* HarsherInHindsight: Episode 11 is set at the annual Met Gala and aired on April 30, 2020, which would have been a few days before the real Met Gala...except that it was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
* JerkassWoobie: Alexandra is arrogant, selfish and spiteful. But she had to work her hard to get her position at Cabot Entertainment and her stepfather constantly undermines her and makes her feel she’s not good enough.
* UnexpectedCharacter: Seeing [[ComicBook/JosieAndThePussycats Pepper]] here is a bit of a surprise, since she hasn't appeared in the comics since 2007 (which itself was her first appearance after ''38 years'').
