles as his Fatal Flaw.
- The Sociopath: Considers everyone as inferior and isn't above killing his own family members. He was confirmed as this the moment he told Magistrate Edith that the extinction of the Gamma was "of no concern".
- The Starscream: He kills his father and usurps the throne. Ironically, this was because he was loyal to his father's ideals, he just thought his father wasn't worthy to carry them out after sensing he doubted the Gamma's plans to create a perfect world.
- The Stoic: Even worse than Alain, he hardly ever changes his expressions, even when killing his own father.
- Not So Stoic: Having the power of the Gammaizers at his disposal, his cold facade is slowly slipping as he starts letting out some Evil Laughs and Psychotic Smirks. Takeru acquiring Mugen and destroying some of the Gammaizers also cause him to show anxiety and restlessness for the first time.
- The Unfettered: He doesn't even care if he kills his own family in his mad quest for perfection.
- Used to Be a Sweet Kid: Alia states in #45 that he used to be kind and loving to his family, even idolizing his father. Then their mother died.
- The Usurper: His ultimate goal: to overthrow his father and become emperor. He succeeds.

- He verges into this each time whenever a Gammaizer is destroyed.
- Has this in #45 when Takeru inadvertently entered on his memories.

Alain and Adel's older sister. She seems to be the one who took the Fukami siblings under her care when they were stranded in the the Gamma world. She eventually becomes Kamen Rider Necrom Pink.
- Disposable Woman: Averted as a whole but played straight with her Rider form. While she is defeated in her only fight as Dark Necrom P, she survived the story; making her the first female Rider since Mayu to survive the stories of her series.
- Nice Girl: She is shown to be a kind person unlike her brothers. She takes care of the Fukami siblings and misses them a lot when they left the Gamma World.
- Overshadowed by Awesome: Being a fairly strong and skilled fighter is nice and all, but it means very little when you're fighting against the equivalent of gods.
- Reasonable Authority Figure: She's understandably skeptical of Adel's claim that Alain killed their father, as she knows just how much Alain respected their father.
- Strong Family Resemblance: As an adult, she is identical to her mother.
- Token Good Teammate: She's the only member of her family who isn't villainous or a Knight Templar at all.

A human-looking Gamma who can use a special Eyecon to transform into the stronger Superior Gamma. He was sent by Alain's father, Emperor Adonis, to Earth to aid his son in their plans.
- Badass in a Nice Suit: Dresses up like a noble and can easily go against both Ghost and Specter at the same time. Though only when they're not actively working together against him, though even then he's a challenge to them.
- Back from the Dead: First time in #15, courtesy of Alain. However, as revealed in #22, only his Eyecon got destroyed during both of his deaths, as his real body is completely fine, as Adel gives him another Eyecon to transfer his soul to.
- Because You Were Nice to Me: Part of his Heel–Face Turn is due to Onari treating him with kindness.
- Blood Knight: While he didn't seem like it, #15 makes him seem like this, as he spends most of his fights either being disappointed in Specter due of how weak he is now or asking Ghost to put more power to his strikes. Even when he is on the receiving end of a Rider Kick from Specter, he is saying how this is the hatred what makes him feel alive.
- Cyclops: If you look at Superior Gamma's visor close enough, you notice that it has same eye pattern that Eyecons have.
- Came Back Strong: After his second defeat he was given a much stronger "Ultima" Gamma Eyecon that let him assume a similar form to Adel's Gamma form. He was able to Curb stomp Necrom and Specter with it. He loses it and goes back to his Gamma Superior Eyecon after being beaten by Takeru's Grateful Soul.
- Dragon with an Agenda: Sent by Adonis to act as Alain's bodyguard, but it's clear from early on that he's under mysterious orders from Adel as well.
- Foreshadowing: Mentions Alain's father the "Great Ruler" in his debut episode. And also reveals in #10 that Alain has an older brother who is presumably more powerful given that he could order Jabel to lock Alain out of the loop as to the power of the Eyecons.
- Heel–Face Turn
- Horned Humanoid: The Superior Gamma suit has a single straight horn in the head.
- I Choose to Stay: Decides to stay in the human world after being resurrected.
- Mauve Shirt: While he's shown early on to be very tough, it becomes apparent later that, as a Gamma Superior, he's just one of many Elite Mooks in the Gamma.
- Midseason Upgrade: Surprising for a villain, but is promoted from Gamma Superior to Gamma Ultima.
- Named After Somebody Famous: His name comes from Inspector Javert, the main antagonist of Victor Hugo's Les Misérables.
- One-Winged Angel: When he returns, he fuses with a Gundari to become a superpowered version of it.
- Praetorian Guard: While most Gamma Superior seem to be Elite Mooks, if not Mook Lieutenants, he himself serves the royal family above the others.
- Redemption Equals Death: Gives up his life to prevent Alain from doing a suicide attack on Great Eyezer. Thankfully, he is resurrected thanks to Takeru.
- So Proud of You: After sacrficing himself for Alain, he says he's proud of how much his master has grown.
- Trademark Favorite Food: After returning to his real body and being stuck in the human world, he become very fond of Onigiri just as much as Alain likes Takoyaki.
- Villainous Breakdown: Goes berserk when his failures make Alain disappointed in him. It gets him killed when he goes off to face the Riders all on his own.
- Walking Wasteland: His Ultima form grants him this power, causing anything he touches for long enough to decay.
- The Worf Effect: The first time he really fights he is represented as someone who is able to take on both Ghost and Specter at the same time, only to almost die to them when they start working together. And in the next episode, he dies in a Curb-Stomp Battle after Takeru acquires Toucon Boost. And then he returns to demonstrate his ability to fuse with Gundari, he ends up dying again, this time to Specter Houdini Damashii. It happens again when he returns with his Ultima form, only to get utterly curbstomped by Grateful. Seems the poor guy's fate is to keep playing the Jobber to new forms.
- #38 shows he's painfully aware of this, and it's sent him into a depression.

