Although starting out as a series of videos of the same scene, with Hitler ranting about whatever topic comes up, ''WebVideo/HitlerRants'' has since evolved into a universe of its own with more scenes from ''Film/{{Downfall}}'' and even other films being used. The character sheet for the original film is [[Characters/DownfallFilm here]]. More characters can be found [[http://hitlerparody.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Characters here]].

Although starting out as a series bunch of viral videos of the same scene, with Hitler ranting about whatever topic comes up, ''WebVideo/HitlerRants'' the WebVideo/HitlerRants meme has since evolved into a universe "universe" of its own own, with more scenes from ''Film/{{Downfall}}'' and even ''Film/Downfall2004'' (along with many other films and media) being used. [[folder:General tropes]]
Tropes applying to all characters:
* CharacterExaggeration: Their personality traits from the original films are exaggerated for humorous effect.
* DeathIsCheap: Any character can be killed, but brought back with little or no explanation.
* DependingOnTheWriter: The characters can differ greatly between parodists.
----
Tropes applying to most characters:
* {{Ascended Extra}}s: A large amount of the characters used in the parodies had very limited roles in the actual movie, with some only showing up for one scene.
* {{Butt Monkey}}s: Many of them are to some extent, though Hitler gets the worst of it. Fegelein is the main exception, causing suffering rather than receiving it.
* CatchPhrase: Hitler's underlings usually greet him with:
** "Heil Hitler!"[[note]]"Hail Hitler!" in German. Sometimes it's been changed into "Heil Shitler!", usually by Fegelein when his execution scene is used.[[/note]]
** "Mein Fuhrer"[[note]]"My Leader" in German. Sometimes it's been changed into "Mein Failure".[[/note]]
* EvilMinions: Definitely not the competent kind.
* HistoricalVillainDowngrade: They're not even remotely as threatening as their historical counterparts.
* LaughablyEvil: Whether they intend to be or not.
* {{Nazi Protagonist}}s: They're also {{Unsympathetic Comedy|Protagonist}} {{Villain Protagonist}}s.
* ThisIsGonnaSuck: This is most of other characters' expression before Hitler starts his ranting in the original bunker scene.
* {{Troll}}s: Almost all of the characters have at least one video dedicated to them purposely annoying Hitler in some way. Hitler himself will occasionally become this as a way of getting revenge on them.
* WorldOfSnark: Virtually every single character in the series at one point has made a snarky remark or joke while speaking in a serious tone of voice, though there are some characters that do it more often than others.

