Tony Luciano
The son of a powerful Italian godfather. Tony goes on a rampage to save his best dancer and girlfriend, Cherry Popz.
- Blood Knight: Tony tends to resolve issues with violence, which led the quagmire of entire game's storyline when he shot up a nightclub after the owners—Sik brothers—abducted Cherry Popz.
Clarence
A penniless ex-NAVY Seal hired by Don Luciano to clean up after Tony's mess.
- From Camouflage to Criminal: Justified Trope, which the work's large rewards would likely be preferable to menial work at a supermarket along with paying off mortgage of his mother's house.
Roy Devine, JR.
A "private investigator" investigating the disappearance of Cherry Popz' cat Vincent, who then get caught up with the stories of Tony Luciano and Clarence.
- Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking: In the end of the game: Roy is arrested for multiple counts of obstruction, misrepresentation, trespassing and practicing without a detective's license
- Unreliable Narrator: Every time Roy explains some exposition, The FPS Authority is quick to correct us.
Cherry Popz
A stripper working at an establishment owned by her boyfriend, Tony Luciano. Her abduction by Sik Brother sparked the entire story's conflict.
- Hollywood Restraining Order: Invoked when she warns Roy not to call her again. As it turns out, Cherry found her cat three weeks ago.
- Only Sane Man: Compared to Tony, she tends to be more level-headed and rational than her boyfriend.