Another Gamma Superior like Jabel, this one working as a scientist. He possesses a prototype version of the Mega Ulorder, what can use Gamma Eyecons to empower his Superior Gamma form further. He is Adel's subordinate and only obeys his order and not Alain's.
- Bad Boss: He's prone to scolding and abusing his subordinates.
- Break the Haughty: After Akari keeps slapping him, he loses his smug demeanor and becomes increasingly more of a joke.
- Butt-Monkey: While he might have his intimidating moment, at his core he's this due to being greatly outclassed by the time he starts getting more involved in fights even with his incredibly varied transformation set, often getting casually tossed out of the way. It's telling that the first time he actually won a one on one fight decisively was against Onari.
- Dirty Coward: He perfectly has shades of this.
- The Dragon: He's Adel right-hand man and the one who generally oversees things in the human world on his behalf.
- Evil Counterpart: To Akari. Both of them believe deeply in science, but his ideals as a Gamma greatly contrasts with Akari. Hilariously enough, them being each other's counterparts leads him meeting his intellectual match and rival in Akari herself, which eventually blossoms into, of all things, love.
- Evil Genius: He is a man of science (or scotopography, as it is called in the World of Gamma) and not a really pleasant person.
- Evil Knockoff: His device is this to Ghost Driver, as it uses Gamma Eyecons to achieve same effect.
- The Evils of Free Will: His speech to Akari in #17 can be summarised as the only way for a perfect utopia is for lack of any variables, and individuality what humans possess for example just creates more and more of them.
- Expy: Cast in the same mold as Brain for being an Evil Genius with Butt-Monkey traits of their respective groups.
- The Heavy: As Adel would rather stay in the Gamma World and learn more about the Gammaizers, it's Igor who handles most things in the human world.
- Heel–Face Turn: Turns good one after being revived by Takeru's wish.
- In-Series Nickname: Akari calls him "KMS": Kanpeki-narunote Mad Scientist.
- In the Hood: He has a parka in his Superior Gamma form, and can create ones based on previous Gamma with his device to empower him further.
- Jerkass: Good Lord is he. It shows the most during #28 where the Onpu Gamma composes several famous orchestral pieces from history for him and he declares each and every one to be trash causing Onpu to have a Freak Out and flee.
- Laughably Evil: He becomes this after receiving many receiving ends of bitch-slaps from Akari.
- Mad Scientist: In contrast with Akari's Science Heroine, she outright calls him this.
- Manipulative Bastard: Some of his plans, such as when he creates a dream world that gives people what they want while allowing him to drain their souls.
- Monster of the Week: Due to his Transformation Trinket which lets him assume forms based on various Evolved Gamma, he's basically a one man version of this.
- Mythology Gag: His use of Gamma Eyecons is similar to how Chaser used Roidmude Viral Cores, except these are complete transformations rather than weapon mode changes.
- The Perfectionist: Quite frankly, most of his plans are actually legitimately brilliant and would likely work... if he ever decided to give his subordinates the tiniest bit of leeway whenever a hitch comes up. He doesn't, so much whining and freaking out tend to happen instead.
- Smug Smiler: Almost always has a smug smirk on his face. At least until Akari keeps slapping him.
- Smug Snake: Of all people, he has much ego for someone as genius as him.
- Taking the Bullet: For Akari of all people in #48.
- Too Kinky to Torture: In the Specter V-Cinema, he actually seems upset when Akari doesn't slap him and reacts with glee when she does.
- Troll: Seems to enjoy taunting Takeru and his friends.
- Villain Decay: Starts out a very sinister Mad Scientist, but after Akari keeps slapping him he gradually becomes more and more of a joke.
- Ugly Guy, Hot Wife: He marries Akari in the tie-in novel Memories of the Future, making them this trope.
- Your Soul Is Mine!: He carries a device around his neck that can be used to gather up souls, and then release them to be used as his puppets.