!!Main Characters

[[folder:Adolf Hitler]]
[[quoteright:285:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dolfy.png]]
The dictator of Nazi Germany. Due to the [[UsefulNotes/WorldWarII Battle of Berlin]] ([[AlternateHistory which is]] [[AnachronismStew still being]] [[ForeverWar fought into]] [[ComicBookTime the present day]]), Hitler is stuck inside the Fuhrerbunker beneath the Reich Chancellery. [[HairTriggerTemper He is constantly enraged by every problem]], both big and small, and always has a furious rant about something.
----
* AdaptationalNiceGuy: Commits far fewer atrocities, admits to not being anti-Semitic (which gets him mocked by Inglourious!Hitler), and seems content to spend most of his time pulling pranks, dealing with internal bunker drama, and commenting on pop-culture. Of course, he's still a VillainProtagonist.
* AdolfHitlarious: In the videos, he spends most of his time ranting about inconsequential stuff, coming up with ridiculous plans, and getting trolled by Fegelein.
* AntiHero: [[NominalHero While he's not really a hero]], [[VillainDecay he also doesn't seem to be as evil as the real Hitler]].
* ArchEnemy: Fegelein, Himmler, Stalin, alternate versions of himself, among many other people.
* AssholeVictim: Due to being a {{Jerkass}} VillainProtagonist, he does deserve at least some of his problems. Though some might actually feel sorry for him when Fegelein's antics go too far.
* AuthorityInNameOnly: Some videos imply that Hitler isn't much of a dictator or politician anymore, only exerting control over the [[VestigialEmpire Fuhrerbunker]] and the remnants of his [[RedshirtArmy severely weakened military]]. Sometimes he can even be seen working low-wage jobs or committing petty crimes (and even the police will still chase after him).
** Or this could be averted, with Hitler still being an active (but incompetent) national leader and businessman.
* BigBad: DependingOnTheWriter, Hitler plays this role while Fegelein is portrayed as the hero.
* BigNo: At times, when he is either informed of unfortunate news, or falls prey to someone's antic(s).
** There's also his ''25 seconds long'' BigNo scream that Hitler Rants Parodies used on four occasions so far: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cpuveo7iO2w HRP's 100,000 subscribers special video]], [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2YEhNHNydIs Hitler finding out that Trump won the presidential election]], [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GW-yquhRiMI Hitler finding out that his 1000th attempt to kill Fegelein has failed]], and [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6hXA5NS7Qw&t=0s Germany's exit from the 2018 World Cup]].
* ButtMonkey: Almost nothing ever goes right for him. When Hitler actually succeeds at something, it comes off as a genuine surprise.
* CatchPhrase: He has a lot of catch phrases, often partially or fully [[GagSub mistranslated]] from the original German. They include, but are not limited to:
** "Bringen sie mir Fegelein! [[SayMyName FEGELEIN! FEGELEIN! FEGELEIN!]]" [[note]]"Bringen sie mir" means "bring me", and it's usually substituted for something else. Fegelein's name is kept most of the time, or it's replaced with "dammit" or something else.[[/note]]
** "JA JA JA JA JA!" [[note]]"Ja" means "yes" or "yeah".[[/note]]
** "TOOOOOOOT!" [[note]]"Tot" means dead, it comes from the line "Ja, vielleicht schon tot!", which means "Or, maybe even dead.!" It's often used to mean "[[SkywardScream AAAAAAAH!]]", "[[AtomicFBomb FUUUUUUUCK!]]", or "[[BigNo NOOOOOOO!]]", when something bad (especially something painful) happens to Hitler.[[/note]]
** "VEEERRRAAAAT!" [[note]]"Verrat" means "betrayal". Hitler often shouts the word out in a moment of intense rage. It comes from the line "Das ist schlimmste verrat von allen!", which means "This is the worst betrayal of all!", from the scene where Hitler gets informed of Himmler's defection while having dinner. It also comes from the scene where Günsche informs Hitler that he can't find Fegelein. The line is used for a variety of different angry expressions by Hitler, sometimes even being correctly translated.[[/note]]
** "Sofort!" [[note]]Means "immediately", often buffalaxed as "So [[PrecisionFStrike fucked]]!"[[/note]]
** "Ach, unsinn!" [[note]]Meaning "nonsense", often mistranslated as "Piss off!"[[/note]]
** "Sie ist ohne Ehre!" [[note]]Meaning "Not a shred of honor!", it is often used as a variety of insults from Hitler to Burgdorf, like "You're a dumbass!" and "You're fucking useless!" Sometimes it is even used to mean "HOLY SHIT!"[[/note]]
** "[[IWantMyMommy MOMMY! MOMMY! HELP MEEEEEEE!]]" [[note]]He obviously doesn't say this in the actual film, but he was word-spliced to say this by [=Staedty86=], with its first usage appearing in "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHORuk_Y66w Hitler plans a facial plastic surgery]]". It has since become a recurring gag to have him say this in subsequent parodies when he's in a dangerous situation.[[/note]]
** "[[SignatureLaugh HA HA HA!]]" [[note]]This laugh was also put together via word-splicing by [=Staedty86=], and has since gone on to be used in numerous parodies since.[[/note]]
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: Probably because of all the craziness around him, Hitler's own sanity seems to be very weak. Some of his plans and rants can be [[InsaneTrollLogic very bizarre]].
* CompanionCube:
** His desk, which is always ready to be banged three times with his fist, whenever he rants about Fegelein. [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_L_40SFtRA8 This video]] reveals that Hitler's desk has been a big part of his life since his childhood, which is why he is seen with it almost everywhere.
** His office door can also occasionally come along with him on his journeys.
* CorruptCorporateExecutive: In videos by hitlerrantsparodies, Adolf Hitler controls a (government-owned) technology corporation called Reich Corp, which makes everything from computers to weaponry.
* DeadpanSnarker: He has a penchant for fiery insults and sarcasm, though he's usually not so deadpan about it.
* {{Determinator}}: Nothing will stop Hitler from trying to find and kill Fegelein, no matter how many times he fails.
* DidYouJustFlipOffCthulhu: Hitler never holds back on his insults even in the presence of super-powerful beings, including (but not limited to) [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPjUSJYtpJ0 a ghost girl]], [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qLwU4i8ENrk Darth Vader]], [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNWegPhnxRY Slender Man]], [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M4r2XtMN-Sk&list=UUIiyXKu6nw0XBIRP1GsrTvw Mega]] [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v3js4LOVk_Y Mario]], [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Ewb-fyuYRo Godzilla]], [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9PAnFNFHKoc the]][[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JKDWJY1I0BU Devil]], [[MirrorMatch him]][[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3kZ2ss0vAE self]], and [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTarkAYd5As even]] [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6SnWe8e0l-0 God]]!
* DisproportionateRetribution:
** If Hitler is out to get someone who isn't Fegelein, it'll usually be with lethal force and for a ''very'' petty reason.
** Hitler Rants Parodies has implied that the war between Germany and the Soviet Union in his timeline started entirely over Stalin calling Hitler a dumbass. ''Once.''
* TheDogBitesBack:
** There are multiple, rare instances where Hitler gets back at Fegelein, such as trolling him by gunning him down repeatedly, even though he knows he can't be killed.
** He trolls his minions back after they relentlessly troll him, starting with Jodl.
* [[DramaQueen Drama King]]: In the Original Bunker Scenes alone, he melts down over even the most trivial inconveniences imaginable.
* DreamWeaver: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wezi6fw9hYo Gets the ability to lucid dream in one video]], where he dreams himself killing Fegelein and scoring with Creator/MeganFox, [[YankTheDogsChain only for Gunsche to suddenly wake him up.]]
* EmbarrassingNickname: "Dolfy", "Shitler", and "Mein Failüre".
* EnragedByIdiocy: Unlike the original film, he is legitimately SurroundedByIdiots (or people dedicated to make his life miserable). With everyone's quirks being flanderized, the frequency of Hitler's rants greatly increased.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: It turns out that the ''Downfall'' Hitler isn't racist or homophobic like other Hitlers (which gets him mocked by ''Inglourious Basterds'' Hitler).
* EvilSorcerer: At one point when [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zVEkj95bAE he wields the Wand of Doom]].
* EvilVersusEvil: Hitler's many conflicts with antic masters, other dictators, other Nazis, and even other Hitlers!
* FourthWallObserver: Hitler knows that he's the star of a Website/YouTube meme that mocks him, and he's always unhappy about it.
* FreakOut: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WuMsRdWLZHw Upon learning Darth Vader is about to come]].
* GeneralFailure: His plans fail and backfire on him almost all the time, whether to due to Hitler's own stubborn foolishness, or someone else accidentally or intentionally sabotaging them.
* TheGrinch: He mimics [[WesternAnimation/HowTheGrinchStoleChristmas the trope namer]] in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NiySedyRp1Q "How the Führer Stole Christmas!"]].
* HairTriggerTemper: He has a meltdown over any problem facing him, whether it's important or trivial. It ranges from:
** Hearing bad news about current events--politics, sports, media, pop culture, etc.
** [[GeneralFailure Being informed that any of his plans for the day have failed]].
** [[SurroundedByIdiots The stress caused by his annoying staff members]]--especially Fegelein's antics, Jodl's objections, Gunsche's informing, etc.
** [[BreakingTheFourthWall Or even the]] ''[[BreakingTheFourthWall Downfall]]'' [[BreakingTheFourthWall parodies themselves]]. Hitler hates being ridiculed by this Internet meme, and despises Untergangers (the {{YouTubers}} who make these parodies).
** Farting is almost certain to cause him to go into an UnstoppableRage and rant about the more obese members of his inner circle. Even more so when he's interrupted in his announcments by it. Apparently [[AssShove he'll stick an ass plug up the butts of anyone who does this enough times.]]
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: Almost all of his attempts at antics end up backfiring on him, such as when [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zVEkj95bAE his own magic wand ended up being used against him]] and when [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H99gn0gwSsE he accidentally traps himself in a time loop]], a fate he had intended for Fegelein.
* HotBlooded: Boiling-blooded to the point of treating everything as SeriousBusiness.
* HumiliationConga: A lot of times, due to Fegelein's antics, bad luck, or a combination of both.
* HypocriticalHumor: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q3BZp18ip6Y Calls out on the Angry German Kid]] for being crazy, not that Hitler himself is any different from him.
* ImprobableWeaponUser: Used a ''phone'' [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtfFugVfFKQ one time]] in an attempt to kill Fegelein. Needless to say, the latter comes back by the end of it.
* IneffectualSympatheticVillain: Though how (un)sympathetic he is will vary depending on the episode.
* IronButtMonkey: Whatever happens to him, he'll always bounce back.
* {{Jerkass}}: True, he's nowhere near as bad as the real Hitler, but that doesn't make him a nice man. Much of his dialogue consists of him insulting and/or yelling at people.
* JerkassHasAPoint: Nobody, good or bad, sane or insane, would want to have all his problems. And when he rants about something important rather than trivial, he can raise some good points.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Zigzagged; it varies depending on how sympathetic he's supposed to be.
* LargeHam: Very much in the same way as portrayed in the original film.
* LaughablyEvil: Most of the humor is derived from Hitler's anger. However he hates being laughed at.
* MallSanta: Gets a seasonal job as one in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3qNX4TIhT64 this video]]. He doesn't exactly enjoy it.
* MeanBoss: He often takes out his anger on his military officers; especially (but not limited to) Jodl, Grawitz, and Gunsche.
* MirrorMonster: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gcGRlwOtWFY Disguised himself as Bloody Mary once]] to get revenge on Goebbels for [[MakesJustAsMuchSenseInContext "taking the last Hitler Youth cookie"]].
* NaziProtagonist: Duh, it's Hitler. Though some parodies would have him fight other Nazis like ''Film/InglouriousBasterds'' Hitler, and ''Downfall'' Hitler would come across as the lesser of the two evils.
* NighInvulnerability: He's survived multiple gunshot wounds (well, except in The Assassination Of Hitler), explosions, being exposed multiple times to radiation, massive burns, blunt force trauma injuries (from having stuff thrown at him, if not fall on his head), and more other injuries that can kill a regular dude.
* NoHoldsBarredBeatdown: Hitler delivers a good beating to Jodl off-screen after the latter [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrnnhLNPIBI repeatedly interrupts the former's plan explanations with objections]].
* NoIndoorVoice: All of his ranting and yelling, which exceeds any calm dialogue he has.
* NotSoHarmlessVillain: Hitler may epically fail most of the time, though if he was much more lucky, he would be a force to be reckoned with. [[spoiler:Also, ''Downfall'' Hitler manages to win the War of the Hitlers, killing some alternate universe Hitlers along the way.]]
* OnlySaneMan: When he offers '[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r8Q79s6d_7w Hitler Support]]' to Hitlers from several other movies. Usually... not so much.
* OrcusOnHisThrone: Plans a lot, but he remains in the bunker most of the time while his officers carry out his work.
* PatrioticFervor: He roots for Germany to win UsefulNotes/TheWorldCup 2014. They succeeded [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WSZUqisW5_w and there was much rejoicing (genuinely)]].
* ThePenIsMightier: Hitler's WeaponOfChoice is the "Pencil of Doom and Mass Destruction", a magically/technologically-advanced pencil which when thrown, can do anything from making people fall down to blowing up ''entire planets''. While capable of mass killings, Hitler mostly uses it to cause funny falls or assassination attempts.
* PhysicalGod: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X8EAnxz6otY Yep]]. Though still inferior to [[TheOmnipotent Fegelein]].
* PoliticallyIncorrectVillain: DependingOnTheWriter, he's either a bigot like he was in real life, [[SubvertedTrope or he isn't]].
* PsychopathicManchild: To name a couple examples, get his [[UsefulNotes/Xbox360 Xbox Live]] account banned, or get him a UsefulNotes/{{Wii}} instead of a UsefulNotes/PlayStation3 for Christmas, and he'll rant up a storm.
* SirSwearsALot: Whips out profane words more than any other character.
* SurroundedByIdiots: Sure, he's a PsychopathicManchild, but it's hard to argue with a lot of the stupidity that goes on inside the bunker.
* ThrowTheDogABone: Overlaps with TheDogBitesBack, when he [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J8MLiGvROyE gets]] [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iIGmqrBR4xo everyone]] [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=epBWsxxwdFE back]], for all of the misery he's been through.
** "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WSZUqisW5_w Hitler and Germany's victory in the World Cup 2014 Final]]": Germany being the champion, also definitely counts, with Hitler [[PatrioticFervor rooting for his own nation]] while Fegelein was trying to undermine his nation just for a chance to pull an antic on Hitler, and for once [[TheBadGuyWins Hitler is proven victorious]].
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: In one Indonesian-made parody where Hitler was going to visit Jakarta (Indonesian capital), he reveals that he loves [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nasi_uduk nasi uduk (lit. "mixed rice")]] so much... that he's very angry upon learning that [[LostFoodGrievance he couldn't get any]] because Jakarta was recently flooding due to intense raining days prior.
* TranquilFury: Anytime before he flies into one of his rants, he calmly takes off his glasses while everyone else besides Keitel, Jodl, Krebs, Burgdorf, Goebbels, and Bormann files out of the room. They will do this even if Hitler hasn't excused them beforehand.
* UnsportsmanlikeGloating:
** Is overjoyed with Germany's victory in the 2014 World Cup Finals, trolling Fegelein over it for good measure, and to accentuate the point that this is one of the rare moments that Hitler has defeated Fegelein at ''anything''.
** And again when he defeats Fegelein in ''VideoGame/MetalGearSolid''. ''Twice''.
* UnstoppableRage: When something sets him off ''just'' right...
* UnsympatheticComedyProtagonist: How much [[DependingOnTheWriter unsympathetic may vary]] but to prevent [[PoesLaw the parodies from being seen as pro-Nazi propaganda]], Hitler will either be portrayed as someone too stupid to be admired or is complete jerkass who deserves what's coming for him.
* VillainDecay: Obviously the real Hitler was a mass-murdering dictator, however the parody Hitler seems more like a cartoonish supervillain by comparison.
** Amusingly, he'll often accuse Hitlers from other movies (or even the ''RealLife Hitler''!) of this.
* VillainProtagonist: Well... he's Hitler after all.
* VillainousBreakdown: Hitler has one at least once per video, with every rant he acts as though the world is ending. But his staff treat it as a normal occurrence.
* VitriolicBestBuds: Hitler rarely gets along with his bunker staff, although (un)fortunately, they're pretty much the closest thing he has to a group of friends. They often have parties and social events together, though their loyalty is at best questionable.
* WeaponOfChoice: Somehow, his pencil. Nicknamed the "Pencil of Doom and Mass Destruction", by simply banging it into his table, it is used to making a cat fall from a bookshelf up to ''causing the destruction of [[Franchise/StarWars Alderaan]]''.
* YourAnswerToEverything: Ranting.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Hermann Fegelein]]
[[quoteright:278:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/parody_fegelein_3693.png]]
An SS officer and "Master of Antics", a [[ThePrankster prankster]] who enjoys harassing Hitler and others. He is the Fuhrer's sneaky arch-enemy, [[KarmaHoudini constantly evading punishment for his actions]].
----
* AchillesHeel: Computers apparently, according to the [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=voeYtynfTvg Hitler office rage]] video.
-->'''Hitler:''' See how you like this, Fegelarse. ''[throws computer monitor at Fegelein]''
-->'''Fegelein:''' Are you mad? You could have killed me.
* AdaptationalBadass: In ''Film/{{Downfall}}'' and in real life, Fegelein was only an assistant to Himmler and got shot for desertion upon trying to leave the bunker. In the Internet videos, he's an outright RealityWarper.
* AdaptationalVillainy: The real life Fegelein was an assistant of Himmler and while he did [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pripyat_swamps_(punitive_operation) commit serious war crimes]] he still fell short of his fellow high member Nazis, here he can prove EvilerThanThou to Hitler often.
* AmbiguouslyHuman: The fact that he can survive and/or come back from just about anything, combined with how absurd some of his antics are, raises some serious questions...
* AscendedExtra: In the original movie, Fegelein was a fairly minor character, who ended up KilledOffForReal. However, his desertion causes Hitler to have a meltdown, so he tends to be behind whatever nuisance Hitler is ranting about at the moment.
* BigBad: The most recurring antagonist, though [[EvilVersusEvil he's just as much of a villain]] as [[VillainProtagonist Hitler]] is.
* BigGood: Plays this role in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nepueKpn4bI&index=1&list=PLuu3i_I55v86oS1i1hWhnxA4pfa_rAenW Der Disneygang]], where he leads the Disney characters in a rebellion to retake Disneyland from Hitler and the Nazis.
* TheCasanova: He's often shown to be a notorious sexual pervert who flirts with any woman he encounters, including Eva (which in one parody, he admitted to be better than Gretl), Traudl, Gerda, and an unnamed redheaded mistress in what appears to be a brothel, right before Peter Hogl arrests him. It's only Magda whom he has no interest in amongst the female cast.
* CatchPhrase: "Wie bitte?"[[note]]German for "Pardon?"[[/note]]
* CharacterizationMarchesOn: In many of the earlier videos, Fegelein was TheGhost with Hitler ranting about finding upon suffering from another one of his antics. Fegelein eventually made it into the later videos where he would be impossible for Hitler and the staff to find despite being HiddenInPlainSight. Nowadays, he (or any versions of him played by Thomas Kretschmann) is actively conversing with the rest of the cast.
* DeadpanSnarker: He just loves to smugly mock Hitler and other people during his antics.
* DependingOnTheWriter: Whether Fegelein is some kind of [[NighInvulnerable immortal]] [[RealityWarper wizard]] or not will vary. There's also a few parodists who are willing to have Fegelein punished.
* EmbarrassingNickname: In the Hitler Rants Parodies videos, Hitler often refers to Fegelein as "Fegelarse". Various videos also give him other unflattering nicknames, such as "Foolgelein" or "Fuckgelein".
* EnemyMine: Despite constantly pulling antics to Hitler, [[spoiler:he has worked with Hitler several times; like in the "War of the Hitlers", or when Hitler tries to eliminate the entire Westboro Baptist Church]].
* EvilSorcerer: Not surprisingly, he turns out to be one of these in "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zVEkj95bAE Hitler Becomes a Wizard]]".
* FakeDefector: During the War of the Hitlers, he was tasked by Himmler to pretend to defect to Adolf Hitler's Reich in order to steal the alien technology and sabotage them. [[spoiler:Since he was already TheFriendNobodyLikes who nearly everyone in the Bunker already suspected would betray Hitler if it looked like things were going against them, he pulled it off without a problem and even scouted out the main headquarters of the aliens and Adolf Hitler to finish them off in one go.]]
* FauxAffablyEvil: He maintains a playful attitude while he gleefully ruins Hitler's life.
* HeroAntagonist: Subverted - while his antics only target Hitler, and ThoseWackyNazis making up his inner circle, [[ForTheEvulz the only reason he does it is to piss Hitler off]] (without trying to justify it as "PayEvilUntoEvil"), and his antics range from over-the-top to downright sadistic.
* HistoricalBadassUpgrade: The real Fegelein was just an ambitious, opportunistic SS officer. ''This'' version of Fegelein is a full-on RealityWarper.
* HistoricalHeroUpgrade: Zigzagged. On one hand, he's dedicated his life to antagonizing Hitler (who generally isn't nearly as nasty as his RealLife counterpart and is, in fact [[JerkassWoobie somewhat pitiable]]). However, this still makes him better than the RealLife Fegelein, who murdered tens of thousands of Jews during the invasion of the Soviet Union, and was described by Albert Speer as being the most [[JerkWithAHeartOfJerk personally unpleasant]] member of Hitler's inner circle.
* ImplacableMan: Nothing can stop Fegelein from committing antics on Hitler. See JokerImmunity and NighInvulnerability below.
* InSeriesNickname: "F-Man" and "Fegel", the latter of which is often used as a prefix for anything related to Fegelein.
* JackassGenie: In "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cFYBgb8cKN4 Hitler's Three Wishes]]", Hitler summons Fegelein in the form of a wish-granting spirit. [[BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor It goes as well as you'd expect]].
* JokerImmunity: Big time. He's even been compared to ComicBook/{{the Joker}}.
* KarmaHoudini: He gets away with most of his antics, though there are some [[DownplayedTrope very rare]] [[SubvertedTrope exceptions]].
* KickTheSonOfABitch: The only reason he can be treated as a remotely heroic character is because the people he are doing it to are considered political laughing stocks.
* TheMole: In the "War of the Hitlers" series, he is shown defecting to the side of the ''Real Life'' Hitler, but it's later revealed that [[spoiler:he only defected to the enemy's side just so he could find the location of their secret superweapon and give that information to ''Downfall'' Hitler.]]
* NighInvulnerability: The few times Fegelein has been caught and even killed, he comes back like nothing ever happened. [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCIhCVi4QhA It's been]] [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Azr68XKYzBw taken to its]] [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iIhBKRCE6Qk extreme a few times]]. Hitler did once try to [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYROuks-LrU have Göring eat Fegelein]], but [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_L6R_8NzcAM it failed.]]
* NoOneCouldSurviveThat: There are lots of attempted murders on him, most of which are done in [[CruelAndUnusualDeath sadistically]] [[ThereIsNoKillLikeOverkill over-the-top]] ways, only for him to return completely unscathed.
* ObnoxiousInLaws: Hitler and Fegelein are brothers-in-law, as Fegelein is married to Eva's sister Gretl. [[note]]However in real life, Fegelein was executed before Hitler married Eva.[[/note]]
* RealityWarper: His trickster powers enable him to do so; he can even feign death and reappear to torment Hitler.
* {{Sadist}}: He enjoys annoying and tormenting people [[ForTheEvulz For The]] [[LaughablyEvil Lulz]].
* SmugSnake: Subverted most of the time. Fegelein is extremely cocky of his ability to make Hitler's life miserable and getting away with it. And he has every right to be since Hitler frequently fails to either find Fegelein or kill him permanently. Sometimes it's double-subverted when Fegelein pushes his luck too far, like when Germany won the 2014 World Cup despite his best attempt to rig the game so that Hitler would be denied to see his team win.
* SoreLoser: Does not take Germany's victory in the 2014 World Cup Final well, to the point that he discourages Eva from celebrating the occasion.
* {{Troll}}: Or "Antic Master" as he prefers to be called. His antics range from mundane pranks to criminal acts to surreal sorcery. He often torments Hitler and the other Nazis, much to their dismay.
* WhyWontYouDie: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GW-yquhRiMI This whole video]] is about everyone discussing failed attempts to kill him ''right in front of him'', and outright calling him out why he won't die.
* YourAnswerToEverything: Antics.

