* NarmCharm: The ridiculous situations the Hobo gets himself into, the hammy acting by the special guest stars and the low-budget cinematography (the 1980s series was videotaped) should have killed the show, but it still has immense nostalgic value to Canadians.
* ValuesDissonance: "The Three Monkeys of Bah Roghar" features such notable characters as the stereotypical Romani psychic, jiving African American man from Harlem, and the Asian martial artist who almost constantly has a gong heard whenever he's on camera. None of these characters would be acceptable in the 2020s.
