Someone makes a trope suggestion, and someone replies (or it's in the suggestion body):
"Happens all the time in Show XYZ", yet no-one can point out a specific occurrence of the trope.
"It happens all the time" is usually synonymous with "it happened two times" or rarely "it happened three times", which is easily extrapolated to "every other episode". Even worse, 30% of these "happenings" actually never happened in the show. If it does happen more often, it's usually Once an Episode.
It's a bit like Seen It a Million Times, except with a specific show/series/movie. If it genuinely happens all the time, people will often say the show "loves this trope". See also Beam Me Up, Scotty!.
