The [[WesternAnimation/AbraCatastrophe second]] [[WesternAnimation/TheFairlyOddParents Fairly OddParents]] MadeForTVMovie, and the first one to feature Vicky as the main antagonist.

Timmy is fed up with his parents not believing him about Vicky, and after an incident that leaves him waiting in his room to be yelled at by his parents [[ItMakesSenseInContext once they get back from the ammo store]], he decides that with Cosmo and Wanda's magic, he can run away into television. This way he can never grow up and lose Cosmo and Wanda either; a win win. However, a masked visitor from the future has come to stop Timmy, or he just might throw the US into an apocalyptic world ruled by Vicky.

* ''Politically Inaccurate'' (A parody of ''Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher'', though the show plays out more like ''[=The MacLaughlin Group=]'') which gets mashed up with an {{expy}} of ''Wrestling/WWESmackDown'' to become ''Politically Inaccurate Smashdown''.)
!!This film provides examples of the following Tropes:
* AdultFear: Timmy running away from his parents. What makes it worse, is that they can't go into the TV, so if Timmy decided to live in there forever, they'd never find him.
* AffectionateParody: Of ''Franchise/ScoobyDoo'', ''WesternAnimation/TheFlintstones'', ''WesternAnimation/{{Rugrats}}'', ''WesternAnimation/JonnyQuest'', ''WesternAnimation/SpaceGhost'', and many, many more. See the ShoutOut section.
* AlternateSelf: [[spoiler: The masked figure turns out being Timmy from the future.]]
* ArchEnemy: Timmy might very well get the most fed up with Vicky in this movie than in any other episode.
* ArtShift: Justified in that each TV show Timmy travels to has a different design and, in the cases of ''Poppyseed Avenue'' and ''Clint's Hints'', is not a cartoon.
* BabiesMakeEverythingBetter: [[WesternAnimation/{{Rugrats}} Carpet Critters]], though the parody showed that a cartoon based on the lives of babies wouldn't be as exciting as ''Rugrats'' made it out to be.
* BadFuture: Due to Vicky using the remote to travel to dictator week so she can rule the world.
* BigBad: Vicky
* BigDamnMovie: This one certainly counts, possibly featuring more action than WesternAnimation/{{Wishology}}.
* BittersweetEnding: [[spoiler:In the end, Timmy ends up growing up married with a son and daughter and he appears mostly more well-adjusted than his parents were. However, due to having his memory erased he appears to have forgotten everything he's ever learned and makes the same mistakes his parents did, hiring a robot version of Vicky as his kids babysitter. Luckily, ''both'' his kids now have Cosmo and Wanda as their fairy godparents.]]
** Also, Timmy learns that [[spoiler:while he will eventually lose Cosmo and Wanda due to growing up, it won't be for another eight years]].
* ComicallyMissingThePoint: When Timmy's parents heard Chip Skylark's song "Icky Vicky", they apparently came to the conclusion that it's about pumpkins.
* DidntThinkThisThrough: After having no luck fighting Vicky in ''Maho Mushi'', Timmy decides to use the remote to make himself older, so he would forget Cosmo and Wanda, and the remotes would no longer function, making it easier for him to fight Vicky. It does cause the remotes to no longer function, but since Timmy lost his memories of ever having Cosmo and Wanda, and everything he ever did with them, this causes him to forget that he is fighting Vicky and just thinks that he is in a football stadium waiting to play the cougars, and does nothing to stop Vicky. Thankfully, Wanda poofs Timmy back to his normal age just in time.
* FunctionalMagic: Vicky thinks the magic remotes use technology to change what's on the TV.
* FutureBadass: [[spoiler:Future Timmy.]]
* HeelFaceTurn: [[spoiler:Mr. Crocker]] before Timmy's wish erases all his memory of recent Timmy-related events.
** [[GuiltByAssociationGag Despite the fact that one has nothing to do with the other]].
* HeroicBSOD: While maybe not a full-blown one, this is the closest we do see to Timmy completely breaking down:
-->'''Timmy''': [[TheWoobie Every time something cool happens in my life]] -- ''[[TheWoobie every time]]'' -- '''[[TheWoobie Vicky ruins it!]]'''
* LimitedAnimation: [[LampshadeHanging Lampshaded]] in ''The Meatflints''.
* NeverSayDie: Averted in a PrecisionFStrike sort of way thanks to the way it was said.
-->'''Timmy's Mom and Dad''': ''(scolding him after [[ItMakesSenseInContext bouncing all over town in a bubble]])'' You could've ''killed'' yourself!
* NeverMyFault: Timmy's Dad keeps blaming his wife for Timmy running away.
-->'''Mr. Turner''': ''You'' have to apologize to Timmy!
* NotAllowedToGrowUp: Upon traveling through the TV shows, Timmy learns about this trope. One of his main reasons to move in the TV was to invoke this trope for an eternal childhood.
* NotHelpingYourCase: Really, when you think about it, Wanda's statement about Timmy's parents trying to raise him to grow up a responsible adult neither helps with Timmy's frustration about his parents not believing him about Vicky nor justifies his parents' blindness.
* ProfessionalWrestling: "Welcome to POLITICALLY INACCURATE SMASH DOWN!"
* RaceAgainstTheClock: Sort-of. Part of Timmy's plan to defeat Vicky involves aging himself up enough so that he forgets he ever had fairies. However, the downside to his plan is that the Fairy Cab pops in to take them away. And the driver isn't a very patient guy...
* ResetButton: Hit at the end of the movie.
* RunAwayHideAway: Functionally, Timmy's television.
* TheReveal: Done in the parody of ''Franchise/ScoobyDoo''. Also done for real when [[spoiler:the masked figure turns out being Timmy from the future.]]
** Also, [[spoiler:the reveal to Timmy's parents that Vicky is a horrible babysitter.]]
*** At least until [[spoiler:Timmy hits the ResetButton]].
* SetRightWhatOnceWentWrong: [[spoiler: Timmy from the future travels back into the past to prevent Vicky from getting a hold of the remote that allowed her to take over the world.]]
* SkewedPriorities: Mr. Turner was more upset over the fact that Timmy could spell 'Dinkleberg' better than 'ever' than the fact that he had run away, even though both words were written by Vicky and Cosmo respectfully.
* StrongFamilyResemblance: [[spoiler: Timmy's kids, Tommy and Tammy. They look similar to both of Timmy's love interests, Trixie and Tootie.]] WordOfGod explains this as a way to avoid [[DieForOurShip making shippers angry]].
* TimeTravel
* TooDumbToLive: Seriously, Timmy's parents were right behind her when Vicky used a flamethrower to burn down Timmy's door. How clueless could they be?
* TookALevelInBadass: Timmy. [[spoiler: Both past and present.]]
* TrappedInTVLand
* WhamLine: from the ninja that was chasing Timmy throughout the first half of the movie.
-->[[spoiler:'''Adult!Timmy''': *DramaticUnmask* I '''AM''' the good guy!]]
