* CrossesTheLineTwice:
** Hugh's 'headache' incident(s). Sight gags about manatees and outboard motors should probably not reduce grown men and women to giggling tears so readily, but they do.
** Some earlier episodes started with a disclaimer that had this gem:
--->Those of you with children in the house may want to kill them before watching (That is a joke! The killing part, anyway).
%%** Keyhole Cam.
* EnsembleDarkhorse: Tempferret, most likely due to his status as TheWoobie.
%%* JerkassWoobie: Poink has his moments.
* PopularWithFurries: Because of its animal characters, it has a fanbase amongst furries.
** It very much helps that pretty much all of the cast are furries themselves.
* ViewerGenderConfusion: Given the reuse of the same models of puppets for different characters, including different genders, you can never be quite sure what you're getting when certain puppets are pulled out. Very weirdly done with Dookie/Crapalina, a sheepdog puppet which is somehow both male and female at different times...because Crapalina [[GenderBender is really a post-op Dookie.]] Even stranger still when you consider that Dookie keeps showing back up anyway. Happened again with Tantrum, who was revealed to be a girl:
-->'''Blitz:''' Wait, that's a girl?!
* WhatDoYouMeanItsNotForKids: Yes, it ''is'' a puppet show...in the same way that Theatre/AvenueQ is a puppet show. As stated by the show host:
--> '''Yappy:''' Don't just plop your eight-year-old down in front of the show and let them watch it.
* TheWoobie:
** Temp Ferret. There's a running gag about things that make him cry and he is always getting fired. At one point, he picks up a smoking habit to deal with his stress. Poor thing.
** Todd Ferret. Despite his cheerful personality, Poink pretty much bullies him.
