He more or less disappeared until he reemerged in his "Judge" gimmick at ''ECW Guilty As Charged 99'', January 10, 1999 and unleashed the debuting '''SID VICIOUS''' on Kronus. He later atoned for this by bringing in Uganda (Ben "Giant Kamala II" Peacock) and, more significantly, the returning Mike Awesome at ''Anarchy Rulz.''
