->''"Warning: {{Incoming}} Game that closely resembles ''Franchise/StarWars''."''
-->-- '''Computer Voice'''

TheAbridgedSeries of ''WesternAnimation/ReBoot'', of course! Nearly all the characters are voiced by the creator, Saboooom, though in later episodes, other people were brought in to voice Mouse and [=AndrAIa=]. And then several more voices were added in episode 22.

Originally removed from Website/YouTube by Rainmaker Entertainment. Started its third season in mid-December 2009. Due to uploading difficulties with Episode 26, the series was temporarily moved to the ''[=ReBoot=] Abridged'' Facebook group [[http://www.facebook.com/groups/127771145107/ here]]. Has recently moved back to [=YouTube=] [[https://www.youtube.com/user/rebootabridgedseries here]].

!!Tropes:

* TheAbridgedSeries: Imagine that! Lampshaded, episode 19:
-->'''[=AndrAIa=]''': "This must be some sort of Abridged Series..."
-->'''Enzo''': "Abridged Series? No way."
* AttackItsWeakPoint: In the "useless introduction for the episode" Game starting episode 8: "Oh look a weak point."
* BreakingTheFourthWall: Done literally in episode 20, combined with MagicalSecurityCam. [[spoiler:Mike shows a clip from episode 16, causing Hex's mirror (referred to as the FourthWall) to shatter, releasing the Web Monster.]]
** {{Defied|Trope}} by Phong in episode 26, because "Terrible things happened the last time [they] broke the fourth wall!"
* ClusterBleepBomb: Hex, quite often.
* {{Eagleland}}: Turbo is always shown as Type 1, with a lampshade big enough to cover the Principal Office.
* {{Fanservice}}: [=AndrAIa=]'s main purpose in season 3, and she knows it.
* {{Fetish}}: Dot's Game form in episode 19, mentioned by Bob: "I guess animating her tail must've been more important than animating her mouth."
* FreakyFriday: In episode 18, Hex's meddling causes Bob and Enzo to switch bodies. Thing is, Hex doesn't realize this, leaving Enzo!Bob and Dot to find the paint program in the Archives, while Mike and Bob!Enzo have an... encounter with Hex. (Don't worry, Bob!Enzo manages to activate the Undo Command before things got out of hand.)
* HeWhoMustNotBeSeen (The User): Averted in episode 13. We actually get to see the computer room and the splash screen for The Funhouse. Guess who's playing The User?
* IAlwaysWantedToSayThat: The bar scene in episode 31.
-->'''Matrix''': ''I throw my gun up in the air sometimes,''
-->''Sayin' whoa-oa, Death Blossom Mode,''
-->''I want my PSP, so give it back,''
-->''Or I'll shoot you in your face.''
-->...I've wanted to do that for so long.
* LampshadeHanging: Hoo boy. Stays just this side of BetterThanABareBulb, but who knows what's gonna happen in the later seasons...
* LarynxDissonance: Played straight for the most part: Saboooom voices all the characters up until episode 19 (though he pulls off Dot fairly well). In episode 19, he has someone else voice [=AndrAIa=], and later, another person for Mouse.
** And then in episode 22, the cast list exploded.
* LogicalFallacies: The majority of Hack and Slash's lines, when they're not [[LampshadeHanging hanging lampshades]]. Math jokes, like the infamous [[WesternAnimation/TheFairlyOddParents 2+2=5]] line, are typical.
* MediumAwareness: A few instances. One major example is episode 14, "Here Comes the [=SpiderBob=]!", where the Mainframers are excited for the beginning of season 2, while Megabyte is trying to destroy it.
** Bob, episode 1: "I have a feeling Megabyte is about to make an appearance in a vidwindow."
** Megabyte and Herr Doktor, episodes 12/13: "How long is it going to take to transfer the money?" "Oh, about one episode."
** Enzo, episode 18: "I just interrupted [Hexadecimal's] scene."
** Hack and Slash, episode 20: "Scene change!"
* MemeticMutation: Another lampshade dropped by Dot in episode 9: "This has changed from VideoGame/WorldOfWarcraft into some demented reference funhouse!" [[invoked]]
* NotMakingThisUpDisclaimer: Episode 9, "The WOW Factor":
-->'''Bob''': "Prepare to taste the blade of my butterknife!"
-->'''Onscreen text''': "(Actual Dialogue)"[[note]]While it ''was'' actual dialogue, the tone was different in the original ("...the blade of my... butterknife?!")[[/note]]
* PaintingTheMedium: Talking about the channel logos and coming-up-next screen bars that were part of the original recording.
* PlayfulHacker: Mouse is proud of her ability to hax.
-->Mouse: "Through [[LeetLingo l33t h4x0r skillz]], I've made [=AndrAIa's=] icon able to reboot her in a game."
* RunningGag: Several, both single-episode and recurring.