[[folder:Otto Gunsche]]
[[quoteright:264:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/parody_gunsche_3874.png]]
A tall SS officer and Hitler's assistant. His job is to inform Hitler of everything he doesn't want to hear - from [[BearerOfBadNews bad news]], to [[CaptainObvious redundant information]], to even [[NonSequitur nonsensical statements]]. After informing, Hitler tasks Gunsche with finding Fegelein. He also asks Hitler of his opinion on various subjects, usually in the format of a "review" or "pros and cons" segment.
----
* AdaptationalDumbass: While the movie's version of Gunsche didn't show much in the way of intelligence, he wasn't an idiot either. This version of him is generally depicted as a complete moron.
* BearerOfBadNews: He often informs Hitler of Fegelein's antics and other trouble.
* TheBigGuy: Easily the tallest man in Hitler's circle.
* BlatantLies: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=50Ln6su5kOI Once informed Hitler that he is Fegelein.]]
* ButtMonkey: Hitler frequently insults him. Though Gunsche (being TheStoic) doesn't seem to be (visibly) upset.
* CaptainObvious: Gunsche often informs Hitler of obvious things, such as [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oH7Jphxk07g that he is Hitler.]]
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: Some of the events that he informs Hitler about can be very bizarre.
* TheComicallySerious: '''''Nothing''''' breaks this man's stoic exterior, and he'll react to his boss's absurd ravings with an unflinching, stony expression.
* DependingOnTheWriter: [[spoiler:Gunsche may be [[ObfuscatingStupidity smarter than he seems to be]], and may even be a [[TheMole double]] [[TheStarscream agent]] working for an enemy of Hitler, such as Fegelein or the [[Film/IronSky Space Nazis]]; in HRP's "Assassination of Hitler" series, he murders Hitler on behalf of the aforementioned Space Nazis, but this is only in HRP's timeline.]]
* TheDitz: He isn't very bright, acting as a typical stupid minion. Because of this, he fails to find Fegelein even when he's staying in the bunker.
* EmbarrassingNickname: "Stupid Giant".
* TheQuietOne: Hardly talks, and the only times he does so is informing or asking Hitler of various things at his office.
* ServileSnarker: Sometimes, he'll throw out a sarcastic quip or two at Hitler. [[StealthInsult Hitler may or may not catch the insult]].
* TheStoic: He barely changes his expression.
* SuperMode: Fegelein explains once how he [[VideoGame/SonicTheHedgehog went to another dimension and found a bunch of emeralds]]. Thinking they were useless, he gave them to Gunsche. The result? '''[[VideoGame/SonicColors SUPER SONIC!]]'''
** In ''WebAnimation/TheFrolloShow'', he has a form known as "Armored Gunsche," who is an [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin armor-clad]] Medieval Germanic warrior ([[ActorAllusion actually a character Goetz Otto played]] in an older adaptation of ''Literature/{{Beowulf}}'').
* YourAnswerToEverything: Informing.

