Several things happened when we last left off Snivy and his friends... and RIOLU-MAN!!!!!!! ALL HAIL RIOLU-MAN!!!! THANK THE HEAVENS! I FEEL SO ALIVE! Let's see what happens this ti-(notices the Spoiler Title)
Pikachu and Snivy venture into the Crystal Cave[rns], which look nothing like they do in the games, and begin to search for Riolu-Man. Needless to say, Riolu-Man isn't very far away. Pikachu claims he's had enough and that they should turn back. I just want to say one thing to him. Get out.
Anyway, Pikachu looks at some red crystals, only to find Riolu-Man's dead body. Why do the best characters always have to die. :( This leads to a staredown with a Roggenrola because I DON'T KNOW. Roggenrola is naturally the servant of his final evolution, Gigalith. And the animator makes sure to pad the hell out of his introduction as well. It's apparently under Demonic Possession as well. This should be quite a ride. Naturally, Pikachu and Snivy escape as soon as they can, but they get trapped in an incredibly stupid fashion by crystals. Couldn't they just climb over them so we could get this series over already?
