** The Brazilian dub casts for Drake Bell [[AdamWesting the same voice actor who voiced]] Creator/TobeyMaguire in [[Film/SpiderManTrilogy the Spidey trilogy]]. And not only the voice actor (Manolo Rey) was recast, the ''same studio'' from the trilogy worked in the parody as well as the same dub director of the first movie returns in the parody.
* CreatorBacklash: Creator/PamelaAnderson did not want to do this movie and was basically forced by Weinstein into being in it.
* DivorcedInstallment: Apparently the script began life as ''Film/ScaryMovie 4'', but got turned into its own film after the producers realised they weren't actually spoofing any horror flicks.
* WhatCouldHaveBeen: As mentioned, this originally written as ''Scary Movie 4''. Additionally, the original premise was to have featured a team of superheroes instead of just Dragonfly (making it a parody of ''[[Film/FantasticFour2005 Fantastic Four]]'').
