This is the character sheet for the many, many characters of iAntiVirus.

    open/close all folders

VIRUS

The Tropes that are associated with this organisation are:

  • Code Name: Everyone has a personal protection name made up of an adjective and a noun.
  • Custom Uniform: Everyone has a personal uniform, made of black and one neon colour of choice.
  • Rank Up: Everyone goes from being a "Trainee" to "Underling" after a period of posting, so everyone (usually) gets at least one promotion.

    Overlord

Overlord

Torn (Overlord Violent Pillow)

The current leader of Virus, Torn is a strong visionary leader. In all his years in Virus, he has not lost sight of Virus' original goal. However, he is a person who is extremely closed off to people, not wanting to get emotionally involved in any way.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

    Combatants

Combatants

Yukito (Combatant Dark Requiem)

The Second-In-Command of Virus, Yukito is silent and ambitious. Usually seen with a closed-eyed smile, he likes working from the shadows and pulling the strings of various people to get what he wants.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Ax-Crazy: Although he doesn't seem like the type, Yukito can become quite brutal and merciless in a fight.
  • Blackmail: Used video footage which he recorded himself of Torn deleting the previous Overlord to blackmail him into promoting him to Combatant, and, subsequently, the second-in-command of VIRUS.
  • Blackmail Is Such an Ugly Word: "Blackmail?...I prefer the term...insurance."
  • Icy Blue Eyes: Has Mismatched Eyes while in VIRUS Base/on duty for VIRUS in the form of a blue right eye and a yellow left eye, however he alters his appearance to having Blue Eyes (and white hair) while off duty as to not be as recognisable.
  • Evil Twin: Well...he's the lesser of two evils. His twin brother, Yomi, is even more evil than him.
  • Face-Heel Turn: Went from working with FIREWALL before betraying them by becoming a member of VIRUS as to further his own goals.
  • In-Series Nickname: Belial's nickname for him is "Specs", and Azrael coined the rather endearing term "Four-Eyed Bastard".
  • In the Hood: After the Era 19 Reset.
  • One Head Taller: There's 10 inches between him and Azrael. (He is 6" while she is 5"2")
  • Say My Name: To Belial at the climax of their ERA 22 VIRUS Raid fight.
Always so hasty aren’t we KEITH-!

Usumori (Combatant Deep Abyss)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Big Eater: After changing from a "Tank" build to a "Melee" build after the ERA 19 reset, he tends to eat more as to refill his energy.
  • Heterosexual Life-Partners: With Kuroshi.

Lance (Combatant Deadly Bullet)

A bucket of smiles, sunshine, and rainbows, Lance is best described as enthusiastic, energetic, cheery, spirited, flamboyant, and extremely helpful. Despite his friendly nature, he has the tendency to get quite serious when the situation calls for it, and has shown to be an extremely skilful fighter.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Camp Gay: He's very... flamboyant at times...

Ether (Combatant Devious Dragon)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Boom, Headshot: Was the unfortunate accidental victim of this for Lance during the PVP while he was watching the match.
  • Hellish Pupils: Has violet pupils with black slits going through the middle.

Azrael (Combatant Diabolical Muffler)

If Torn is the "Founding Father" of Virus, then Azrael is the "Mother Figure", being the responsible, caring ass-kicker. She'll snap your neck, heal you and snap your neck again. Deep down she does care for every member of Virus, almost knowing every single one by name and liking to be one-on-one with everyone. If you do something stupid, she'd rather tear you apart with her words before her fists.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Knife (Combatant Fluffy Hamster)

A perpetually grinning, sarcastic bastard full of random antics, off-handed comments, and suggestive remarks. The Combatant of the Capture Division, he is as known for his unpredictability and ingenious tactics as for his love for cake. Tends to gravitate between being a cold-blooded, heartless tormentor and Jerk with a Heart of Gold, though he tends to be the latter unless he's in the interrogation room. See: High Octane Nightmare Fuel.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Big Brother Instinct: Won't admit it, but it's true.
  • Comfort Food: Chocolate cake.
  • Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass: Once the facade of randomness and stupidity wears off, you'd better watch out because all of a sudden he means business. As witnessed in the battle for Combatant of Capture against Nephyl where he used a frying pan and "the power of Chinese cooking" to achieve victory.
  • Unresolved Sexual Tension: Word Of God has stated that Knife was straight before meeting Arthur...
    • Word Of God has also stated that if Ritchlock had never existed, Callum (Knife) and Jules (Maelstrom) would likely have been doing...stuff...

Zail (Combatant Silver Blood)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Souma (Combatant Ubiquitous Viscount)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Starcrossed Lovers: Den and Souma were dating despite them being in FIREWALL and VIRUS respectively, but this relationship was broken off by Souma when she realized that this would affect their relationship. Although they've now patched things up and they are now married.

