Awesome / Legends of Oz: Dorothy's Return

• The climax wherein Dorothy steals the Jester's sceptre and smashes it, then throws what's left into the twister.
  • While Dorothy and the Jester were fighting over the sceptre, it's orb was changing from purple to green, as if deciding who to side with. When Dorothy finally took it away, the now green sceptre acts on Dorothy's will and releases a World-Healing Wave, breaking the Jester's spell over Oz's leaders.
  • Before that, the Big Damn Heroes moment.
• Earlier on, the Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Lion are all in an amazing escape scene with lots of ups and downs and examples of true badassery.
• Wiser regaining his ability to fly. What makes it really badass is that he's visibly struggling to lift his girth, but manages anyway through sheer willpower.
• At the end of the movie, Dorothy returns to Kansas in time to encourage her family and neighbours into not selling their homes, exposing the realtor as a con artist in the process.
• The visuals in the Jester's song are really awesome if you love circuses and magic shows! There's one, continuous shot in particular that stands out. The Jester's head transitions into an image of The Man in the Moon, which turns out to be a picture on a jack-in-the-box, which the Jester pops out of, before throwing a deck of cards into the air. The cards are suspended in the air, only for one of them to be knocked out of place by a card with the Wicked Witch of the West's image.
