[[folder: The House segments: ]]

* EarWorm:
** Boom, Da Boom, Boom Boom Da Boom! [[spoiler: "Gram Gram used to sing ''that?''"]]
** [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqb9u37-R9g Let's Slain the Beast Tonight! Let's Slain the Beast! ALL RIGHT!]]
** [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zCy258R2afA Big Bad Wolf Daddy.]]
** [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0XsfznLzVWI "My Name is Panchito"]], a cute little IAmSong explaining Panchito's OverlyLongName.
* HilariousInHindsight
** Walt Disney has on record stated that he saw Mickey and Minnie as actors that could play any role needed. Several decades later we get a show where everyone in the Disney realm is an AnimatedActor.
** In the episode ''Pluto Saves The Day'', Goofy said he likes Doc. So much so, that [[WesternAnimation/The7D his voice actor BECAME Doc]].
** One of the band names used by Huey, Dewey, and Louie was [[Music/{{Kraftwerk}} Quackwerk]]. Quackwerks would later be the name of a company prominently featured in the WesternAnimation/DarkwingDuck [[ComicBook/DarkwingDuck comic book]].
** In Jiminy Cricket's guest episode, he uses [[Disney/BeautyAndTheBeast Belle and the Beast]] as an example of "sometimes you won't (have children)". There is now a live-action Disney Channel Original Movie called ''Film/{{Descendants}}'', and one of the main characters is the son of the Beast and Belle.
* HoYay:
** At the start of the Valentine's Day episode, Pumbaa, taking Mickey's "grab your sweetie and give 'em a smooch" line seriously, puckers his lips, but Timon tells him, "Don't even think about it!"
** That doubles up as HilariousInHindsight, as a few years later Timon's voice actor Nathan Lane came out.
* MagnificentBastard: The Phantom Blot.
* MemeticMutation:
** This show may have originated the "No One (Verbs The Noun) Like Gaston!" meme.
** ''"Nobody breaks his leg like Gaston!"'' Which he then follows up by ''[[TooDumbToLive demonstrating.]]''
** ''"Nobody orders decaf like Gaston!"''
-->'''Hades:''' "[[DeadpanSnarker I... fail to see the humor.]]"
** ''"Nobody makes faces in spoons like Gaston!"''
--> '''Timon:''' "Actually, no one asked the opinion of Gaston."
** Subverted when one of the characters mentioned shutting up. Gaston launches into it before saying "Nevermind".
* TheScrappy: Shelby Turtle, the annoying little hellion and KarmaHoudini that has gotten away with tormenting Donald ''and'' Mickey, is this in both the ''House of Mouse'' segments and the Mouseworks toons. His mother is also definitely one as well for never realizing how much trouble her son causes Donald.
* SuspiciouslySimilarSong: Several of the songs. To clarify, if you happen to be a Disney fanatic, many of the songs will sound very familiar.
* TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodCharacter: Plenty of characters are underutilized. Despite Creator/JimCummings doing regular duty as Pete, Pooh and Tigger for example spend pretty much all their appearances mute.
* VillainDecay:
** [[Disney/{{Fantasia}} Chernabog]]...''afraid of the dark''.
** The Headless Horseman, like Gaston he was pretty much turned into a living RunningGag, his was that he had no head and can't speak. Really sucks the scary out of him.
* WhatAnIdiot: A minor one, but one has to wonder why they keep Gus Goose in their employ given his tendency to eat the food meant for the customers. Even by comedic toon standards, that seems counter-productive.
* TheWoobie:
** Dennis the Duck when Donald says that he "doesn't think he's funny". Since he idolizes Donald and being funny is literally his reason for living, he's sent into a [[DrivenToSuicide suicidal]] HeroicBSOD. [[spoiler: Don't worry, he gets better]]. Doesn't hurt that he's [[http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20121102033749/disney/images/d/d5/Dennis_the_Duck.jpg so adorable looking]].
** Goofy in "Goofy's Valentine Date" when he realizes that he doesn't have a special one for Valentine's Day. Fortunately, [[spoiler:it turns out that Clarabelle likes him]].

[[folder: The Mouseworks shorts: ]]

* BigLippedAlligatorMoment:
** The aforementioned [=CGI=] scene from "computer.don".
** What about in "Locksmiths" when Goofy names all the types of keys on his keychain?
-->'''Mickey:''' [[LampshadeHanging That accomplished absolutely NOTHING.]]
* FoeYay: Happens when Mickey accidentally sends Mortimer a sweet fax that was meant for Minnie in "Mickey's Mix-Up".
* FunnyAneurysmMoment:
** Arguably counts for the Phantom Blot in the episode he became "The Phantom Rainbow", as he makes his first appearance in [[VideoGame/EpicMickey a video game]]. The game involves running colors but it's more... grim, in comparison.
* HilariousInHindsight:
** One Von Drake short has the professor invent a [[Film/HotTubTimeMachine bathtub teleporter]].
** "Organ Donors" features a villain [[VideoGame/EpicMickey trying to take Mickey's heart]].
** "How to Be Groovy, Cool and Fly" parodies Franchise/StarWars in the 1970s segment. Disney bought Lucasfilm, and by extension, the ''Star Wars'' franchise 11 years later.
* MagnificentBastard: The Phantom Blot.
* OlderThanTheyThink: Many people are unaware that the ''Mickey [=MouseWorks=]'' shorts aired as their own show before being used as segments on ''House of Mouse''. Somewhat justified due to many ''[=MouseWorks=]'' shorts making their debut on ''House of Mouse'' without airing on ''Mickey [=MouseWorks=]'' previously.
* VillainDecay: ''Not'' Pete for once, no, this position goes to the Phantom Blot, who went from an eponymous mastermind, to someone who was tired of his old cloak because it had no color. Although he arguably gets his stride back in his third appearance in House of Mouse.