    Fighters

Fighters

Nefarence (Fighter Alley Cat)

A free-spirited, laid-back Fighter of the Wet Work Division, Nefarence is rarely seen around base but prefers to work outside solo, not trusting anyone to handle the job right but himself. Pleasant and brotherly, little do most know that everything Nef puts forward is a facade constructed to make others feel comfortable.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Maeryn (Fighter Bitter Song)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Coelia (Fighter Blind Justice)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Michira (Fighter Bloody Pixie)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Raven (Fighter Cynical Ace)

One of many Author Avatars. The master of the "|:" face and the eternal facepalm. Raven appears to be generally serious and as the kind of person who gets things done her way, but behind the facade hides a girl who just feels better showing her competitive side in-game and honestly wants to have fun.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Foil: To Rea.
  • Good with Numbers: Sadly averted, despite being Asian.
  • Oblivious to Love: From Knife.
  • Only Sane Employee: In the Capture Division.
  • Only Sane Man: In real life, Allison is a member of the expansive Chen Dynasty, members of which include a derpy, perpetually hyper redhead, a secret supergenius womanizer, and the largest exporters of medical marijuana on the planet. Add her relations with Knife online and Ying (Rea) as her best friend in real life, and there you have it.
  • Real Life Writes the Plot: The first time she met Ying (Rea) in real life was completely based upon the first meeting of Raven and Rea's writers. Word of God has however stated that she was far more stunned at how hyper someone could be than Raven was.
  • Subordinate Excuse: Appears to be doing this with Knife, who is her direct superior. However, they spend an excessive amount of time together off-base, and have recently even met up IRL.

Tori / Rito (Fighter Dark Horse)

Rito was once a Fighter known as Tori, but got deleted by the love of his life. He came back with the intent for revenge, adopting a cold and well-spoken persona. Calculating, unafraid to step over people to get what he wants, he wants to prove that his former deletion was a simple lapse of judgement and he is still quite strong.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Radai (Fighter Furious Fluffikinz)

More often than not described as "an animal", Radai is an extremely vicious person in general. While friends would see her as a far more easy-going person that loves a laugh, she has an extremely short temper and the desire to prove herself to be the strongest she can be.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Tonks (Fighter Grim Divinity)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Maelstrom (Fighter Happy Emu)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Stalking Is Love: Maelstrom stalked Ritchlock. And boy, did she ever stalk Ritchlock.
    • Word Of God has also stated that if Ritchlock had never existed, Callum (Knife) and Jules (Maelstrom) would likely have been doing...stuff...

Ivy (Fighter Mercurial Air)

Bouncy and cheery, Ivy might seem like an airheaded, immature child with no sense of responsibility and her heart and mind set on only fun, but don't let appearances fool you. She's actually an incredibly perceptive, highly intelligent girl who will do anything and go to great lengths to defend VIRUS, for this girl her hardest and plays to win.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • The Pollyanna: Subverted. Ivy keeps all her sadness to herself, refusing to show the world anything but radiating sunshine.
  • Stepford Smiler: Type A.

Rea (Fighter Orange Zest)

One of many Author Avatars. Sunshine, double rainbows, and a sharp punch in the nuts, Rea is random derp and buried cynicism rolled into a five-foot-tall package. Second seat of the General Division, she is often found chasing after Trainees and is the one usually seen making announcements on base, most of them delving into an inappropriate or spazztastic nature.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Asian Airhead: Subverted Type Two. She's smarter than she looks, though she does have her blonde moments.
  • Authority in Name Only: Despite being a Fighter, Rea is still stuck doing many menial tasks such as cleaning toilets and making "DO NOT FAP" signs in the VIRUS bathrooms.
  • Let's Just Be Friends: With Keith. Taken, for the most part, pretty well.
  • Manic Pixie Dream Girl: Subverted. This is exactly what most of her acquaintances expect of her, but she too is bored of the everyday and desires adventure.
  • Nerds Are Sexy: Not quite her, but the story of her life- every single man who has been attracted to her has been nerdy in some way or form.

Damien (Fighter Silent Knife)

Not all that talkative, Damien is a serious and driven member of Virus with a scowl permanently crossing his face. Merciless and able to improvise on his feet, he is highly loyal and strong willed, taking pride in being quick and efficient in his duties.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Cool Mask: Word of God has it that he has a whole room full of these.
  • Distracted By The Cutie: Not one to show it much, but it does get to him at times.
  • Double Entendre: Between Lance talking loudly about Damien eating his sausage to Damien wanting to give Lance a " 'andjob" when he meant "handshake", he leans more on the accidental side.
  • Funetik Aksent: Probably the most triumphant example on the site so far.
  • Perma Stubble: Only shaved it off once for a mission. Otherwise it never seems to go.
  • Pet the Dog: His interaction with Lance's body double.
  • Power Trio: With Yukito and Rito.
  • Scars Are Forever: While it's usually covered, he has a scar running down his back where he saved Lance from getting hit by a key.
  • Shoot the Dog: Deleting a hacker that was also a victim in a mission with Lance.
  • The Stoic: Although he's slowly coming out of that.