[[folder:Alfred Jodl]]
[[quoteright:287:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/parody_jodl_2_3726.png]]
A Wehrmacht general, known for his [[BaldOfEvil prominently bald head]], as well as almost always [[CommanderContrarian disagreeing with Hitler's plans]].
----
* AdaptationalBadass: In the original film, Alfred Jodl only objects to Hitler's plan once but [[YesMan remains loyal to his Führer out of fear and misplaced honor, never pushing back again after Hitler's outburst]]. In the parodies, due to the {{Flanderization}} of the aforementioned scene, Jodl is regarded to be the only man who can oppose Hitler's plans and live to tell the tale several times.
* AscendedExtra: Jodl actually has the least amount of screen time compared to his fellow generals in the bunker in the original film. Shortly after Hitler's infamous VillainousBreakdown, Jodl quietly gives his goodbyes to Hitler as he departs from the bunker during a montage and he's never mentioned again. Keitel at least got a proper departure scene, while Burgdorf and Krebs remain with Hitler to very end. However, since none of them ever openly objects to Hitler's plans, Jodl has risen into prominence as Hitler's CommanderContrarian.
* BaldOfEvil: He's often mocked for his shiny bald head, especially by Hitler.
* BearerOfBadNews: In the Original Bunker Scene rants, Jodl informs that Steiner failed to execute Hitler's plans.
* ButtMonkey: He gets no respect from Hitler due to both his baldness and objections. Sometimes he's even the butt of other people's jokes and insults.
* CommanderContrarian: His only purpose is to object to whatever comes out of Hitler's mouth. Of course, the one plan he agreed to (getting a pay raise) was the plan Hitler actually wanted him to object to.
* DependingOnTheWriter: Sometimes he's the OnlySaneMan whose reasons for objecting to Hitler's plans are entirely sensible. Other times he's a less reasonable person who objects for reasons that are immature, petty, or even outright nonsensical... assuming he's not just objecting for its own sake.
* EmbarrassingNickname: "Baldy", "Mr. Clean", "Baldilocks", "Dr. Evil Rip-Off", "Hairless Ape", "[[Series/TheAddamsFamily Uncle Fester]]", "Bald Fuck", and "Bald Virgin".
** People familiar with VisualNovel/{{Phoenix Wright|AceAttorney}} may sometimes call him Franchise/AceAttorney for his compulsive objecting mannerisms.
* HistoricalBadassUpgrade: The real Alfred Jodl was a witless YesMan, always agreeing with Hitler on military plans that actually would never work. Here, Jodl is one of Hitler's biggest critics, constantly objecting to his plans whenever he finds a flaw. And he's almost impossible to remove from the chain of command, to Hitler's dismay, as Jodl is popular enough to form his own rebellion that can bring the Third Reich to its knees.
* NotSoAboveItAll: While often the OnlySaneMan, it seems that Jodl objects just for the sake of being disagreeable, which may make him as eccentric as the other Nazis in the Fuhrerbunker. He'll also object for reasons that make no sense at all, or are just petty and/or childish.
* OnlySaneMan: Often the case, particularly when Hitler's schemes are on the verge of lunacy.
* PaperThinDisguise: He wears three different disguises [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6SnWe8e0l-0 when he tries to be a successor as the Führer]]. None of them fool Hitler.
* ServileSnarker: To the point that in more recent Hitler Plans videos by hitlerrantsparodies, Jodl throws all respect out the window and begins the video with "What kind of stupid plan are you planning now?"
* VetinariJobSecurity: Being the CommanderContrarian to Hitler seems to be a useless job as Hitler is never happy with Jodl's criticisms and always proceeds to do the plan regardless. But whenever Hitler tries to replace Jodl with an obedient YesMan, it always leads to the near destruction of the Third Reich which [[StatusQuoIsGod forces Hitler to reinstate Jodl back to his old position again]].
* VirginShaming: Hitler frequently mocks Jodl for his apparent virginity, almost as much as his baldness (often implying the two are connected.)
* YesMan: Inverted; he often, if not always, objects to Hitler's plans.
* YourAnswerToEverything: Objecting.

