* The enemy summons a giant meteor to destroy the village where Chaldea is parked. The tank can escape, but the villagers cannot evacuate in time. What happens? Spartacus asks the Protagonist to use a Command Spell on him, ordering him to "Jump!". He tanks the meteor with his NP, saving the village at the cost of his Saint Graph being irreparably damaged, and he fades soon after he hits the ground. It's later revealed this moment is so awe-inspiring that people have begun to wish for Heroic Spirits just on the basis of this one act.

* As if to apologize for incredibly bleak British Lostbelt the fairy knights go all out:

** After decades of hype as the Nasuverse's ace, ORT has finally decide to engage us in response to the Foreign God trying to hijack it, allowing us to see it in action for the first time. Engage? I mean '''[[HopelessBossFight absolutely crush]]''' all parties involved. It has '''''[[ReadingsAreOffTheScale 10]]''''' break bars with the ''1 million'' as the first, ''10 million'' at the second and if you are actually good/insane enough, '''''[[https://imgur.com/a/0acqr8c 100 million]]''''' at the third. Even the Foreign God who decides to jump in when your party gets wiped throws a black hole at it... only for it to deal ''average damage''. One last piece of info, his level in that "fight" is '''''1'''''. Dataminers have determined his total health to be '''3,591,250,000'''.

* After facing a very humiliating CurbStompBattle against Tlaloc, Nitocris faces her fate head-on and turns Alter of her own volition. She does so twice, once against Camazotz, and once against Tlaloc when she's the one who does the curb stomping.

** Then, at every step of the way, the protagonist gets all the help they can ''[[GondorCallsForAid from every single individual living being]]'' in the Lostbelt, who decide to pitch in for the battle, no matter how desperate: From Ereshkigal [[GeoEffects laying down a battlefield to lend out her underworld power]][[note]]Along with the en masse Gugalanna legs, they actually possess power to defeat an invading Sephyr[[/note]], Tlaloc unleashes her Noble Phantasm along with the Ocelomeh's LastStand, Kingprotea holding up ORT to allow Beni-Enma to [[PowerCopying inflict]] [[CallBack the Concept of Death]] on it, [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking to the Deinos wielding guns provided by Koyanskaya for a final charge]].

** U-Olgamarie pulling a BigDamnHeroes, and a HeroicSacrifice by stopping time for you, and recharging the Storm Border's WaveMotionGun, so that you may vaporize a weakened ORT.

** Then, this gets topped as Kukulkan takes matters in her own hands, and sacrifices herself (being the actual core of ORT) to destroy the last anchor for ORT to manifest, and prune the Lostbelt.
** Special mention must be given to the writers and developers here. Because [[EvilOnlyHasToWinOnce ORT TRULY being undefeatable would mean a dour end to the story]], it is ultimately something that the player has to take down, and preventing ORT from being OverratedAndUnderleveled in this situation was a ''very'' thin tightrope with no safety net. Players understandably had their reservations, but in the end ORT ended up exactly as powerful and terrifying as it should've been with the addendum that PHH ORT would be much further beyond it, the writers/devs managing to give the player a believable victory while still letting the spider keep its dignity.

* In Olga Marie's dream, she's fighting in an alternate America singularity against Rama, Nightingale, Caster Gilgamesh and Ishtar, to protect the Age of Man against those who want to return the Earth to the Age of Gods. On her team are EMIYA (Alter), Suzuka Gozen, Mephistoteles, Queen Medb, and most importantly, Cu Chulainn (Alter).

** Caster Gil and Ishtar opts to strike Olga Marie first, but she, being a superior magus than Ritsuka, prepares a magic shield that can block even magic attacks from the Age of Gods and an arrow shot by the Sumerian Goddess of War. Then she instructs EMIYA (Alter) and Mephistoteles to strike back and use his NP to detonate Caster Gil.

** Then, at every step of the way, the protagonist gets all the help they can ''[[GondorCallsForAid from every single individual living]]'' in the Lostbelt, who decide to pitch in for the battle, no matter how desperate: From Ereshkigal [[GeoEffects laying down a battlefield to lend out her underworld power]][[note]]Along with the en masse Gugalanna legs, they actually possess power to defeat invading Sephyr[[/note]], Tlaloc unleashes her Noble Phantasm along with the Ocelomeh's LastStand, Kingprotea holding up ORT to allow Beni-Enma to [[PowerCopying inflict]] [[CallBack the Concept of Death]] on it, [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking to the Deinos wielding guns provided by Koyanskaya for a final charge]].

** Barghest gets a pep-talk from Morgan and shows up just when Burnunnos trapped everyone among the fires, declares she doesn't have to hide behind Lancelot's name and reveals herself as Fairy Knight ''Barghest''. Then she switches to Archer class with water-based attacks instead of her usual fire and extinguishes the whole fire-trap.

** The [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tlj5Z3wWE_U 8th Anniversary music video]] hands down is probably [[AwesomeArt the single most beautiful animation done for the entire franchise]] thanks to CloverWorks, recapping the lives and journeys of multiple Heroic Spirits throughout history and myth through [[ArtShift various different art styles]] before they are then summoned by Chaldea and, more specifically [[AudienceSurrogate us]], to help fight to protect the world.

** The [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QmE5ZILnb3w 4th anniversery CM]]. A-1 went all-out with this one, making 68 seconds of footage to show off the Servants, Masters and some more dangerous mobs like Chimeras and Orochi. Even the more comedic or event Servants like Mecha-Eli-chan or Ruler Martha look cool here.

* When it looks like Aurora has a chance to escape the collapsing Lostbelt with Melusine, the latter [[KickTheSonOfABitch simply stabs her]] and leaves her to bleed out, as she knows that Aurora’s delusional purpose of wanting to be the brightest and most loved person would be unachievable in PHH.[[note]]Though some may regret to not stop Melusine from doing so, because perhaps having her go to PHH anyway and realizing firsthand that her dream ends up being impossible, [[BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor giving her an extreme case of]] FateWorseThanDeath, would be equally cathartic, but either way Aurora is doomed anyway.[[/note]] Some also see this as Melusine's act as a MercyKill, but the fact that [[AndThisIsFor someone finally killed Aurora for all the shit she did]] (including her betrayal of [[NobleDemon Knocknarea]] for petty reasons) still helps.

** The real kicker of this? [[TheBadGuyWins He still got what he wanted.]] While he’s beaten before he could break into PHH the damage he does to Britain during the final battle is enough that Cosmos Denial begins to set in.

** King Hassan's animation emphasizes just how powerful he is especially when he weakened Gawain in Camelot for you, with stylish and visceral animations like he's from ''VideoGame/DarkSouls'' or ''VideoGame/DevilMayCry''. His Noble Phantasm is merely a single, powerful slash... preceded by a PowerWalk and a DeathGlare. Truly worthy of his title as Grand Assassin.

* When the event was coming to the North American server, many were wondering whether or not the developers would modify Ibaraki's health pool to account for the NA playerbase being roughly half the size of Japan's during their first raid. The developers responded by...[[InsaneTrollLogic raising her HP on the second day by five-hundred billion.]] Even with these handicaps, the players still managed to defeat Ibaraki at every stage of the event.
