BWTW Chapter 6: When Michael Met Ginny

Written By: Thomas
Proofread By: Ebony
'''POV: Michael

A longer than usual author's note begins the chapter, but it says the usual things; thanking Ebony for her help, insisting he's a "rationale" Christian, and declaring that his enemies, Idiosy in particular, will burn in hell.

Michael goes to potion class, and while pretending to make the potion, he tries to start a conversation with Ginny, who's talking with a friend about how great "Stan" is for letting them commit crimes. He despises her, but knows that he must ask her out for the sake of his plan. Luckily, the teacher doesn't notice Michael hasn't made any potions, having gone blind, deaf and dumb from worshipping Satan too much. One has to wonder why Satan worship has such adverse consequences for the people in life (naturally, apart from being killed by the Prayer Warriors), or why they continue to do so in spite of the consequences.

Michael takes the bull by the horns, albeit dishonestly, and asks Ginny out so that he can learn more about Satan. He's being honest when he elaborates that Satanism is punishable by death where he comes from, without saying that he would likely be the one to kill any Satanists that are found.

Ginny agrees, wanting to take things quickly, while Michael wants to do them slowly. Ginny invites him to her room to teach him, which makes him sick but he keeps it inside for the purpose of his mission.

Michael learns another spell that causes explosions, but refuses to tell us "atheistic satanic scum" the spell so that we will not be able to learn it (although we have no more magical potential than he does), demanding that we burn all witchcraft and Harry Potter books.

After a long day of not learning anything from his classes at Hogwarts, Michael learns how to kill a magic beast without using any magic from Hagrid (it might be interesting if he actually used this at some point in the story), and does some reading of psalms and prayers before going to Ginny's room.

Next Installment: Michael visits Ginny in her room.