Nephyl (Fighter Winged Dancer)

Once a shy, stuttering girl who couldn't speak two sentences without bursting into tears, being abandoned by her lover has turned Nephyl into a frosty, acerbic woman who cares for few people and is focused only on getting ahead. Few people are witness to the weakness behind the mask, and fewer are aware of who she really is.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

    Minions

Minions

Shay (Underling 'O,)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • ¡Three Amigos!: Saber, Shay and Kujira are best friends in the real world, and hang out as a group of three known jokingly as TOE (Team of Evil).
    • However, considering the romantic subtext between the three, it is undeniable that this has potential to become Two Guys and a Girl.
  • Two Guys and a Girl: With Saber and Kujira.

Kayden (Minion Bloody Hell)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Badguy (Minion Evil Mailman)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Cain and Abel: With Requiem. This goes back as far as their previous avatars, Nenshou and Levantine.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Badguy goes back to back with this trope and Jerkass Façade, so much so that people mainly just consider him a Jerkass anyway, and only a few can really say otherwise.
  • Unstoppable Rage: Takes this ability, adds fire, a crippling side-effect and his "Just A Flesh Wound" personality to make an effectively devasting and somewhat terrifying Rage power.

Vaint (Minion Honey Badger)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Ayde (Minion Lithe Shadow)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Kuroshi (Minion Orange Juice)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Crow (Minion Sacred Creed)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Chime (Minion Peach Sorbet)

A FIREWALL traitor, Chime appears to be cheerful and simple-minded, and in some respects she is. However, when the situation calls for it, she can be observant, cunning, and downright brutal. After being tortured, she's far less trusting of the people she meets in-game, but continues to hide behind a sunny smile.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • ¡Three Amigos!: Saber, Shay and Kujira are best friends in the real world, and hang out as a group of three known jokingly as TOE (Team of Evil).

  • Two Guys and a Girl: With Shay and Saber.

Julia Frost (Trainee Frosted Flake)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Jupiter (Trainee Futile Retribution)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Yomi (Trainee Hidden Agenda)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Always Identical Twins: Averted. Fye's (Yukito) twin brother, Ryou (Yomi), is said to look quite similar to him, but not to the point of being identical.
  • Evil Twin: Both Yukito and Yomi fit this; Yukito is the more benign of the two, "The lesser of two evils" as it were, while Yomi is markedly more cruel and sadistic than him.

Ferrero (Trainee Neapolitan Dynamite)

Goes by the nickname Roro; she's a weird girl who enjoys messing with people and stuffing her face with questionable food. She doesn't take much of anything seriously, and tends to blurt out whatever's on her mind, disregarding however harsh it might sound. She's steadfastly loyal to those she cares about, though.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Crocodile Tears: Used on multiple occasions with varying results. Close friends know better than to fall for this by now.
  • Emotionally Tongue Tied: She would rather express her affection through physical violence than try and put her emotions into words.
  • Wrench Wench: Her weapon of choice is an oversized wrench that she hits people over the head with.

Grenat (Trainee Sanguine Ace)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Tear / Yumiko (Trainee Silent Melody)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Lime (Trainee Sour Sugar)

    • However, considering the romantic subtext between the three, it is undeniable that this has potential to become Two Guys and a Girl.
  • Two Guys and a Girl: With Shay and Kujira.

Vincent (Trainee Ultimate Ginger)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Ophelia (Trainee Green Ranger)

An upbeat, eccentric girl who's always got a quip and a smile at the ready for everyone she meets. Don't underestimate her, she's a force to be reckoned with in her own right. She doesn't let anything (or anyone) get in her way!

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

FIREWALL

The Tropes that are associated with this organisation are:

  • Code Name/You Are Number Six: Everyone has a personal protection number made up of a random assortment of digits.
  • Custom Uniform: Everyone has a personal uniform, made of white and one colour of choice.
  • Rank Up: Everyone goes from being a "Trainee" to "Subordinate" after a period of posting.
  • Signature Device/Transformation Trinket: Everyone in Firewall has an accessory that becomes their locking/deletion key (necklaces, hairpins, etc.)

    Admiral

Admiral

Denim (Corporal 332) / Pheonyx (Admiral 332)

The current leader of Firewall, Pheonyx is described as being quite "motherly" with the members of Firewall. Approachable and kind, she becomes quite determined when it comes to combating Virus and their exploits.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Purple Eyes: Had Purple Eyes as Denim. Originally had gold eyes as Pheonyx before getting a makeover as to resemble Denim, changing her eyes from gold to purple in the process.
  • Pink Girl, Blue Boy: The Pink Girl to Belial and Fayt's Blue Boy.
  • Pregnant Badass: Sadly subverted. Her pregnancy hindered rather than helped her and she is struck a killing blow by Azrael, leading to her and her and Belial's unborn twins deletion.

