[=DreamMix TV World Fighters=] is, in very few words, what happened when Creator/Konami, Creator/HudsonSoft, and Creator/Takarabest known as Creator/Hasbro's Japanese partner decided to make a MascotFighter game together. Including a very particular roster characters that range from Simon Belmont to VideoGame/Bomberman to Optimus Prime, one can't help to feel that this game is a little bit... weird.

The story is simple yet convincing: There is a [=TV channel=] (called [=DreamMix=] TV) that wants to get bigger ratings, so they invite different "celebrities" to participate and compete with each other. Enter the different characters from different companies.

Released in 2003 for the GameCube and PlayStation2, this game never left Japan, so there is little chance for non-Japanese gamers to play it. In case you are want to see a little demo of the game, go here.

Compare with VideoGame/KonamiKrazyRacers, a Racing Crossover of Creator/Konami characters. Also contrast with VideoGame/FightersMegamix, a Sega crossover fighting game that also has ridiculous characters.
----
!!This game features the following tropes:
* CanonForeigner: Haruna was not in any of the series, and was invented for this game in particular.
* CrossOver
* FinalBoss: [[spoiler: Mujo, the BigBad of VideoGame/Bomberman and the male announcer alongside Haruna.]]
* GenkiGirl: The female announcer. She quickly gets on the male announcer's nerves due to being subject to her clumsiness.
*
* MascotFighter
* MassiveMultiplayerCrossover: The current ImageSource.
* NoExportForYou: As mentioned above, this game never left Japan.
* PlatformFighter
* SecretCharacter: there's two per company, adding up a total of six.
* UnexpectedCharacter: Pretty much anyone, but given his particular nature, is surely strange.
* WidgetSeries: Let's just say this series is pretty "Japanese game-show" ish.
