Awesome / Scott Hall

Go To

  • As Razor Ramon, he gradually turned face just by being so charismatic and, well, cool. But his face turn really kicked into high gear with his win over Rick Martel to win the vacant Intercontinental Championship in late 1993.
  • His WrestleMania X ladder match with Shawn Michaels, the match that gave the ladder match its reputation and a hell of a match on its own terms.
  • His WCW debut in 1996 may be one of the most famous debuts in wrestling history, mainly for kickstarting the Outsiders, and thus, the nWo. See it here.
  • An (idiotic) WCW fan had decided to throw a soda bottle directly at Scott Hall's head. Usually when this occurs, the wrestler rightly takes notice as a blow like that to their head can be extremely dangerous. However, when Hall got hit, he immediately no sold the hit like it was nothing and proceeded to slick his hair back like an absolute boss. Swinging over into funny moments, as he slicks his hair back, he's clearly seen saying, "...and his hair was perfect!"
  • With the help of his True Companions Diamond Dallas Page and Jake Roberts, Scott Hall is clean, sober, has had his bum hip repaired and is walking tall once again. Ladies and gentlemen, WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall. He made it in the end.
    • It's even more awesome when you compare two pictures of him during the bad times and pictures of him now. During the bad times he barely even looked like the same person. Now? Now he looks like Scott Hall again. Even if he has minor relapses now and again, he's Scott Hall again.
    • As of March 14, 2022, there's a Bittersweet Ending factor to this, in that complications from surgery resulted in him being put on life support due to multiple heart attacks before finally being pulled off and passing away. While his life was ultimately claimed by time and fate as was always bound to happen, one can find solace in that, rather than being found a crumpled corpse next to an expensive bottle of alcohol, he showed what it means to recover from rock bottom, he fought to the bitter end, lasting seven whole hours off life support, all spent with his loved ones...and he died as Scott Hall.
