* CompleteMonster: Episode 2: [[BrutalBirdOfPrey Monkey-Eating Eagle]] is a sadist serial [[WouldHurtAChild child kidnapper]]. Monkey-Eating Eagle disguises himself as a monster with a hard protective suit, attacking civilian houses at night and catching children in a sack. After bringing the children to his lair, Monkey-Eating Eagle locks them in a cage and beats them with a club. Eventually, Monkey-Eating Eagle [[ChildEater eats his victims alive]] in the sight of other children. After noticing that he was found by Pigeon Detective, Monkey-Eating Eagle furiously [[WouldHitAGirl slapped her off a cliff]], leaving her in a state of near-death. In the battle against the police, [[CopKiller Monkey-Eating Eagle]] killed and ate several police officers, dismantled a few helicopters ,and abducted White Cat to a high altitude with the intention of letting him fall to his death. Even when he crashed and was stuck in the roof of his lair, Monkey-Eating Eagle exasperatedly tried to eat the children who laughed at him.