[[folder:Wilhelm Burgdorf]]
[[quoteright:281:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/parody_burgdorf_2_7608.png]]

A Wehrmacht general who is known for his [[TheAlcoholic drunkenness]], [[HollywoodToneDeaf bad singing]], [[TriggerHappy trying to fire his gun at the slightest provocation]], and being the best friend/boyfriend of Krebs.
----
* TheAlcoholic: Even more so than in the original film. Drinks whenever Hitler rants or Fegelein trolls him. Or even when nothing happens.
* BerserkButton: He seems to really hate it when Fritzsche goes anywhere near a telephone, for various reasons.
* CatchPhrase: "Poor old man."
* CommanderContrarian: While ''nowhere'' near the level of Jodl, he often objected to Hitler's rants during the early videos and sometimes still does if the Original Bunker Scene is used. When drunk, he also mocks Hitler as "Poor Old Man."
* DependingOnTheWriter: His relationship with Krebs. Sometimes they're friends, sometimes they're lovers, but they're always closely linked.
* EmbarrassingNickname: "Fast-Talking Boozing Burgdorf" and "Burger-Dork".
* HairTriggerTemper: Literally, given how eager he is to whip out his gun; sometimes at the slightest annoyance.
* HollywoodToneDeaf: Known for his infamously terrible "Singing Burgdorf Incident" intended as a Hitler Youth commercial.
* ICallItVera: Refers to his Walther PPK as his "magnificent gun".
* INeedAFreakingDrink: It's implied he may have been driven to the bottle by the sheer insanity of what goes on in the Fuhrerbunker.
* JerkassToOne: He seems to really have it out for Hans Fritzsche, to the point of repeatedly trying to ''murder'' him.
* LargeHam: Though not as hammy as Hitler.
* MotorMouth: He can rant ''very'' quickly.
* TriggerHappy: He ''always'' unsuccessfully attempts to shoot Hans Fritzsche (if not other characters like Hitler, Fegelein or [[AcceptableTargets Justin Bieber]]).
* WeaponOfChoice: His Walther PPK pistol, which he uses for the above purpose.
* YourAnswerToEverything: Drinking alcohol, gunslinging, and/or singing "poor old man".

[[folder:Hans Krebs]]
[[quoteright:271:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/parody_krebs_5490.png]]
Another Wehrmacht general who has a strange obsession with maps and fish. He is the best friend/boyfriend of Burgdorf. He points at maps for Hitler during planning/ranting sessions, and is sometimes sent to speak with the Soviet general Chuikov.
----
* BerserkButton: Mocking his fish, or touching his maps.
* BestialityIsDepraved: His obsession with fish often veers into this territory.
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: Often daydreams about his beloved maps and fish. Even in some parodies where a map wasn't needed, he's ''still'' pointing at the maps.
* CompanionCube: Loves pointing at maps.
* CunningLinguist: Like his film counterpart, he can speak Russian along with German. However, [[DependingOnTheWriter his actual skills in Russian language varies from parody to parody]]. One [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1xJ5iTiNQg particular parody]] depicts him to be so bad at Russian that he ends up [[MakesSenseInContext proposing a body piercing and blowjob]] to Chuikov rather than the peace negotiations Hitler wanted.
* DeathGlare: Gives a [[NotSoHarmlessVillain surprisingly intimidating]] one to Chuikov when they're negotiating something.
* DependingOnTheWriter: His relationship with Burgdorf. Sometimes they're friends, sometimes they're lovers, but they're always closely linked.
* EmbarrassingNickname: "Krebs the Map Pointer", "Fishman", and "Map Pervert".
* {{Fetish}}: Maps and fish, of course.
* ImprobableWeaponUser: Tried using his maps and fish to kill Fegelein at least once.
* MrExposition: Usually the one to explain the situation at hand.
* NoblewomansLaugh: In one scene, where one of Goebbels' children bumps into him. Parodied henceforth and in some lengthened versions of the Bunker Jokes fused with Hewel and other drunks laughing.
* SomethingSomethingLeonardBernstein: The German word for "fish" is "Fisch" and pronounced similarly to English. However, that is not the word he says. It's ''Bewegungsunfähig'' (immobilised or unable to move). However, Krebs says it so obscurely and rapidly that it ends up causing a "ssh" sound thus it ends up as ''Bewegungsunfish.''
* TranquilFury: Slips into this when negotiating with Chuikov, leveling a DeathGlare while all but ''hissing'' in Russian.
* VerbalTic: "Fish."
* YesMan: Jodl will object to Hitler's plans, but Krebs will instead support them and provide suggestions where his fish can help. However he's ''nowhere'' near the level of Goebbels.
* YourAnswerToEverything: Map pointing, and/or responding everything with fish involved in it.

