Reclaimers

Quincy Issa/Iiko Isami
Voiced by: Kumiko Watanabe (Japanese), Jennifer Copping (English)

The cold and ruthless 20-year-old leader of Orphan's Antibody squads, Quincy aka Iiko is Yuu's older sister, but she tries her best to distance herself from her family, even going as far as to change her name in her bid to emerge and realize herself independently of her parents. This goes as far as to make her develop two personalities - most of the time, the dominant one is the fanatical Quincy Issa who would not hesitate to sacrifice anything, even her own life or her own brother, to realize Orphan's will. However, underneath all that, it is still possible to catch some glimpses of the warm-hearted girl she once was...

Kensaku Isami
Voiced by: Ryuichi Horibe (Japanese), Don Brown (English)

Yuu and Quincy's father who is a researcher in the Antibody project and later as the head scientist inside Orphan.

Midori Isami

Kensaku's wife and assistant. She merely marries him to progress research into organic energy and to gain a solid power base to become the leader of Orphan.

  • Evil Matriarch
  • Four Eyes, Zero Soul
  • Unholy Matrimony: Subverted with Kensaku. They are more than happy to stay together, but there isn't any real emotional connection there.
  • Your Cheating Heart: Also subverted. She sleeps with Jonathan Glenn on multiple occasions, but there isn't any more real emotional connection there than there is with her husband.

Jonathan Glenn
Voiced by: Gou Aoba (Japanese), Kirby Morrow and Ward Perry (English)

20 years old, Jonathan is Orphan's best Gran Cher pilot aside from Quincy, but his skills are offset by his arrogant, somewhat unstable personality. He often appears unable to control his own emotions, despite the fact that he can also be machiavellian in his plans. He is completely loyal to Orphan and to the Reclaimers' cause, but has no love for the Isami family - with the exception of Quincy, and even then he seems to regard her as just a useful pawn, for all that he seems to have sex with them an awful lot. His skills and grim determination, rooted in his own troubled past, will make him one of the most dangerous opponents for the Novice Noah crew...

Kanan Gimms
Voiced by: Romi Park (Japanese), Saffron Henderson (English)

A young and talented, former Grand Cher pilot. She was Yuu's best friend and had been raised on Orphan. She is the pilot of Kanan Brain, the other twin Brain Powerd created from the single Antibody B-Plate.

Sheila Glass
Voiced by: Atsuko Tanaka (Japanese), Ellen Kennedy (English)

Another Reclaimer Grand Cher pilot, quite amazonic and has zealousness in following the ideals of the Reclaimers.

  • Ambiguously Brown
  • Anti-Villain: While a Reclaimer, she is fundamentally a decent person with a soft spot for children.
  • Bokukko
  • Broken Bird: Her three cute younger brothers died of starvation, and she was unable to do anything to save them. This led her to Orphan in a desperate attempt to ease her pain.
  • Dark Action Girl
  • Demoted to Extra: In the Super Robot Wars episodes that feature Brain Powerd, her role is always minimal.
  • Not So Different: She and Higgins.
  • Screw Destiny: A rare antivillain-to-heroine example: Sheila believes that everyone can shape his/her own destiny, and calls out Higgins for believing in fate.

Others

Nelly Kim
Voiced by: Haruko Takahagi

A lone Brain Powerd pilot whom Yuu met when he and his Brain was damaged by the Baron Grand Cher. She gave Yu pieces of wisdom on how to listen and understand carefully of how his Brain feels.