Emperor of the Gamma and father of Alain, Adel and Alia. Sent Jabel to assist Alain.
- Affably Evil: He's a pretty pleasant guy and cares deeply about his children. He isn't all that evil and seems to just want what's best for his people.
- Decoy Antagonist: The initial references to him make it appear like Adonis is the Big Bad. He isn't, and not only is he a good man, but it's Abel who is the actual main villain.
- The Emperor: The Grand Imperial Majesty of the Gamma.
- The Good King: An extremely benevolent ruler beloved by his people.
- Good Parents: Love his children and wants the best for them.
- Greater-Scope Villain: Is the ruler of the Gamma, but remains in the Gamma World with Alain being The Heavy and primary villain. Subverted, as Adonis turns out to be the Decoy Antagonist.
- Killed Off for Real: His real body is killed by Adel in #27.
- Meaningful Name: Adonis is the name of the Greek God of vegetation.
- Orcus on His Throne: Is the true ruler of the Gamma, but mainly acts through his son Alain and his minion Jabel. Possibly justified, as Jabel implies high ranking Gamma require the boundary between their worlds to degrade for them to be able to come through.
- Sacrificial Lion: Adonis' murder at the hands of his own son is the series biggest narrative turning point.
- Universally Beloved Leader: All of the Gamma seem to hold him in high regard and even Adel, who ended up killing him, believed in his ideals.
- Well-Intentioned Extremist: He truly believes that the Gamma World is a perfect utopia compared to the human world, and believes that humans will keep on fighting each other if they have free will.
- Alia reveals more of his motivations in #39, namely that His wife passed away and his other son, Argos, succumbed to illness soon after. This caused Adonis to fall into despair and attempt to create a Utopia. He also never aimed to invade the human world.

The president of Deep Connect. While outwardly an ally to the Paranormal Investigation Labs, he is actually Gamma-possessed and under Igor's control so that his company can be used as a front for the Gamma's Demia Project.
- Consummate Liar: Igor enforces this on Bills as a diversion from Takeru and the gang, they didn't realize this until #44.Igor: Bills is my minion. I've been watching him fool you and laughing in the shadows!
- Meaningful Name: Based on Steve Jobs and Bill Gates.
- The Mole: When Takeru and friends infiltrated Deep Connect in #29, Igor had him roughed up a bit to make him look like he wasn't involved in the Gamma's plans and thereby earn the Riders' trust.
- Reasonable Authority Figure: He acts like one, and probably would be without Igor influencing him.
- What Happened to the Mouse?: As he and the others try to escape Adel's influence in #46, Bills ended up being affected and had his head changed to Adel, prompting the others to scream and run; Bills was not seen again at all from that point on, though it was presumed that he and all others affected by the Demia Project were restored back to normal.

- Asskicking Leads to Leadership: He's an Ultima Gamma. It goes without saying that he qualifies.
- The Brute: He's incredibly tough and able to fight with Ghost Grateful Damashii one-on-one.
- Killed Off for Real: He was permanently killed off by Danton during the events of Ghost RE:BIRTH: Kamen Rider Specter gaiden movie.
- Made of Iron: Took several Omega Drives without dying. It took Mega Omega Formation, which is 16 consecutive Rider Kicks to put him down.
- Proud Warrior Race Guy: To the point where he got pissed when Takeru refused to use Mugen to fight him, considering it an insult.
- Time Master: In his first fight with the Kamen Riders, he rewinds time to protect himself from the Riders' Triple Rider Kick, thus forcing them to retreat.
Copy Makoto