* BerserkButton: Don't call him Dr. [[Franchise/MastersOfTheUniverse Skeletor]].
* ButtMonkey: Due to his legendary ugliness, and to a lesser extent for kissing up to Hitler. Even his wife Magda doesn't seem to respect him much.
* CharacterTic: Staring at others.

* {{Gonk}}: He's often mocked for his creepy skull-like face.

* EvilMentor: He's the one who taught Fegelein the art of committing antics.
* FakingTheDead: Does this in the "War of the Hitlers" series in his plans to get the Allies to supply reinforcements, having faked taking a cyanide pill when captured by the real life Hitler's forces.
* FourEyesZeroSoul: Wears glasses and is amongst the least humorous characters in the bunker.
* GreaterScopeVillain: Seeing as Fegelein is the big trickster in the bunker and he is the understudy to Himmler...

* BerserkButton: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=749nVKQRKYM Losing his watch.]]
* BewareTheQuietOnes: When he loses his watch, he gets angry enough to scare ''Fegelein''.
* BigBad: In ''Hitler Sends Göring to Africa" series.
* BigEater: The inhabitants of the bunker make all sorts of comments and jokes about his eating habits.
* CharacterTic: Looking at his watch and picking his nose.
* CordonBleughChef: In [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVzwOLHJNzM Cooking with Hermann Göring]], he tries to make a healthy juice by blending French fries from KFC and chocolate together. He even tells the audience more fat items would make the juice even healthier.
* DisproportionateRetribution: In "Hitler works at" series he threatens Hitler to perform nasty acts on him such as farting on his face all because Hitler refuses him to give absurdly large amount of food.
* EmbarrassingNickname: "Fatty", "Fatass", "[[Anime/{{Pokemon}} Snorlax]]", and "Sack of whale blubber".
* ExtremeOmnivore: He'll eat anything.
* FatBastard: He is extremely obese and focuses on nothing except for eating his food (and stealing others' food as well).
* FatIdiot: He usually isn't depicted very bright.
* HeavySleeper: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cqJlrGaTrXM 12 hours of sleep is not enough for him]], apparently.
* ImAHumanitarian: He's tried to eat human beings before, such as Hitler and Fegelein.
* TheLoad: Never does anything that doesn't involve eating, and sometimes fails at even that, like the time he tried and (he so claimed) failed to eat Fegelein. Hitler repeatedly refers to him as a worthless tub of lard.
* TheQuietOne: Subverted. In the beginning, all of his appearances relied on one silent cameo, in which he grumpily looks on his watch, playing this trope straight. But later parodies featuring him utilize a behind the scenes interview with the actor, who's actually quite chatty.
* TheStarscream: [[spoiler:Tried to betray Hitler and his fellows during War of the Hitlers to RealLife Adolf Hitler to save himself. He was punished for it by [[DeniedFoodAsPunishment not being allowed to eat]]]].

* TheRival: To Jodl and Krebs. He once even tried to replace them as plan adviser and head map-pointer, respectively.
%%* TheSmartGuy: Sometimes.
* TheStoic: Much like Keitel, he always keeps a straight face and no-nonsense attitude.
* {{Troll}}: When Hitler started a "Hitler Helpline", Mohnke appears twice. The first time he calls the helpline himself to request someone tell Hitler to stop asking them to find Berlin while they're in Berlin and that he's making them all look stupid with this waste of time. When Hitler asked him if he's aware he's talking ''to'' the Fuhrer, Mohnke replies "[[BluntYes yes]]". The second time is when Goebbels calls up the helpline but is interrupted by Mohnke's arrival, and Goebbels asks if Mohnke has something to ask the helpline too. * LifeOfTheParty: As with the original film, Eva likes to start parties. However for some reason, an explosion (caused by Soviet artillery in the original movie) will always abruptly end it.
* LoveMartyr: Also to an even bigger extent than the movie.
* NeutralFemale: Despite loving both of them, she does nothing to help Hitler or Fegelein.

* EmbarrassingNickname: "Mrs. Skeletor" and "Mother Marowak".
* KubrickStare: Like her husband, she has her own Stare of Doom.
* MrsRobinson: Is this to nearly all the characters. There is not one man or woman that she has not laid eyes on.
* NervousWreck: A side-effect to her and Goebbels' loyalty to Hitler.
* NeutralFemale: Cares very little for what ever Hitler or Fegelein is up to.
* ReallyGetsAround: She has cheated on Skeletor multiple times with people including Hitler, Eva, Traudl, Gerda, and Speer.

[[folder:Walther Hewel]]
[[quoteright:298:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/parody_hewel_2369.png]]

* MrExposition: Serves this role in several videos, to the point where Himmler tends to use him to explain everything to Hitler.
* ThePrankster: In real life, Hewel actually loved antics (with [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joachim_von_Ribbentrop Joachim von Ribbentrop]] being his most frequent victim), thus making him historically, the real "Antic Master". In the Parodies, he's the ringleader of the "Bunker Jokes" Series where he and some officials get drunk and mock various Downfall characters.
* SitcomArchNemesis: Himmler is this to him, as he always tries to make him do odd tasks for Hitler.
* TheStoryteller: Hitler has him read bedtime stories to him every night before he falls asleep.

* OnlySaneMan: Is frequently the one that wants all of the violence and antics in the bunker to end.

* TeethClenchedTeamwork: Does ''not'' get along with Krebs and Burgdorf at all and is frequently seen getting into arguments with them during Goebbels' rants.

* DeadpanSnarker: Usually will make a witty remark about Hitler when Speer and Traudl are talking about him.
* EmbarrassingNickname: "Heinz Ketchup"
* GameShowHost: Served as one in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N9PhCDumaY0 "Hitler challenges Fegelein to a game of Jeopardy!!"]].
* NoSenseOfPersonalSpace: Is always opening up the door to Hitler's office without his permission.
* PrematurelyBald: Has a bald spot near the back of his head.
* StalkerWithACrush: Like Bormann, almost always appears when Gunsche is walking from one room to another. But unlike Bormann, he may have actual reasons for this, as previously stated above.
* WeaponizedTeleportation: He once shot beams out of his eyes that [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht1J15mi718 teleported Hitler to Fegelein]].
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Blondi]]

Hitler's dog, whom he often gives tasks to that his other generals couldn't do.

* CanineCompanion: To Hitler, at least in certain parodies.

* {{Protectorate}}: She is depicted as protecting Hitler's toilet, for reasons unknown.
* RandomlyGifted: With the [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LjlkbTAuFgw "Bark of Doom".]]
* YourAnswerToEverything: Barking.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Robert Ritter von Greim]]
Commander of the sixth Luftflotte that can frequently be seen eating dinner with Hitler.
----
* AdaptationalDumbass: Most parodies generally depict him as far dumber than he is in the movie.
* TheDitz: He usually isn't portrayed as being very smart.
* GeneralFailure: Is generally considered to be completely incompetent and incapable of doing anything useful.
* YesMan: Will usually go along with anything Hitler says.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Hanna Reitsch]]
A German aviatrix that always tags along with Ritter von Greim to Hitler's dinners.
----
* AdaptationalDumbass: While she wasn't stupid in the movie, she's one of the dumbest characters in the parodies.
* TheDitz: Like von Greim, she isn't seen as being particularly bright.
* [[YesMan Yes-Woman]]: She also agrees with Hitler's explanations.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Rochus Misch]]
Radio operator of the bunker who frequently plays a minimal role in things.
----
* {{Catchphrase}}: "To Marshal Zhukov?"
* InSeriesNickname: "The Telegram Guy"
* TheQuietOne: Has only one line in the parodies.

