* Mynx, from ''WebVideo/{{Arenas}}''.
* Almost every female character from ''Roleplay/DarwinsSoldiers'', though Snow, Dr. Joe, Aimee, Sharon and Aisha deserve special mention.
* Foxy from ''WebOriginal/DeadEnds'' is just as good at fending off the undead as the male characters. [[spoiler:She even decapitates a would-be rapist with a katana!]]
* Karen in ''Literature/TheDragonWarsSaga'' is an Action Girl, despite her clothes horse tendencies.
* [[LetsPlay/FreelanceAstronauts Dongs "REO" Speedwagon]].
* Since the ''Roleplay/GlobalGuardiansPBEMUniverse'' is all about superheroic action, pretty much all female characters were this
* In ''Literature/GreekNinja'', Sasha, Eleonora, Electra and demigoddess Danae Elliades, although it's more of an informed attribute in her case.
* ''ARG/ILoveBees'' (a ''VideoGame/Halo2'' ARG): Jan. Partly because she's a Spartan 1.1 born to two [[SuperSoldier Spartan-Is]].
* {{Marzgurl}} in ''WebVideo/{{Kickassia}}''. Complete with [[RunningGag punching her troops into shape.]]
** And continued in ''WebVideo/{{SuburbanKnights}}'', while acting as [[Anime/PrincessMononoke San]]. She can swing a mean spear.
** Speaking of which, damn ObscurusLupa can work a gun.
** Rebecca Stone in WebVideo/DemoReel. Quirky, NervesOfSteel, and would have been more than happy to beat a guy twice her size to death.
* Octavia in [[http://m.youtube.com/?#/watch?v=LFjEintbDXc this]] ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic'' fan video. "Eat grass, kick ass" indeed.
* The females of the Capricorn Pirates in ''FanFic/OnePieceParallelWorks'', especially Yuki-Rin, Hana, Yulia, and Aria.
%% * Kit Baxter from ''Podcast/RedPandaAdventures''.
* Pinkie Pie in [[Machinima/PinkiePiesExcitingAdventure Pinkie Pie's Exciting Adventure]].
* Tex from ''Machinima/RedVsBlue'', more than capable of easily handling entire outposts on her own. The only character noted to be tougher than her in combat was the superhuman Meta, and only because he had a bunch of abilities he stole from other people. Without them, he had to gang up on her 2 against 1 to beat her.
** ''Any'' female Freelancer qualifies as this, to one degree or another. Say what you want about [[ChronicBackstabbingDisorder South,]] but season 9 shows she's [[BadAss quite the badass.]] And Carolina wiped the floor with an even ''larger'' number of troops, single-handedly. CT initially seems to be an exception to this, but as is discovered in season 10, she's actually able to hold her own fairly well against both Tex ''and'' Carolina [[spoiler:until she was killed, of course]].
* ''WebAnimation/{{RWBY}}'' has ''tons'' of examples. The protagonists alone fill all of the major archetypes: Ruby is the rough-and-ready hack-and-slash type, Weiss is more of an elegant and precise MagicKnight, Blake is an acrobatic rogue-ish/ninja type, and Yang is a tough, aggressive brawler with a pair of shotgun gauntlets. There's also [[TheAce Pyrrha]], [[GirlyBruiser No]][[BoisterousBruiser ra]], [[CombatPragmatist Emerald]], [[KungFuWizard Cinder]], [[BadassTeacher Professor Goodwitch]], and [[PintsizePowerhouse Neo]], who are all just as competent as the male fighters in the series. Summer Rose and Raven Branwen were never actually shown fighting in the series proper, but both were implied to be great warriors. Raven even managed to scare off Neo, who had just finished curbstomping Yang into unconsciousness, by simply drawing her sword.
* Mariza Audrea of Literature/RegistryOfTime.
* Taz in ''Theatre/{{Starship}}''. She even declares herself leader by ripping off Up's BadassMustache and putting it on herself.
* A lot of ''SurvivalOfTheFittest'' characters, examples including Maxie Dasai, Trish [=McCarroll=], Shameeca Mitchell, Bridget Connolly and Hayley Kelly.
* Roleplay/TheTandyArena has too many to count.
* Faun in ''{{Tasakeru}}''. Sexy, sassy, an expert thief, and willing to stuff a TrickBomb in your face if you get on her bad side.
* Most girls in ''TrintonChronicles'' fit this trope.
* Since the WhateleyUniverse is a {{superhero}} world, it's not surprising that every female main character is this. Except Summoner, who's a WhiteMage and SquishyWizard right now. Plus several auxiliary characters like the headmistress (who is Lady Astarte in her spare time) and a bunch of the female teachers.
