* CultClassic: It's a solid B-game with a great cast, fun music, and some of the most viscerally over-the-top gameplay third person shooters have ever seen. It's long been lauded as a hidden gem, and fan clamoring for it eventually caused it to get a re-release on GOG in 2019, well over a decade since it's original release.
* GeniusBonus: The [[spoiler:first]] boss battle in the Chicago History Museum is in a room showcasing soldiers from the [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terracotta_Army Terracotta Army]]. Each soldier in the army was made unique via a set of swappable body part molds. The game uses a similar system to make its enemies unique.
* HilariousInHindsight: [[VideoGame/ResidentEvil6 Not the last time]] Creator/{{David Lodge|AmericanActor}} plays a character who’s a multi phase boss and ThatOneBoss.
* MoralEventHorizon: [[spoiler:Billie's murder]], both for [[spoiler:her father Mr. Wong, who ordered the killing]], and [[spoiler:Tequila's partner Jerry, who pulled the trigger]].
* ThatOneBoss: Vlad is a two-phase boss with obnoxious gimmicks. The first gimmick consists of motion detecting mines with a severe case of HitboxDissonance placed nearly everywhere in the level in a maze you must chase Vlad through while being assaulted by dozens and dozens of henchmen. Compounding this is the fact that, unlike every other level in the game, the mines limit your ability to do Stylish Kills and force you to go ''very'' slowly through the level. The second phase, which has Vlad fight you in a helicopter, is only less annoying by comparison.
* ThatOneLevel: The Penthouse. Long levels with not much cover full of enemies with machine guns and shotguns, capping off with a fight against ThatOneBoss.