A clone of Makoto Fukami sent by Adel that transforms into Kamen Rider Specter. To distinguish himself from the real one, he wears the Gamma's military uniform as opposed to the real Makoto wearing leather. It was later revealed that doppelgängers were a side effect of Makoto's usage of the Deep Specter Eyecon. The Eyecon draws power from the Gammaizers to give it incredible strength, hence the Gammaizers created the doppelgängers as a counter to this. Specter's V-Cinema retcons this into the 15 Copy Makotos being incomplete prototypes of Makoto that were stolen from Danton.
Tropes that apply to him/them in general
- Ax-Crazy: One of the obvious traits to distinguish himself from the real Makoto, most especially the crazy eyes.
- Becoming the Mask: #47 shows that he's starting to become more and more like Makoto, to the point where he confuses himself by considering Takeru his friend. It turns into a full on Heel–Face Turn in #48 when he starts fighting alongside the real Makoto in earnest and later pulls a Heroic Sacrifice to save the original's life.
- Enemy Mine: Does this with the real Makoto in #48.
- Expy: Of Souji Tendou's Worm doppelganger and Kamen Rider Ryuga.
- Even Evil Has Standards: Of a sort. He might be an amoral and cruel clone of Makoto, but He's still a clone of Makoto and so can't bring himself to snap Kanon's neck when he has a perfect chance even though he's been ordered to.

- Mirror Match: Since he uses the Specter Eyecon, this leads the real Makoto into relying into the Deep Specter Eyecon. This trope becomes even more literal when the doppelganger gets his own Deep Specter Eyecon.

- Posthumous Character: She's dead by the time we hear of her.
- Strong Family Resemblance: She and Alia look exacly alike.

The 15 "Protector Gods" of the Gamma World, their job is to protect the Gamma World from outside threats. They materialize from the 15 monoliths in the Gamma Emperor's prayer room.
- Beware the Silly Ones: Gammaizer Climate, who usually carries a silly-looking blue bird with cloud for wings that looks like Swablu, is actually the very Gammaizer that guided Adel into becoming Perfect Gammaizer, the one that helped other Gammaizers in developing sentience and emotion. The birds may look silly, but when used in attack, they hit as hard as other Gammaizer's attacks.
- BFG: Gammaizer Rifle's true form.
- BFS: Gammaizer Blade's true form, which can even split into two for Dual Wielding.
- Blow You Away: Gammaizer Wind is the fourth one.
- Demonic Possession: Late in the show, several of them possess previous victims of the week as part of their study of human emotions.

- Final Boss: After Adel is taken out, they merge with the Great Eye to become the Great Eyezer and attempt one more time to carry out their plans.
- Fusion Dance: Turns out they can merge together in the power booster version of this trope, which Gammaizer Magnetic and Gammaizer Blade do to become Gammaizer Magnetic Blade. They can also merge with the Great Eye to create the Great Eyezer.

- Hoist by His Own Petard: By the end of the show, Takeru and crew still have no way to permanently defeat the Gammaizers, who've learned how to revive each other even when killed by Mugen. - Nonstandard Character Design: Gammaizer Magnetic Blade, a rare non-humanoid tokusatsu monster that's not CG or a puppet, but two people in a suit.
- Palette Swap: The Great Eyezer is a gold color repaint of Kamen Rider Extremer.
- Physical God: They are the protector gods of the Gamma world and the backbone of the world's existence. They are strong enough to stop the summoning of The Great Eye when Takeru tried to do it for the second time, by sending a huge energy blast towards the monolith in the Dai-Tenkuji temple. After absorbing the The Great Eye and becoming the Great Eyezer, they become even more omnipotent, even able to turn night into day easily.
- Playing with Fire: The first Gammaizer that Takeru and co. face is the Gammaizer Fire.
- Resurrective Immortality: If killed, they simply regenerate back in the prayer room in their monolith forms. In fact, the reason why they consider Takeru to be such a great threat is because his Mugen Damashii form is thus far the only thing that can permanently take them out of action.

