• Souichi breaking the otaku's phone in half for interefering with a passenger's VAD. Yeah, it got him his house burned down, but it was still awesome!
  "Rid the world of evil today (self-concluded)."
• Souichi punching Kunihiro in the face and giving him a verbal beatdown in volume 2 over the way he'd treated Morinaga.
• Isogai as a person. Not only did he defeat a sober Souichi at full power lunging for him, he casually mentions that this was the second time he took down Souichi. If you read Challengers, Isogai is introduced as the supporting character to the main couple and Protagonists' 'Kurokawa and Tomoe' while Souichi had the role of a villain. Then his story takes a turn that he stumbles upon a very delicate piece of info. Rather than breaking the news to his friend, he decides to withhold it for his benefit and to largely keep Souichi under control from lashing out at Kurokawa the next time. Isogai literally went from being simply The Straight Man in one story to upstaging the villain himself in another. Man, if only Kurokawa knew all those juicy bits Isogai deliberately hides...
• Volume 8 is definitely meant to be touching as senpai finally begins to open up his feelings. But in hindsight Souichi Senpai unbuttoning his own shirt? AWESOME. Rightfully so because up till then, the pattern of the manga always has a new shenanigan to kickstart the volume and a sex scene to end the volume. Then somewhere in between the post-sex and new issue, Morinaga will try to reaffirm his position to Souichi and always gets shut down. So when Souichi finally breaks the routine by sucking in his pride and is coaxed with minimal effort to initiate the love making a little, all the fangirls happy cried that senpai finally caved.
