"I'm Duke Nukem, and I'm coming to get the rest of you alien bastards!"
- The entirety of E1L3: Death Row. The level starts with Duke barely escaping with his life from an electric chair. He then proceeds to escape out of death row, avoiding laser trip mines, killing aliens, stealing weapons, finding a secret passage behind a poster and then blowing a hole through a sewage pipe that leads him to a submarine that he hijacks to exit the level.
- When Duke meets the boss at the end of episode 2, he threatens to tear its head off and shit down its neck. Upon defeating it, Duke follows up on his threat.
- He swears to the Episode 3 boss that the last thing that will go through its mind before Duke kills it will be his size 13 boot. Not only does Duke make good on this after a battle in a football stadium, but he punts the boss' eyeball clear out its skull and scores a field goal with it!