Katananote Gamma

A Gamma that was summoned and empowered alongside the Gamma that would become Yari. With Yari, Katana wreaked havoc on the city in search of the Eyecons until he met our hero... and killed him. Thankfully, he soon came back to fight back. After Yari's death, Katana was next, and goaded Ghost to follow him. After some Bike-Fu, Katana summons some Gamma Commandos to tire out Ghost, only for Ghost to find the Musashi Ghost and Musashi Eyecon.
- Blade Below the Shoulder: His right arm is a giant, wide sword.
- Came Back Strong: Became much more powerful after resurrecting, with new powers and able to keep up with Takeru's Mid-Season Upgrade.
- Hero Killer: This is the guy who kicked of the story. Not bad for a Monster of the Week.
- Karmic Death: Katana's death personifies the phrase "Live by the Sword, Die By the Sword". He kills Takeru with his sword arm, and gets killed by Musashi Damashii.
- Killed Off for Real: Meets his karmic end with Ghost Musashi Damashii's Omega Slash with the Gan Gun Saber in Twin Sword Style Mode. And again when he comes back in #13, where he's killed again by Goemon Damashii with the Sunglasseslasher's Mega Omega Shine.
- Nice Job Fixing It, Villain: Congrats on creating the very thing that continually kills off your kind on a weekly basis, Katana Gamma.
- Rule of Symbolism: Katana is based on Sasaki Kojiro, who had died fighting Miyamoto Musashi. Fitting how it was Musashii Damashi that ended Katana at first.
Yarinote Gamma

A Gamma that was summoned and empowered alongside the Gamma that would become Katana. With Katana, Yari wreaked havoc on the city in search of the Eyecons until they meet our hero... and Katana killed him. Thankfully, he soon came back to fight back, which ends up getting Yari killed.
- Blood Knight: Yari is very confrontational, especially compared to his partner, Katana.
- Impaled with Extreme Prejudice: Akari barely avoided this fate thanks to Takeru when Yari tries to take a stab at her.
- Fearless Fool: Charged head-on towards Ghost when Ghost was charging up his finisher.
- Killed Off for Real: Is killed by Ghost Ore Damashii's Omega Drive Rider Kick.
- Rule of Symbolism: Yari is based on Houzouin In'ei, a Buddhist monk that developed the Houzouin-ryu style of spear combat that revolve around the jumonji yari, which is also the type of spearhead that Yari was empowered with.
- Interestingly, Miyamoto Musashi once fought someone who was trained in the style.
- Telescoping Staff: Showed that Yari's yari can extend its length once.