* YourAnswerToEverything: Phone calls.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Peter Högl]]
An SS officer who pulls Fegelein out of bed to arrest him. He often attempts to execute Fegelein, but usually fails. This is either due to Fegelein supposedly being immortal, or pulling another one of his tricks.
----
* CatchPhrase: "Grüppenführer, sie stehen unter arrest!" [[note]]"Grüppenführer, you're under arrest!"[[/note]]
* MoreDakka: He uses an [=MP40=] submachine gun for executions.
* ProfessionalKiller: His job is to pretty much kill whoever gets on Hitler's nerves. Sadly, his biggest target (Fegelein) always eludes him.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Peter Kranz]]
A Hitler Youth member who's often seen fighting in the Berlin streets.
----
* BrattyHalfPint
* ChildSoldier
* JustAKid: Is called this at first, but then impresses everyone when he shoots Fegelein down. [[note]]Though of course the latter ends up coming back.[[/note]]
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Goebbels children]]
The six kids of Joseph and Magda Goebbels. They consist of their son '''Helmut''', and their daughters '''Holdine''', '''Hildegard''', '''Hedwig''', '''Helga''', and '''Heidrun'''.
----
* AlliterativeFamily: All of their names begin with the letter H.
* {{Bratty Half Pint}}s: Hitler and some of his men consider them to be annoying.
* {{Cheerful Child}}ren: They're easily excited.
* KillTheCutie: whenever Joseph and Magda are depressed, they're fed Cyanide.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Ernst-Günther Schenck]]
An SS colonel and doctor. One of very few genuinely rational characters in these parodies.
----
* DemotedToExtra: Despite having a major role in the movie, he isn't used a lot in parodies; when he is, it's usually for a cameo.
* OnlySaneMan: In the "Assassination of Hitler" series, he's one of the few people that sees how pointless and hopeless the whole fight to become the new Fuhrer is.
* SuperDoc: In "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tiCqll3UViw Hitler and Operation Plumparossa]]", Hitler mentions that Schenck can cure them of their obesity.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Vasily Chuikov]]
A Soviet general who commands the Red Army forces invading Berlin. He is often seen meeting and talking with Hans Krebs, who is negotiating on Hitler's behalf.
----
* CavalryRefusal: During the "War of the Hitlers" series, Krebs goes to him trying to get reinforcements from the Soviet Union to fight off ''Real Life'' Adolf Hitler. However, Chuikov reveals he can't provide any assistance and instead needs to ask ''Krebs'' for ''Downfall'' Hitler's help, as at the same time the Soviet Union is being hammered by the Eastern Coalition and desperately needs both reinforcements and supplies.
* CompanionCube: His closet, [[RunningGag which he shoves a lot of people and objects into]]. He also has a box of army medals (which are sometimes actually candy) that he casually hands out to his subordinate officers to look more professional.
* HammerSpace: His closet can contain an infinite amount of people in there, including the entire bunker staff or even a portal to Narnia.
* {{Irony}}: The epilogue of the "War of the Hitler" series reveals [[spoiler:after Stalin's death by Eastern Coalition forces, Chuikov becomes the new leader of the Soviet Union, and is ultimately forced to surrender unconditionally to the Coalition, leading to the collapse of the Soviet Union. Basically, he's in the same position the Nazis were in after Hitler's death when he demanded unconditional surrender.]]
* TokenMinority: He's the only Soviet Russian character who's referred to by name and has a speaking role.
* YourAnswerToEverything: Stuffing things in a closet.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Felix Steiner]]
An unseen SS general whose job is to help out Hitler with his plans, no matter how absurd they are.
----
* GeneralFailure: Played with depending on the parody. He usually fails to carry out Hitler's plans and tasks for some reason, but he does occasionally succeed (but then Hitler or one of the others screws it up). During the War of the Hitlers, he was mentioned by several in the Bunker as doing exceptionally well at facing off against the other Hitlers' armies, but was ultimately defeated by the Real Life Hilter's forces.
** For example, the time [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mCn3s_FbuHs he got anteaters instead of aardvarks]].
* TheGhost: Due to not having an actor in the original film, he is only talked about and never actually seen. This has been lampshaded many times.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Walther Wenck]]
Another unseen Nazi commander who Hitler sometimes involves in his plans, but not as frequently as Steiner.
----
* BigDamnHeroes: [[spoiler: Near the end of "War of the Hitlers", Wenck manages to get all soldiers from all the fallen Hitlers under his banner, assembling a force of at least one million soldiers. He then saves the day for the ''Downfall'' Hitler, who nearly lost all hope.]]
* TheGhost: Just like Steiner.
* {{Irony}}: His role in the "War of the Hitlers" is effectively an AllohistoricalAllusion to his RealLife self, [[spoiler:as here he ''does'' provide the reinforcements Hitler desperately needs to turn the tide of the war back in his favor (ironically against ''another'' Hitler).]]
* SpannerInTheWorks: [[spoiler: Were it not for him gathering the large army, ''Downfall'' Hitler would have taken his own life in despair, essentially letting the Real Life Hitler win the War of the Hitlers.]]

[[folder:General tropes]]
Tropes applying to all characters:
[[index]]
* CharacterExaggeration: Their personality traits from the original films are exaggerated for humorous effect.
[[Characters/HitlerRantsDownfall Characters originating from]] ''{{Film/Downfall}}''
* {{Nazi Protagonist}}s: They're also {{Unsympathetic Comedy|Protagonist}} {{Villain Protagonist}}s.
[[/folder]]

* CompanionCube:
* DisproportionateRetribution:
''Once.''
* TheDogBitesBack:
* UnsportsmanlikeGloating:
* YourAnswerToEverything: Ranting.

* CatchPhrase: "Wie bitte?"[[note]]German for "Pardon?"[[/note]]
* YourAnswerToEverything: Antics.

* EmbarrassingNickname: "Stupid Giant".
* YourAnswerToEverything: Informing.

* YourAnswerToEverything: Objecting.

* CatchPhrase: "Poor old man."
* EmbarrassingNickname: "Fast-Talking Boozing Burgdorf" and "Burger-Dork".

* VerbalTic: "Fish."

* {{Gonk}}: He's often mocked for his creepy skull-like face.

* LargeHam: If Hitler is not around ranting, expect Dr. Skeletor to fill that role.

* TheStarscream: In Soalric's "Der Disneygang", he [[spoiler:betrays Hitler and [[CoolAndUnusualPunishment throws him into prison with the Disney Channel "stars"]] because he stood in his way of power, seizing control in the process.]]
* UglyGuyHotWife: His wife is considerably more attractive than him.

* ExtremeOmnivore: He'll eat anything.
* SuddenlyVoiced: In some videos such as [=WonkyTonkBotty=]'s parodies, he's voiced in the courtesy of [[VideoGame/TeamFortress2 Heavy Weapons Guy]].
* VillainousGlutton: Incredibly fat, unkempt, and has terrible table manners. He'll sometimes steal others' food as well.
* YourAnswerToEverything: Eating.

