* {{Narm}}: For a large segment of the game, the main antagonists are a group of tamers who are up to no good. What are they called? Not something ominous like, oh, I don't know, the Chaos Bringers, Shadow Tamers, or something even remotely threatening. They're literally referred to as the Bad Tamers. The ''Bad Tamers.'' '''THE BAD TAMERS''' is the best thing the localization team could come up with!
** It makes more sense if you consider that they are given that name by an NPC ally of yours, and the enemy leader [[spoiler: is young and immature enough to think that it's cool and Apropriate it.]]
* ViewerGenderConfusion: YMMV on this one, but oddly enough, Masuru Daimon, the main character of ''Anime/DigimonSavers'' can fit this. The main PowerTrio from the ''Savers'' anime cameos in this game, but the game was also released in the US well before Savers was dubbed in English. Masuru's name wasn't changed, so his pony tail, odd and androgynous (at least to westerners) name, and the limited graphics of the game itself made the fact that he was a boy somewhat unclear to many fans.[[note]] This troper herself ''never realized that Masuru was a guy'' when playing the game. She found out when she came across the ''Savers'' anime when looking up cheat codes for the game.[[/note]]