A Gamma who was summoned courtesy to Dr. Sonoda who uses the doctor to turn his idea of a teleportation device to a device what would create a giant Gamma Hole. While successful on creating the device and almost opening it after fusing with Edison Parka Ghost, his plan was stopped by Takeru and was killed off when he acquired Edison Damshii.
- Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: Became the first Gamma to become a Giant Gamma by absorbing the Edison Ghost when it was freed from its sealed state.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: Denki played a contributing role in his own death, where he was shooting electricity at Ghost Edison Damashii. Turns out, Edison Damashii can absorb and redirect electricity.
- Killed Off for Real: Was blasted away by Ghost Edison Damashii's Omega Shoot with the Gan Gun Saber in Gun Mode.
- The Muse: Sonoda intended to use the Gamma in this manner, but it was turned against him.
- Never Bring a Knife to a Gun Fight: Don't bring swords to a fight with a electricity-shooting monster.
- Rule of Symbolism: Due to fighting against Edison Damashii and its head resembling a Tesla coil, it hearkens back to the "War of the Currents", where Thomas Edison and Nikola Tesla campaigned against each other over the use of direct electrical current and alternate electrical current.
- His Giant form looks an awful lot like a battleship. It might be a reference to the Philadelphia Experiment, an alleged military experiment that happened on U.S. Navy destroyer escort USS Eldridge (DE-173). In said story, the ship was claimed to be invisible/cloaked from any opposing battleships.
- Shock and Awe: Par for the course.
- Wall Jump: His Giant form can cling into walls and scale up them by jumping up them.
Ononote Gamma
Portrayed by: Takuya Kirimoto (voice), Yugo Fujii (suit)
A Gamma who was summoned to help out Mari Shirase in her Robin Hood-like crime spree as Little John. His true objective, however, was to corrupt her so that her soul would turn into an Eyecon in order to gain the Robin Hood Eyecon. His plan was foiled when Takeru broke Mari out of his influence and then used Robin Hood Eyecon to take him down.
- Barbarian Longhair: His hair is long, messy and red to boot.
- Deflector Shields: Can create a red mist-like shield front of him to stop any projectiles from reaching him. However, this applies to his own axes as well, and needs to create gaps in shield for them to reach anywhere.
- Killed Off for Real: Gets shot down swiftly by Ghost Robin Hood Damashii's Omega Strike with the Gan Gun Saber in Arrow Mode.
- Rule of Symbolism: Ono is based on Juraj Jánošík, a Slavic folk hero, who was really similar to Robin Hood, as both of them stole from the rich and gave the loot to the poor.
Book Gamma
Portrayed by: Kiyohito Yoshikai (voice), Jiro Uchikawa (suit)
A Gamma who assisted a Primal Body Gamma who was possessing Sakuma Risa in an attempt to gain the Nobunaga Eyecon, with his role being to spread his clones across different places to eventually raise a part of a city into the skies to create "Azuchi Castle" to Hashiba Nobuyoshi to further his corruption. They were almost successful before Ghost arrived and was able to defeat Book Gamma.
- Alice Allusion: The book he was fused with is Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, and his costumes has aspects from different characters from the book, most notably the Mad Hatter.
- Doppelgänger Attack: He can create multiple clones of himself.
- Doppelgänger Spin: He attempts to pull this off when Ghost activates Omega Strike. Unfortunately for him, he did not know about Robin Hood Damashii's Omega Drive.
- Killed Off for Real: Gets shot down by by Ghost Robin Hood Damashii's Omega Strike with the Gan Gun Saber in Arrow Mode, with help of Robin Hood Damashii's Omega Drive.
- Mind over Matter: He has some sort of telekinetic powers. Where he normally can only cause small objects to levitate, entire army of clones in certain locations allow them to lift an entire city-block into the skies.
- Rule of Symbolism: His base design is an Alice Allusion, suggesting he was based on Lewis Carroll, the book's author and a famous mathematician and logician.
Machine Gun Gamma
Portrayed by: Katsumi Chō (voice), Daisuke Satō (suit)
A Gamma who alongside his "famiglia" was send into an elementary school for an unknown plan, with him making sure no one gets into the school. His plan manages to be successful, but only after Ghost defeats some of his companions, after which Specters drops in and finishes the job.
- Arm Cannon: Has eight machine gun barrels in his right arm.
- A Father to His Men: A villainous example towards is "famiglia". He gets pissed when Ghost kills a few of the Commando Gamma under his command.
- Badass in a Nice Suit: Dresses up like a typical gangster and is the first Gamma to really keep Ghost on the ropes.
- Back from the Dead: Briefly comes back in #24 alongside Seiryuto Gamma in order to kill Alain, but neither of them last that long.
- Bear Trap: For whatever reason, he has one for a mouth.
- Combat Pragmatist: Has absolutely no qualms on keeping Akari and Onari hostage to prevent Ghost from attacking him before attacking.Machine Gun Gamma: You gotta do whatever it takes if you want to win, kiddo.
- Gratuitous Italian: Refers to the Commando Gamma under his command as his "famiglia"note
- More Dakka: Natch.
- Rule of Symbolism: This Gamma, quite obviously, is based on Al Capone, one of the most notoriously known gangsters of his time.
- Too Dumb to Live: If he just didn't shoot Specter in the back, the Rider would've taken care of Ghost and the problem would have resolved itself. Way to go.
Onpunote Gamma
Portrayed by: Norihisa Mori (voice), Jiro Uchikawa (suit)
A Gamma what was summoned courtesy of Kousuke Kimijima, whom he helped on composing his next masterpiece. However, his true plan was to make him connect with Beethoven so that he can then make Kousuke kill himself and such create the Beethoven Eyecon. His plan was foiled when Takeru broke his influence over Kousuke and summoned the Beethoven Parka Ghost, eventually leading his defeat.
He comes back in #27 by Igor's will in order to create a composition to the launch event for Demia Project. However, he soon finds out that Igor isn't particularly interested in classical music at all...
- Heel–Face Turn: Changed sides in #28, partially due to his new friendship with Cubi, partially because Igor was absolutely horrible to him.
- Killed Off for Real: Gets finished off by Ghost Musashi Damashii's Omega Slash with the Gan Gun Saber in Twin Sword Style Mode followed up by Musashi's Omega Drive.
- Musical Assassin: He fights by creating musical notes which he then fires off.
- Rule of Symbolism: A rather ironic one. He is based on Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, one of Beethoven's main inspirations in his musical career.

