Go To

Aloha, everyone. I got to Kiawe's trial!

So, let's get outta Melemele, and go to Akala island, the second island in the Alola region.

Cue a cool little cutscene of Hau, Lillie, Kukui, and I sailing to Akala island.

When we got there, we meet a hot chick- I mean, the Kahuna of Akala Island, Olivia, and a trial captain, Mallow. They're both pretty nice.

I recently caught...

  • A Mudbray I named Epona, after the famous horse in the Legend of Zelda series.
  • A Magikarp, because I need a water-type on my team. I named him Susano, after the god of storms in Japanese myth and the Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass Susano from Ōkami.

Also, I got the second Poke-Ride.

And I traded a Lillipup for a...

  • Bounsweet, who soon evolved into Steenie.

I soon met Lana, who is checking out these strange splashes. She's pretty good at acting, huh? So, after a bit, I got a Lapras for Poke-ride. Which is nice, because I always liked Lapras.

The totem Pokemon battle against Totem Wishiwashi (Which started out in it's Schooling form, by the way) took me two tries. It was going smoothly until it summoned Alolomola. It's tanky as hell...

Thankfully, Steenie carried me through the fight!

Beforehand, I met JOJO- I mean Gladion, a strange grunt of Team Skull who was fighting against Hau. It seems Gladion doesn't like Hau's style of battling. I then fought him. It was quite easy, since he only had two Pokemon on him- those being a Zubat and Type: Null, a strange Chimera-looking Pokemon.

It seems Gladion likes to pose when battling. It also seems Gladion is only working for Team Skull for profit, rather than For the Evulz. Poor guy gets mistreated a bunch.

I had my first Battle Royal battle. I FAILED SO HARD. Thank goodness it didn't make me white out.

Currently, I'm going to Kiawe's trial, after grinding my Magikarp (And a few others) a little bit. Wish me luck!

Aloha, everyone.

Fun Fact: I've never watched Jojo's Bizzare Adventure before.
