With out a doubt, Karin's transformation in the anime. Even if it is only temporary it was nice to see her look badass for a while.
In episode eleven when Karin's nose starts to bleed, Winner's able to overcome his fear of blood to carry her all the way to the sick room on site. Granted he passed out seconds later, but still: pretty badass.
The entire family getting back up after Victor killed them all. Ren was shot four times and complains about his jacket being ruined.