A Gamma who used her insects to take control of a neighbourhood of people for the purpose of helping the Gamma to create a new monolith for unknown usage. While she provided to be one of the most persistent Gamma what Ghost has faced, he was able to break the people out of her control and defeat her once and for all.
- All Webbed Up: Takeru's method of countering her swarm ability? Using the Spider Lantern to create a giant web, snagging her like a giant sticky fly trap.
- Big Creepy-Crawlies: If a humanoid wasp wasn't large enough, her Giant form is a giant queen bee on top of a bulldozer.
- Flight: She is capable of flying even without any actual wings.
- High-Class Glass: Wears a really large monocle. Which seems to come with the fact that the object she was fused with was a magnifying glass.
- Killed Off for Real: Is blown away by Ghost Billy the Kid Damashii's Omega Impact with the added assistance of the Spider Lantern.
- Not quite, Jean-Hennri Fabré was quite recognisable in the field of entomology for his trench coat and hat

- Not Quite Dead: She escapes death not once, but twice. The first time she avoid Takeru's Omega Impact by sending a portion of her swarm to take the attack for her, and the second time she survives the destruction of her Giant Gamma form by evacuating her main body from it before Takeru destroys it. It takes Takeru discovering her main body and destroying it to make her death stick.
- One to Million to One: She has the power to transform into a huge swarm of wasps.
- Puppeteer Parasite: She can use her own wasps to take control of a huge group of people at once.
- Rule of Symbolism: Despite being a female Gamma, she is based on the French entomologist Jean-Henri Fabré. This is more notorious with the original design of the Gamma: A male dung beetle.
- Her wasp motif also brings to mind Shocker's own Wasp Woman.
- Tertiary Sexual Characteristics: Justified as all the evolved Gamma are armor pieces and accessories added to the same base Gamma suit.
- The Worm That Walks: Her true form is a swarm of wasps and one tiny version of her combined body, which acts as the core of her being. This also means that as long as her core survives, she does.
Seiryuto note Gamma
Portrayed by: Tetsu Inada (voice), Hajime Kanzaki (suit)
A Gamma summoned by Saionji for the purpose of creating the last remaining Eyecon needed for his plan, after which he is ordered to get the Eyecons what Takeru and Makoto had in their hands. He is successful on getting Takeru create the Benkei Eyecon, but only manages to get Makoto's Eyecons before he can get his hands on Takeru's collection, even if it puts Saionji in favourable situation.
- Breath Weapon: The dragon head is capable of shooting out fire.
- Killed Off for Real: Gets smashed to pieces by Benkei Damashii's Omega Drive followed up by the Omega Bomber with the Gan Gun Saber in Hammer Mode.
- Rule of Symbolism: Due of him being based on the Green Dragon Crescent Blade, he is by extension based on Guan Yu, due of the said weapon being the one he uses in Romance of the Three Kingdoms. The relation with Benkei might come with the fact that Benkei and Guan Yu were both people who had undying loyalty towards their masters.
Planet Gamma

A Gamma that Alain empowered alongside a new Katana Gamma to take over a Satellite that they can use to rapidly advance their operations. He used his electronic powers to attack anyone talking on a Cellphone or Smartphone, and then helped Alain take over a Radio Telescope so they could take control of the Satellite.
- Barrier Warrior: Can project a force-field that protects him and Katana from Edison Damashii's Omega Shoot.
- Bash Brothers: Unlike the Spear Gamma, he actually aids the Katana Gamma in battle.
- Chest Blaster: Also can shoot planet-like projectiles out of his chest.
- Killed Off for Real: He gets blasted into nothing by Ryoma Damshii's Mega Omega Flash with the Sunglasseslasher in Sword Mode.
- Rule of Symbolism: Based on Yuri Gagarin, the first man in space.
- Shock and Awe: Capable of unleashing electronic attacks over a wide range, from electric bolts to EMPs.
- Your Soul Is Mine!: Was stealing souls from people who were talking on the phone and hijacked a satellite so he could do this over a huge area. They're all released upon his demise.
Knife Gamma
Portrayed by: Kōichi Sakaguchi (voice), Yuya Nawata (suit)
- Backpack Cannon: The pipes in his back can be used to launch projectiles.
- Fog of Doom: He can generate purple fog he likes to ambush people in, which can also block phone signals and even cause people to levitate.
- Killed Off for Real: He gets sliced to pieces with Himiko Damashii's Omega Drive.
- Rule of Symbolism: He is based on the notorious British serial killer Jack the Ripper.
- Shear Menace: His pair of blades look like two giant scissor halves. Fitting, since a pair of scissors was the very object that Knife was infused with.
Gazai note Gamma/Cubi-chan
Portrayed by: Taiki Matsuno (voice), Jiro Uchikawa (suit)
- Art Shift: His power in a nutshell. Anything he paints gets replaced with his abstract version of it, from buildings to people. However the changes can be reversed by ripping the painting in half.
- Body Horror: His entire body looks like an abstract painting, including his face being rather warped compared to other Gamma.
- Expy: He shares similar traits with Roidmude 072, as both are Harmless Villains who want to live peacefully with humans. Unlike Roidmude 072, he survives.
- Love It or Hate It: In-Universe example. Onari despises his art, partially because it was affecting him, but Akari loves it.
- Made of Iron: Non-Action Guy or no, he took an Omega Drive from Necrom Specter that was meant to kill Takeru and was merely knocked unconscious.
- Meaningful Rename: Akari names him Cubi-chan after Cubism, the abstract art-style he practices.
- Nice Guy: Despite being a Gamma, all he really wants to do is paint. When he sees changing the Ghost Driver caused Takeru distress he apologized and tore the painting in half, reversing it's effects.
- Non-Action Guy: He really has no way to fight at all, and doesn't really want to. All he has is his power, which is ultimately rather harmless.
- Non-Malicious Monster: Just wants to paint and is Obliviously Evil.
- Obliviously Evil: He only wishes to paint what he sees with no evil intentions to it. Unfortunately, the things he paint turn to resemble the collage paintings he makes, thus causing havoc.
- Put on a Bus: After hitting a slump in his art, he eventually decided to go Walking the Earth to gather more inspiration alongside the recently befriended Onpu Gamma.
- Rule of Symbolism: He is based on the 20th century artist Pablo Picasso.
- Taking the Bullet: Takeru does this for him to save him from Igor. Later on he returns the favor by taking Necrom Specter's Omega Drive to save Takeru. Thankfully, he survives.
- The World Is Just Awesome: He loves the human world because of all the shapes it has in it. His favorite shapes to paint in particular are round things like Apples, Gas Tanks, and Onari's head.

