* CrossesTheLineTwice: Invoked by you know who:
-->'''Mickey:''' And yeah, before you say anything, yes, I am likening homosexuality to having Down syndrome.
* EnsembleDarkhorse: June seems to be pretty popular, given that she appears on several Hot Diggedy Demon T-Shirts and even appears in a crossover episode in the ''WebAnimation/PonyDotMov'' series.
* HarsherInHindsight: Mickey accusing Tom Fulp of being an antisemite was offensively hilarious at the time, but becomes a lot less funny in light of Max Gilardi, the creator of the show and voice of most of the show's characters, coming under fire for mocking ''WesternAnimation/StevenUniverse'' by drawing an antisemitic caricature of the title character dubbed "Steven Jewniverse".
* SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments:
** Bossman shares a little moment with Mickey when [[ActuallyPrettyFunny he cracks up at Mickey's]] [[{{Pun}} Really Bad Kirby joke]]. This, of course, [[MoodWhiplash doesn't last very long]] once Bossman tells Mickey to get the hell out of his office.
** Fanmail 2 shows a much more relaxed version of Mickey, which is a stark contrast from his usual crude and stern demeanor in the show proper.
* HilariousInHindsight:
** When Mickey interviews Creator/{{Egoraptor}} he asks him why he's gay. He has no reason to believe he's gay, he's just being an asshole. Two years later, Egoraptor would start ''WebVideo/GameGrumps'' with WebVideo/JonTron, which spawned many {{Slash Fic}}s and in-series jokes about being gay for each other.
** The Confirmed for Brawl" video is now this with Nintendo hosting a poll for character suggestions for ''VideoGame/SuperSmashBros for UsefulNotes/WiiU'' and adding [[Franchise/StreetFighter Ryu]] as {{DLC}}.
* NightmareFuel: At the end of every episode, [[spoiler:[[JumpScare a screaming zombie cat will pop up after the Video Game Videos' indent.]]]] Except for "Mickey's Rebuttal," which has [[spoiler:the screaming cat's head on Mickey in the intro]], while the ending logo has [[spoiler:the cat with Mickey's head yelling [[NightmareRetardant "Scraaaa!"]]]]
* ValuesDissonance: A show that derives some of its humor from a character screaming ableist and/or homophobic slurs reflects a very specific era of the Internet that wouldn't fly today. May also cross with RefugeInAudacity, seeing as Mickey is so blatantly using such slurs around everyone else in the show, but no one really seems to care most of the time.
** Justified in some cases, given that the main character is literally named "Mickey the [[Main/{{Jerkass}} Dick]]"
* WhatDoYouMeanItsNotForKids: Despite the title, this is definitely not an animated series suited for children.
