* AwesomeEgo: He's frequent to boast how superior he is to his opposition, and he looks damn awesome doing it. Plus, nine out of ten times he can back up everything claims and then some.
** However, he's still humble enough to invoke AGodIAmNot, believing that power alone doesn't automatically make one a god. And yet he still manages to explain it in an AwesomeEgo fashion.
* FashionVictimVillain: His first appearance in the final page of Fantastic Four #48. Must be seen to be believed.
** Not that his regular pink and blue are much better...
* HilariousInHindsight: The ultimate version of Galactus has some uncanny parallels to the Reapers.
* TheyChangedItNowItSucks: A lot of people feel this way about the "Lifebringer" change to Galactus in ComicBook/TheUltimates2015. Besides just looking a bit weird, it also ruins the point of his character -- that he's destined to give back to the universe when it ends, creating the next universe. In fact, this new Galactus seems to do the polar opposite of this -- he prolongs the life of the current universe. While some are happy to see him as something resembling a heroic figure, a lot of people prefer his old StatusQuo, and this seems to include writer Dan Slott, who had the Silver Surfer complain about Galactus being all wrong in his Silver Surfer run.
* Woolseyism: Can you whitstand the omnipotence (and Narm) of a devourer or worlds known in Latin America as Alberto El Hambriento Albert The Hungry?
