* MissingEpisode:
** ''Going Home'' was never officially released because the MacGuffin resembled the atomic bomb the military was going to use on Japan (it did appear on the Cartoon Network show ''[=ToonHeads=]'' centered on Private Snafu's cartoons, and is included in video collections).
** One planned Snafu short, "Secrets Of The Pacific", was actually fully animated and delivered to the army, but it was never released before the war ended, making it the subject of many EpilepticTrees.
* ProductionPosse: Some shorts saw Creator/DrSeuss collaborate with Creator/ChuckJones, who'd later direct the TV specials based on Seuss' ''WesternAnimation/HowTheGrinchStoleChristmas'' and ''[[WesternAnimation/HortonHearsAWho1970 Horton Hears a Who!]]''. Others saw Seuss collaborate with Creator/FrizFreleng, who'd later produce all of Seuss' TV specials from 1971's ''WesternAnimation/TheCatInTheHat'' to 1982's ''WesternAnimation/TheGrinchGrinchesTheCatInTheHat''. A couple were directed by Creator/BobClampett, who directed the first ever Seuss adaptation, ''WesternAnimation/HortonHatchesTheEgg'', as part of the ''Merrie Melodies'' series.[[note]]Poetically, WB's 1996 acquisition of the Turner library (which included the pre-1986 Creator/MetroGoldwynMayer library) gave them the Seuss/Jones specials, and 2011 saw them gain the Freleng specials as well.[[/note]]
