* AssPull: Oh, did we mention that Critter's a crack fighter? No? Well, he is.
* BigLippedAlligatorMoment: The dune buggy ride.
* EarWorm: o/` Instead of Christmas carols, I yodel-dee all day. o/`
** And the Girl in Gold Boots theme, if only because of the number of times it is played.
* HilariousInHindsight: "Only a couple of people pack [guns] in this city, and most of 'em are cops!" Hehe, sure, Leo, no one's packing heat in '''Los Angeles.'''
* {{Narm}}: I had a pretty '''''MIIIIIIIIIND!'''''
** A close second:
--->'''Michele:''' '''I'm here to be a ''DANCER!'''''
** The entire fight scene, wherein the bad guys react to being punched by mugging hilariously.
* SpecialEffectsFailure: The infamous "teleporting" scene, which is due to a splice in the film that ended up in the MST3K version.
* ValuesDissonance: Critter becoming a draft dodger for the UsefulNotes/VietnamWar is treated (at least by himself) as being an unforgivable act which will put him on the FBI's Most Wanted list. Although the draft was unpopular, the movie was filmed in 1968, when draft dodgers were prosecuted if discovered. Eventually President UsefulNotes/GeraldFord offered conditional amnesty to persons who had dodged the draft, with President UsefulNotes/JimmyCarter giving an unconditional pardon to all draft dodgers in 1977. This makes Critter's treatment of draft-dodging as such a horrible crime seem a little strange from a modern perspective.
** Even then Critter is playing it up a bit much. The Most Wanted list is ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin: a list of international terrorists, serial killers, kiddy porn producers, and other people horrible enough to be considered the ''Most'' Wanted criminals. If draft dodging was all it took to be lumped in with that crowd the [[http://www.fbi.gov/wanted Ten Most Wanted]] would be more like the Ten Thousand Most Wanted.
** Michelle seems more disgusted that Critter is a draft dodger than the fact that her boss is a sleazy violent mobbed-up drug dealer who has already gotten her to smoke pot and is showing signs of wanting to pimp her out (go meet customers, go to parties, etc).
* WhatAnIdiot:
** Nobody in this movie could pass an IQ test, but the sheer petulant incomprehension Michele demonstrates in every single situation she faces is a true wonder to behold.
** Harry Blatts, who also proves TooDumbToLive with his FamousLastWords to Buz right before Buz kills him.
** While Harry was stupid, Buz was an even bigger moron for actually killing him, or at least doing it right that second, not to mention leaving the fingerprint-covered murder weapon behind at the scene. It's probably safe to say Buz is doing a LOT of time in prison right now.
--->'''Mike (as Buz):''' Yes, my plan is perfect. I've been spotted by several people ''and'' I killed a guy!\\
'''Tom:''' Well what do you expect? He's [[DawsonCasting only a child]]!
** Critter also shows quite a bit of stupid for confronting known mob boss Leo and telling him that he's leaving and taking Leo's new prize dancer with him... and doing this ''totally unarmed''. Then again, he was tough enough to disarm and beat down Leo, Buz, and another of Leo's thugs by himself.