** Recurring gags:
*** Bob's obsession with "sexy parties".
*** Enzo's curiosity to "find out where babies come from" in early episodes. [[spoiler:He eventually finds out.]]
*** Bob: "I swear, this is the last Game I'm ever playing." [[spoiler:It finally comes true in episode 19.]]
*** Cecil being AmbiguouslyGay.
*** Hack and Slash [[LogicalFallacies failing logic forever]]. See TooDumbToLive.
*** TeamPet Frisket being an "unimportant" character.
*** Mike the TV showing random stuff on his screen via ManipulativeEditing. Causes varied effects, including helping to win a Game by [[spoiler:freaking out Bob's Mirror Clone with ''Film/HighSchoolMusical'']] ("The WOW Factor") and breaking a ''literal'' FourthWall by [[spoiler:showing a clip from a previous episode]] ("Attack of the Black Stripper")
*** The Computer Voice spoiling the contents of a Game, like in the page quote. Happens both on Game Entry (for a Game [[TheUnreveal we never get to see]] in episode 1, it was "Warning: Incoming Game that you'll never get to find out the theme of because Megabyte's goons are going to stop you.") and Game Exit, particularly on [[TheUnreveal Unrevealed]] Games. If we actually see the inside of the Game, it could be a continuation of the Game Entry comment (episode 5: "Blind Date over, you did not get laid."), or the default "Game Over" comment.
*** Bob talking to himself while floating in the Web.
*** Matrix never hitting puberty. [[spoiler:Resolved by a StableTimeLoop[=/=]AllJustADream version of little!Enzo in episode 30.]]
** Single-episode gags:
*** Blueberry muffins in "Bob The Virus Hunter".
*** Bob saying "That's what she said!" in episode 23. Annoys Megabyte to the point of launching Bob into the [[strike:Web]] interwebs portal right before closing it. Good thing Bob [[spoiler:promoted Enzo to Main Character status earlier in the episode.]]
* ShoutOut: Even more than the original series! A few examples:
** ''Franchise/BackToTheFuture'': The title of the pilot episode.
** ComicBook/{{Batman}}: Mouse's "Bat-Wing" sequence in episode 26.
** ''Film/{{Clash of the Titans|2010}}'': In episode 28, Megabyte releases the Kraken on the Principal Office because Mouse gave him herpes while 'seducing him'.
** ''Film/{{Inception}}'': The original show's "Where No Sprite Has Gone Before" episode is explained as a dream by Matrix, complete with requisite "''We need to go deeper.''" line.
** ''WesternAnimation/PinkyAndTheBrain'': Referenced in this take from episode 17, "Bob The Virus Hunter":
--->'''Hack and Slash''': "Gee Brain, what do you want to do tonight?"
--->'''Megabyte''': "The same thing we do every night: try to take over the world."
** ''Franchise/{{Pokemon}}'' The Nugget in episode 6 along with sound effect.
** Franchise/PowerRangers: The giant robot in episode 20. As well as the power-up lines:
--->'''Bob''': "Blue-skinned PSP main character force!"\\
'''Dot''': "Annoying voice *indistinct* perfect-ass force!"
--->'''Enzo''': "Stupid prepubescent kid trying to be cool force!"
--->'''Frisket''': "Woof woof woof!" (voiceover: "Dogs can be Franchise/PowerRangers too?")
--->'''Mike''': *shrugs* "Annoying TV side character force."
--->'''All at once''': "Giant Robot Franchise/PowerRangers Rip-Off Force!"
--->'''Bob''' (after camera zooms in to control cabin): "It's time to kick ass and Reboot, [[ChewBubblegum but we've got no Game Cube to Reboot in]]."
** ''Franchise/{{Saw}}'': The puppet sequence in episode 24, suggested by Hexadecimal to "make them really shit their pants".
** ComicBook/SpiderMan: Episode 14, "Here Comes the [=SpiderBob=]!". Bob even sings his own version of the Spider-Man theme, which Megabyte promptly shoots down.
--->Megabyte: "That's funny. I could've sworn I just heard Bob making an ass of himself again."
** ''Franchise/StarWars'': The super-laser in episode 24. Destroyed by an "incoming low-budget 80s horror movie".
--->'''Hexadecimal''': Now witness the firepower of this fully armed and operational battle station!
--->'''Computer Voice in the Sky''': Warning, incoming game. *laser explodes, electrocuting Hexadecimal in the process* Holy crap! What was that?
** ''Franchise/TheLegendOfZelda'': The title and music used in Episode 3 "The Legend of Dot".
** ''Series/ThePriceIsRight'': The theme music was used infrequently in the earlier seasons. A dance remix was used as the title theme starting in episode 24.
** ''Franchise/ToyStory'': Episode 26's Game, naturally. The game also referenced ''Franchise/JurassicPark'' (complete with music), and Enzo rebooted into James Bond.
** Franchise/{{Transformers}}: Mega-Truck in episode 17.
--->'''Enzo''': "Holy crap! Megabyte? Who the hell does he think he is, Optimus Prime?"
** ''Advertising/WillItBlend'': During the "Previously on..." intro for episode 21, this is done with the action shot of [[AttackOfThe50FootWhatever Nullzilla]] being blended.
** VideoGame/WorldOfWarcraft: Episode 9, "The WOW Factor". Full stop.
** The Funhouse game is represented by the ''Series/FunHouse1988'' licensed game in the real world.
* ThisIsForEmphasisBitch: The Computer Voice's lines in episode 9.
* TooDumbToLive: Hack and Slash fully prove, in every single one of their appearances, that they are truly [[{{Film/Tron}} eight byts shy of a byte]].
* WhoWritesThisCrap: Episode 9's intro:
-->'''Bob''': "No one knows for sure... oh you know what, screw it, I hate this stupid line."
* UnusualEuphemism: Along the same lines as the original.
-->'''Bob''': Holy mother of User, a thousand flights of stairs?!

->"Game Over. [[MemeticMutation Chuck Norris]] wins."
->'''Enzo''': "Who's Creator/ChuckNorris?"
->'''Dot''': [[TwoWordsAddedEmphasis Two words]], Enzo: Roundhouse Kick."
