Scene 0: Characters

{Note: I've made this liveblog to test out the Mythic GM Emulator, a sort of system that can be used to run games without a Game Master by... well... emulating a Game Master. This Liveblog will be read like a Script Fic. Special brackets will denote special comments. Square brackets ([]) will denote dice mechanics. Curly brackets ({}) will denote out of character information that can't otherwise be worked into the game, like this. Enjoy}

Psyga comes home to his apartment after trick-or-treating

Psyga: Well, that was a fun ride...

Psyga then notices that Wataru is absent and that a letter was on the table.

Psyga: Huh? What’s this?

Psyga picks up the letter and reads it.

Psyga: “Dear Psyga, I’m going to Tokyo with the other Riders for a Halloween party. I made dinner and it’s in the fridge if you need it. Sincerely yours, Kurenai Wataru.” Well, I might as well have a bite to eat...

Psyga goes to the fridge to get Wataru’s dinner, but is suddenly injected with a sort of needle in the neck by someone in a pig mask, and soon he passes out.

Psyga then wakes up in a strange, black room. As he looks around, he notices that he was in some basement of sorts. Suddenly, he noticed a tall black console in front of him with one purple light beaming on itself.

Computer: Are you what they call Psyga Sanichigo?

Psyga: Um... Yeah, what of it?

Computer: I, the MightY Technological Holographic Intelligence Computer, Or MYTHIC for short, am programmed to replicate the experience of a tabletop role-playing game by doing away with the concept of a Game Master. You and another person are selected to be the guinea pigs of my first test run!

Psyga: Another person?

Psyga then looks to see another person sitting next to him. He instantly recognized him, not from his face, but from his rather large ass ruby ring that he had.

Psyga: How the hell did you manage to rope in Haruto?

Haruto looks to Psyga.

Haruto: Someone bribed me with donuts. A lot of donuts.

MYTHIC: ENOUGH! Psyga, I shall ask you to make a Dungeons and Dragons character.

Psyga: Pffft. Easy. Elf Thief.

Haruto then hands Psyga his sheet, which has an Elf Wizard.

MYTHIC: Haruto has already created an Elf. You must create a character with a unique race.

Psyga: Arg... Okay then... Give me some time. Let me do some stuff...

And after many hours of creating a character...

MYTHIC: Psyga has created an Orc Barbarian. We shall begin play soon.

Psyga then notices the Gnome Bard. Then looks around and notices only he, MYTHIC, and Haruto are there.

Psyga: Who’s the Gnome?

MYTHIC: A third wheel. I have been forced to include her to this game. She is also a computer, but she is programmed to help gauge both your mental conditions. My creators know of certain aspects of both of you. Your anger, Psyga... And your Dragon, Haruto... and so they employed the Mental Health Consoling Program to make sure the test proceeds without you... destroying anything.

Psyga: So... any easy to remember name like yours?

Haruto: Meh, just call her character name. I’m pretty sure a program like her wouldn’t mind.

MYTHIC: Read over your sheets... I shall generate your adventure soon enough.

And so, Psyga’s adventures in MYTHIC’s Dungeons And Dragons campaign began.

Even as a kid he liked exploring the woods in his own tribe. Many elves called him odd when he began to study up on the School of Evocation, but this was just another thing he was interested in. The unknown world of magic. He wanted to learn more, and so he left to study up on this concept of magic, taking with him his ceremonial hawk.
