- Thrax’s introduction is a villainous example, mixed with Nightmare Fuel.
- "Only used against the most stubborn cold symptoms." We all know where that leads.
- It's subtle, but Thrax says that in all the bodies he's EVER been in, not ONCE has an immunity cell figured out what his plans are, which makes Jones that much more awesome, since he DID!
- Drix being capable of quickly alleviating Frank's burning and inflamed throat by firing special cold water from his arm cannon. Even the Frank Fire Department is impressed at this!
- The song "Cool Daddy Cool" performed by Kid Rock (under the name Kidney Rock) in the scene of The Zit. It's quite a headbanger.
- Leah stands up against Mayor Phlemming when he laughs off her explanation that Jones is right about Thrax being alive by turning his chair around back to her.
- A small one for Uncle Bob, when Frank begins to pass out behind the wheel of his car, he pulls over and calls off the trip to get Frank to a hospital, and also inadvertently ruining any chances of Phlegmming's re-election.
- Drix freeze blasting Thrax's hand. He even says a clever line before making the shot.Drix: Virus con Dios.
- When Thrax uses pollen spores to escape Frank's body, Ozzy quickly improvises a way to follow him.Ozzy: How's your aim?
Drix: (Catches on and opens Arm Cannon) A lot better than yours!
Leah: Jones, what do you think you're doing?
Ozzy: (Kisses Leah) Saving Frank. (To Drix) Let's do it.
(Ozzy squeezes into Drix's cannon)
Ozzy: (Inside the chamber) You want Osmosis?
Drix: (Taking aim) You've got Osmosis. - During Ozzy's climactic fight with Thrax:Thrax: Can you feel the heat, Jones? (chuckles evilly) Too bad you won't be here to see me break my record when I take down Frank's pretty little girl.
Ozzy: She ain't goin' down... you are!(cue Thrax staring in horror as he realizes Ozzy not only survived his deadly claw, but also managed to trick him into trapping his own hand in the false eyelash). - Considering how much of a massive Control Freak bitch Mrs. Boyd is, it's satisfying to see Shane getting off the bus to follow the ambulance her dad's being put on and disobeying her asshole of a teacher when she orders her to get back on the bus, giving Mrs. Boyd her comeuppance for her unforgiveness towards Frank and her selfish behavior altogether.
- Ozzy being celebrated as a hero at the end after defeating Thrax and saving Frank. After all the crap he has been put through since the vomiting incident he caused years back, he finally got the respect he deserved.
