The smartest kid in school, Brad joined the Safety Patrol shortly after Wayne Liggett moved to Tennessee and was assigned as Fillmore's new partner.

A member of the cheerleading team who seemingly moved away prior to the episode "Codename: Electric Haircut". However, when her first friend tries to send her a mirror left behind in her locker, Alexis can't be contacted and all signs that she ever attended the school have been erased, leading to an investigation that ties back to a sinister plot against the popular kids.

* ToxicFriendInfluence: A victim of such. Fillmore fell in with a bad crowd when he was younger who encouraged his worst impulses, causing him to engage in bullying, pranks, and various misdemeanors despite being a promising student raised in a loving household. Being forced to work with the Safety Patrol put him into frequent contact with good people, eventually leading to his reform. When he has a chance, Fillmore tries to pay it forward by trying to give second chances to hoodlums who show potential for giving up their criminal ways.

* DaChief: Vallejo was with the Safety Patrol for several years before becoming the Junior Commissioner.

A member of the X Middle School Safety Patrol, his main duty is that of crime scene photographer.

* BunnyEarsLawyer: He is a {{Cloudcuckoolander}} of the first order, at one point delivering a curiously philosophical ramble on the Zen nature of being unable to see your own butt, but he's pretty damn good at crime scene photography.

* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: O'Farrell is more the comic relief of the show due to his comical actions and comments, he tends to show lack of intelligence towards most situations; however, he does have an big imagination and is able to produce certain knowledge about various topics such as DIY photography.
