  • The ending where you earn the trophy "Walking in Darkness". Sure, it's the absolute darkest ending to any of the paths, but it's also where Damien proves that he hasn't just been trying to fool you into forgiving him for what he did: he really means it. And when you decide you love him too much to keep the promise you made to Ellen, he sweeps you off your feet...and carries you off to a place of safety before the authorities can find you and erase your memories of magic as would happen to anyone else who had just lost their magic if they didn't die in the process of losing it. Not only do the authorities never find you, he even promises to help you regain your magic if you want to.
    • Bonus points for the epilogue essentially stating "and then Mary Sue turned into a magical vampire and roamed the world with Damien, searching for a cure."
  • Professor Potsdam gets one when she bursts into the gym while Damien is draining your soul and proves just how powerful the professors really are.
    • In Wolf Hall, William gets this moment instead. If you're on his or Damien's path, Damien manages to knock you unconscious and kidnap you from your room to use as bait for William. If you're on William's Romance Route, William knows Damien can't steal your soul, and proceeds to utterly crush Damien in a Curbstomp Battle. In any other situation, William agrees to offer his soul to save you, but then Professor Potsdam makes her entrance, and you see something you rarely see elsewhere in the game: Her looking absolutely furious.
  • Grabiner also gets a small one if he's your husband and you decide to tell him you're concerned about Minnie and Kyo's unhealthy relationship because he actually does something about it, unlike Professor Potsdam.
  • The PC can refuse to take part in initiation - in fact, she stands up, says it's hazing, basically tells Damien to piss off in front of the whole school, and storms out in glorious high dudgeon. Damien never speaks to her again after that... but then that's not a bad thing.
    • Professor Potsdam even congratulates you for your courage, though she warns you that every choice has consequences...
  • The PC in Wolf Hall telling Angela his true identity after putting up with being under her thumb for the last half of his second semester at Iris.