- Brainwashed and Crazy: Igor is forced to pull this on her to keep her head in the game.
- Killed Off for Real: She eventually meets a warrior's death by Ghost Toucon Boost Damashii's Omega Drive, utilizing the Sunglasseslasher.
- Let's Fight Like Gentlemen: She finally gets a chance to go one-on-one with Takeru without any outside interference, staying true to her code of honor.
- Noble Demon: Another rarity among Gamma, she refuses to escalate the fight when near the defenseless.
- Rule of Symbolism: A female Gamma despite her rather masculine-looking armor? It's Joan of Arc!
- Playing with Fire: She can create blue flames to burn out person's soul and her Sword Beam manifest as a blue wave of fire.

Hikoki Gamma Perfect
A duo of Gamma brothers sent to redden Earth's skies.
A third one, by the name of Hikoki Gamma Perfect, appears in #36.
- Fashionable Asymmetry: Played straight with the first two Hikoki Gamma, which one of their shoulders being the propeller, the other one being the wing. Subverted with the third one, where both of his shoulders are the wings, with the propeller attached to his forehead.
- Large Ham: The younger brother's an eccentric one, often posing as if he is an airplane.
- Mad Bomber: While the younger one can shoot with his fingers, the older one goes for more devastating attacks using explosives and missiles.
- Rule of Symbolism: Like Grimm, he is based on 2 historical figures, and this time, they are The Wright Brothers. He even has Orville Wright's mustache. It was revealed that there were 2 of them, the first one appeared in #25 is the younger brother, Orville and the other one is the the older brother, Wilbur.
- They may also based on Manfred and Lothar von Richthofen, the former of whom is also known as the "Red Baron", due to their red color schemes and their main ability being spraying gas, especially Hikoki Gamma Perfect who wears flight goggles.
- Verbal Tic: He has a habit of shoving the japanese onomatopoeia for a revving enginenote into his speech at random.

Gigantic serpent-like creatures from the same world as the Gamma that serve them.
- Captain Ersatz: How did the Chitauri gave the Gamma their Leviathans!?
- Elite Mooks: Alain got ticked off Jabel 'wasted' them and the four we see are naturally stronger and larger than the average Giant Gamma.
- Giant Flyer: Despite looking more like giant snakes, they can fly pretty fast.
- Giant Mook: They're gigantic, being about 57 feet long and weighing about 19 tons. For reference, the Denki Gamma's One-Winged Angel form was only a third the size of one.
- Invisible to Normals: Notably subverted and the biggest difference between them and the Gamma, as they appear to be naturally visible rather than needing to be revealed somehow.
- Kaiju: Have no humanoid form and are absolutely massive.
- Our Demons Are Different: They're from the same world as the Gamma and look suitably demonic, but are even different from them.
- Prehensile Tail: With talons, perfect for smacking a Rider around.