    Corporals

Corporals

Aternity (Corporal 1314)

Passive-aggressive, critical and absolutely unrelenting are three of many ways to describe this mage. Although he is extremely loyal to his friends and those within FIREWALL, Aternity, while a brilliant strategist and fighter, is not at all subtle with most of his methods, be they social or combative.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Aggressive Submissive: With Emeraude. This probably explains their lack of action.
  • Canon Immigrant: Aternity is a five-year old character. iAnti is his fourth 'large' board.
  • Cloudcuckoolander: Barges into meetings, makes bombs, wonders why people look at him funny. This makes Emeraude the Cloudcuckoolander's Minder.
  • Combat Pragmatist: Aternity has no sense of honor. He will happily take the tactical advantage if it presents itself in any way.
  • Compassionate Critic: Has no bounds. Ternie will gladly give anyone who asks his personal list of their flaws.
  • The Engineer: One of the few in FIREWALL that actually works to improve their technological standing in the war.
  • Mad Scientist: Good news everyone! I've taught the toaster to feel love!
  • Magic Knight: Well versed in most ranged combat weapons and not nearly as squishy as other Awetumiks.
  • Kicked Upstairs: Played straight. His promotion, given his inability to actually change anything, is rendered more or less useless.
  • "The Reason You Suck" Speech: The speech given to Kaden right before his promotion.
  • Room Full of Crazy: There is said to be more explosive and rare material in Aternity's research lab than anywhere else in Cyberpolis. 50% chance of truth.
  • The Strategist: Lead a defense team to retake Medical in ERA 22. Played straight for several days, until a bomb destroyed his objective anyways.
  • Techno Wizard: It's part of the job description.

Belial (Corporal 2350)

The Second-In-Command of Firewall, Belial goes by the philosophy of "Shoot first, shoot later, shoot some more, and when everyone's dead, ask a question or two". Vicious and merciless on the battlefield, he is not a person to be taken lightly.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • An Arm and A Leg: Yukito Zirus'd off Belial's left arm at the climax of one of their fights.
  • Ho Yay: Most notably with Yukito. He also has this with Icarus and Machine.
  • Incompatible Orientation: The one whose orientation was incompatible for Sean's..
  • It Was a Gift: Had his spade necklace and spinal sword given to him by Denim.Had his buster-whip sword given to him by Beltane.
  • Klingon Promotion: He assisted Tech in the deletion of the previous Admiral and, as reward, became Tech's second-in-command.
  • Licked by the Dog: Quite literally by Neige. This also applies with characters such as Marconus and Clio.
  • True Companions: With Clio, which has been referred to as a Father-Daughter relationship, and Yumiko, which has been referred to as a Big Brother-Little Sister relationship.
  • Tsundere: An extreme Type A.
  • Two First Names: His player, whose name is "Keith Wilson".

Monochrome (Corporal 39)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Jerk With a Heart of Gold: Monochrome is known to have acted like a general dick, but genuinely cares for the people that... well, he genuinely cares about, even when he claims not to. Despite his tumultuous enmity with Morrigan, he has watched her back on more than one occasion, and has even praised her when it was due.
  • Like Brother and Sister: With Rosaline.
  • Overprotective Dad: He acts like this towards Emeraude in Canon, while he acts like this towards Azrael in AU.

Gone (Corporal 562)

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

Morrigan (Corporal 1300)

A hyper young woman with a zest and love for anything orange, Morrigan is viewed as bubbly, energetic, and adventurous. She has a deep love for Firewall, so much so that all her cheer can get stripped away and leave something rather ruthless and serious when talking about the organisation she loves.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

  • Affectionate Nickname: She calls Driftwood "Drifttree".
  • Break the Cutie: After being repeatedly left behind and betrayed, she completely snapped and became a ruthless VIRUS-hater that refused to let anyone or anything stand in her way.

  • You Are What You Hate: He claimed that he hated Henrik and Monochrome (but mostly Monochrome) forever, who he resembles to a certain extent in personality .

Clio (Lieutenant 748)

Cute, adorable, sweet, naive, gullible, oblivious, generous, selfless, clumsy, and hard-working. These are just a few words to describe Clio. An optimist at heart that prefers to see the good in all, she hides a bitter side that has been hurt and betrayed time and time again.

The Tropes that are associated with this character are:

"As anyone in Firewall could attest, Clio was rather well known for her smothering boobie hugs. The more she liked you, the more likely you were to suffocate."
  • Hello, Nurse!: Once a literal version of this before she permanently moved into Offence.
