After healing up in town, Luna heads up to Route 12, getting Mudsdale registered to her Page Rider by Hapu. Apparently, the reason she didn't do it earlier is because she was too distracted by how pretty Lillie was.

Alright then.

Luna heads up the route, fighting trainers, catching Pokemon. You know the drill. Eventually, a trailer park is reached, where a few Skull Grunts tell about the origin of Team Skull and how they were originally founded by a disgraced kahuna or something. Cool.

Not long after that place, Tapu Village is at hand. There used to be a supermarket here, but it was destroyed by Tapu Bulu because he doesn't appreciate blasphemous commercialism.

Healing up and battling a little more, Luna heads to the Aether House and beats up some Preschoolers with Hau's help before Acerola comes in and smooths things over. Apparently, they thought Luna and Hau were thieves.

Afterwards, Luna heads outside to find a Team Skull Grunt spitting hot fire on the mic in Lillie's direction. Given that she's rap battle challenged, Luna steps in for her.

After beating a Drowzee, Lillie gives Luna five Luxury Balls. Neat.

It's time for Acerola's trial, though, so off to the Abandoned Supermarket. Acerola's trial is for ghosts, and... yep. This is gonna be spooky, isn't it?

Into the supermarket we go!

Fortunately, there are no jump scares or anything like that. Gastly, Haunter, and Gengar just float around and attack you like the Hakamo-o in the demo.

A Pikachu, which totally isn't a Mimikyu in disguise, pops up after each segment to lead you to the next area. Once you take a picture of the above three, it leads you into a closet room where the music stops.

...Alright, I'm spooked.

The Pokefinder then launches on its own.

The sound of a Pokemon is nearby, but the only thing present is a wall. Pretty baffling.

Until you realize this segment has full range of motion, turn around... and see Mimikyu right behind you.

"SEEEEE MEEEEEE!"

aaaaahhhhh kill it kill it kill it kill it kill it

Two Flash Cannons (and a Volt Switch on Haunter) later, and that spooky trial is over with, thank goodness.

I have no idea what the strategy for Mimikyu was, but it doesn't matter. Afterwards, Acerola teaches Luna how to spook people and hands over a Ghostium Z.

She also mentions that there is no closet room in the building.

And, in the background, behind the chainlink fence, Mimikyu watches from the shadows.

Yeah, that's a bit spooky, fam.

...Still kinda want to catch one in a Luxury Ball, though.

Upon returning to Acerola's house, we find Plumeria and Team Skull Grunts waiting for us. Oh dear.

Plumeria reminds us how she said she wouldn't show us mercy next time and the Team Skull Grunts begin rapping aggressively at Hau and Acerola.

Plumeria opts to go for a Pokemon battle. Soprano takes care of both of her Poison types despite being a Fairy. Being able to learn Psychic is great.

Anyway, Plumeria says we'll have to chase her down in Po Town if we want the Pokemon they stole back and they walk off even though we have healthy Pokemon that could stop them.

Upon entering the house, we find a Preschooler complaining that Team Skull took her Yungoos and, uh...

...

Alright, even I can't bullshit a plausible excuse for that.

Well, I guess we'll go deal with that next time!