* CatchPhrase: "Niemals!"[[note]]It means "Never!". Sometimes mistranslated as "Idiot!"[[/note]]
* DullSurprise: Gives this look off frequently when it comes to all the antics in the bunker.
* NoSenseOfHumor: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNlNSR_iLaY Does not even chuckle at the bunker staff's attempts at making him laugh.]]
* OnlySaneMan: Tends to view himself as this, and to an extent he may be right.
* PerpetualExpression: Always maintains the same dull expression.
* TheStoic: Known for never smiling or laughing, or expressing much emotion at all.
* YesMan: One of the few people who consistently sides with Hitler.
* YouFightLikeACow: When Jodl punches him in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNlNSR_iLaY this video]], he simply replies, "You hit like a girl!"
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Martin Bormann]]
[[quoteright:269:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/parody_bormann_6503.png]]
Reichsleiter and personal secretary to Hitler. He generally tends to inform Hitler about bad news, as well as scrape his chair across the floor.
----
* TheAlcoholic: Is seen drunk frequently, though not to the same extent that Burgdorf is.
* BearerOfBadNews: Almost everything he informs Hitler of sends him into a deep rage.
* CovertPervert: Every now and then will make an inappropriate comment about Traudl's looks whenever she hands him news.
* DeadpanSnarker: To Hitler and Traudl, usually.
* EmbarrassingNickname: "Boring Man", "Fatmann"
* FatBastard: Is considered the "#3 fatso" of the bunker, behind Goring and Grawitz, of course.
* NeverLearnedToRead: Just in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYZ6SiZQ5y4 this video]], averted in all other cases.
* PaperThinDisguise: Wears one in ''[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pRf_qUT_8cA Cooking with the Fuhrer]]''. Gunsche falls for it.
* StalkerWithoutACrush: He seems to be constantly following Gunsche where ever he goes for some reason. Whenever you see Gunsche walk from one room to another, you can bet you'll see Bormann just standing there.
* TheStoic: Maintains a straight face even during all of the ranting in the bunker.
* YesMan: Generally remains loyal to the Führer.
* YourAnswerToEverything: Chair-scraping.

[[folder:Wilhelm Mohnke]]
[[quoteright:248:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/parody_mohnke_2_1097.png]]

A Brigadier General in the SS.

* CountryMatters: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wBSakxYyszg One of Hitler's planning sessions involves Mohnke interrupting his plans by calling him a "cunt"]].
* DeadpanSnarker: Occasionally can be.
* EmbarrassingNickname: "[[PunnyName Mohnkey]]," "Bonkers", "Echmon", "Uncharismatic Oaf", and "Chinless Wonder".
* OnlySaneMan: He's more helpful and down-to-earth compared to the others, although he may have a few quirks.
* TheReliableOne: Even Hitler thinks so. His exposition and advice is usually helpful and Hitler rarely, if ever, rants at him. Goebbels however appears to hate him, as he's always seen yelling at him.
Mohnke (knowing Hitler can hear him over the phone) bluntly states the helpline doesn't actually help anyone.
* YesMan: Hitler once briefly replaced Jodl with Mohnke as a plan adviser, as the latter would only accept his plans instead of rejecting them.

[[folder:Ernst-Robert Grawitz]]
[[quoteright:265:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/parody_grawitz_2_5736.png]]

An SS doctor who sometimes informs Hitler before Gunsche does, or he makes a request that the Fuhrer dismisses.
----
* ButtMonkey: Hitler's mistreatment of Grawitz is worse than what he does to Gunsche.
** In one video, Hitler is unwilling to share any of his Cheetos with Grawitz. Eventually, Hitler gives a whole spare bag to Gunsche, while he only gives Grawitz a single Cheeto.
* DrivenToSuicide: The scene where Grawitz blows himself up with two hand grenades is often parodied and [[PlayedForLaughs Played For]] [[BlackComedy Dark Laughs]].
** SuicideAttack: He often takes his wife and [[OffingTheOffspring kids]] with him.
* EmbarrassingNickname: "Dr. Fatty", "Fatso", "Tubby Wannabe", and "Lump of Lard".
* FatIdiot: Or this is at least what Hitler thinks of him.
* NervousWreck: Probably the most emotionally insecure one out of Hitler's men, hence why he keeps committing suicide.
* NighInvulnerability: Has survived attempts to blow himself up multiple times.
* TheyKilledKennyAgain: Countless episodes have him kill himself with grenades, but he always subsequently returns with no explanation.
* WeaponStomp: Subverted, as his stomping is literally [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUb6BLflFEA a weapon in of itself]].

----
* AffablyEvil: He may help Fegelein out with antics, but boy does he sure do it with class.
* ArmsDealer: Often supplies Fegelein and Himmler with antic related items, and probably created the Pencil of Doom for Hitler. In fact, he is called as the "Antic Dealer" by the Untergangers.
* BearerOfBadNews: He's the one who often informs Hitler of the deaths of famous people. Notable for being the only times Hitler ''doesn't'' fly into a rant but rather sits in solemn and even tearful silence.
* TheCasanova: Is the essential playboy of the bunker, able to woo really any woman, rivalling Fegelein.
* CovertPervert: Stares at Traudl's breasts quite often.
* EmbarrassingNickname: "Speerhead", "Speerarse", "Spare", and "Spear".
* FriendlyEnemy: While he and Hitler are generally on opposing sides, the two have a fairly cordial relationship.
* GadgeteerGenius: Sometimes responsible for some of the SchizoTech floating around.
* HeelFaceRevolvingDoor: Sometimes he aids Hitler, sometimes he aids Fegelein, though most parodists revolve around the latter.
* HonestJohnsDealership
* MagicWand: Constructs one for Hitler in "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zVEkj95bAE Hitler Becomes a Wizard]]". It doesn't exactly end well.
* MentorArchetype: Tries to be this for Hitler in the above parody, but the latter brushes him off.

* DemotedToExtra: She arguably shared Hitler's place as the main character of the [[Film/{{Downfall}} source material]] and took it over entirely after his suicide. She rarely sees use in the actual parodies though.
* DependingOnTheWriter: She's either a constant victim of sexual harassment, or she's actually a slut.
* EmbarrassingLastName: Her full actual name is "Getraud Humps", which other characters tend to poke fun at.
* EmbarrassingNickname: "Ms. Fanservice"
* EndearinglyDorky: Junge Generally acts quite innocent and sweet, which only helps make her more appealing to the other characters.
* EvenTheGirlsWantHer: Some videos have depicted even Mrs. Goebbels taking an interest in her.
* HeterosexualLifePartners: With Gerda.
* MinionWithAnFInEvil: Occasionally helps Fegelein out with antics, though due to her kind nature, she often does poorly at it.
* TheMistress: To Speer, usually.
* MsFanservice: Lampshaded several times to the point where it's her nickname, though she doesn't seem to look or act promiscuous.
* NeutralFemale: Appears to be this most of the time.
* NiceGirl: Compared to most of the cast, that is.
* ReluctantFanserviceGirl: Dresses modestly, but the bunker inhabitants always find a way to expose her one way or another, much to her discomfort.
* UnexplainedRecovery: At one point in "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Q4_swbUEjo Hitler's Llama Priest]]", she's shown as having scarab beetles crawling around inside of her, yet later on it's shown that she was completely unharmed by this.

* BigEater: She eats more than Goering!
* ButtMonkey: Is treated as the "Meg Griffin" of the bunker.
* DamselInDistress: Plays this role in several videos that depict Gunsche going up against Fegelein.
* DramaQueen: During the Original Bunker Scene, Hitler's ranting always drives Gerda to tears, while Traudl comforts her.
* FriendshipMoment: She is always quick to comfort Traudl whenever she's having a breakdown at Eva's parties, as well as help her escape when the building gets hit by an artillery shell.
* {{Gasshole}}: Apparently, she gets extremely gassy after eating taco bell. Much to the annoyance of Hitler.
* HeterosexualLifePartners: With Traudl.

* DarkMistress: Always stands by Hitler, usually due to her ditzyness.
* DramaQueen: Will usually come into Hitler's office sobbing over something trivial.
* DumbBlonde: To an even bigger extent than the movie.
* ExtremeDoormat: Allows Hitler to do whatever he wants with her with little objection.
* HardDrinkingPartyGirl: Is usually portrayed as an utterly wide-eyed optimist hosting parties, getting drunk and dancing crazily even if the Soviets are bombing Berlin to pieces. Even ''Fegelein'' shows concern for her erratic behaviour.
* InUniverseNickname: "Ms. Hitler"
* LifeOfTheParty: As with the original film, Eva likes to start parties. However for some reason, an explosion (caused by Soviet artillery in the original movie) will always abruptly end it.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Ernst-Günther Schenck]]
An SS colonel and doctor. One of very few genuinely rational characters in these parodies.

* TheGhost: Just like Steiner.
